This seemed like a good value but has some significant issues, including a host that isn’t forthcoming and respectful. The rooms seem like good value but then you realize you have to pay for everything à la carte. Breakfast is fine but it’s not included and there isn’t really anything around it as an alternative. We had a major electrical issue (which was also mentioned in another review), where we had no power in our room starting at 10pm on our second night. This meant no AC, and pitch black bathroom. We had to sleep with the windows open, got bitten by bugs and were constantly rattled by trains passing by. This hotel is right beside the train tracks, and you need to sleep with windows closed. Even then, if you’re sensitive to noise you will hear the trains at night. The host said she would fix the issue the next day. It was Sunday so she said it was difficult for the electrician to get parts. When we got back from the beach Sunday evening, the issue wasn’t resolved, and she asked us if we wanted to find another hotel. We said yes and spent our nice dinner searching for alternatives. Then after dinner I had to pack in the dark with a flashlight (we didn’t want to pack until we found an alternative). It’s 11pm and we need to pack up, in the dark, sweltering room to move to a hotel in Nice. That’s the only one we could find with availability. When I finish packing and go to settle the room, the host tells me I need to pay full for the night without electricity. I disagreed and offered to pay 60%. She began to attack my character and say things like: “you are not kind, do you know what the word ‘gentille’ means? You are not ‘gentille’“ And continued to insult me and provoke me. She did gestures of zipping the mouth to ask me why I didn’t have something to say for myself. This was so incredibly rude, as backlash for €50 discount I proposed for a night and day of NO ELECTRICITY, and having to pack and move locations in the middle of the night.

No AC in our unit. Details online says the hotel has AC but it's only in one room of the hotel. The feeling of the hotel was like I was staying at my grandparents house. Very friendly hotel staff, everything was clean, but just not comfortable.

Si tratta di un B&B a due stelle ... Quindi nessuna pretesa particolare. Posizionato dietro una ferrovia, con un parcheggio angusto, però è Pulito, le camere sono arredate in arte povera, ma con gusto. Le mura ed i soffitti sono per lo più in materiale leggero, quando si scaldano diventano un forno perfino le lenzuola scottano! Per contro l'acqua calda non è sempre disponibile. Costo per una notte 150 euro matrimoniale a cui aggiungere 24 euro per la colazione (non inclusa!). Un po' troppo elevato per il basso grado di confort

Lovely little hotel, just outside Nice. Great restaurants and beaches either way from the hotel. A/C showers WiFi etc. A nice little pool and jacuzzi outside and a relaxing area if you so wish. Breakfast is a traditional french affair.. car park is a little tight. But l had a 4x4. More suitable for smaller cars. All good for what you want... bus services into Nice, is also easy...

staff (especially Patrizia 😀) were very helpful and helped us make our stay the best it could be. Food was delicious. The venue is really close to a bus stop which goes straight to Venice. Service overall 10/10
