The facility is very well maintained and updated. Breakfast is European, but always very fresh food. Location is a moderately quiet area within a 5-7 minute walk if the Metro. But the best part is the amazing staff. Everyone on the front desk is friendly and dies all they can to make sure you have a most enjoyable stay. This is the best place to stay in Paris.

This property offers the perfect location, within walking distance of most of the highlights Bordeaux center has to offer. It's quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start the day. One particular staff member, Emilie, deserves special mention for providing exceptional dinner suggestions for every evening. All of them were outstanding; she even went to the effort of securing a reservation and following up with us after our meal. This level of personal attention and service sets this hotel apart from many others we stayed at during our vacation.

Great location, rooms elegant and spacious. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The girl on reception helped us book a restaurant on our first night.

We booked this hotel as part of an EasyJet package. An absolute delight. The location is superb, only minutes away from the beautiful old town, restaurants and shops. Indeed, the longest shopping street in Europe is moments away, as is the splendid Garonne, with boat trips and lovely walks. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast varied and plentiful if desired. In short, then, an unreserved recommendation.

Lovely hotel, great central location, spotlessly clean, tasteful decoration, friendly helpful staff. There are 2 sister hotels, round the corner from each other, we stayed in the one in Rue Mautrec.

Kinda expensive but worth it. We even came back again rooms clean. Good beds. Nice amount of space. Right in the center of the old town but room very quiet. Breakfast: ok nothing special but you would need to do a bit of walking to find another place less expensive.

We booked here very late in the day due to a change of location and trying to find somewhere that was central due to a lack of time. Let's start with location which is very very good it's right where you need to be on a back street just close to the Opera house and everything you need honestly the location is perfect it's worth booking just for that. The entrance is downstairs so you have to go up a floor to get to the reception which is nicely laid out with stain glass windows in an old building that they have done good work to turn into a hotel. Check in was smooth and easy and really friendly service. It's a smaller hotel and a nice feel to it our room was on the top floor and was a club room. Now if you have travelled around France room sizes are normally smaller but this felt even more compact then I expected considering we didn't have the smaller room but it's nicely laid out clean and has everything and anything you need there is a nespresso machine with 2 capsules to give away. The bathroom is large and has plenty of mirror space and a good sized shower. So I mean it's a perfect location lovely service but the room is just to small for my liking but perfect for a short stay in a great location with good sound proofing windows so no noise comes in.

Good room at an excellent price in the heart of Bordeaux. Short walk to metro, shopping , restaurants, and bistros. The staff was excellent.

This is the second time we stayed here. Lovely and on a quaint alley just off the Place de la Comedie. Very central, but cozy. You would never guess you were steps away from restaurants, the Opera House, shopping.

Nicely decorated room, clean, great location, good breakfast buffet. Very small room. AC works for five minutes at a time, it was very warm. Too noisy to open windows. Great location for shopping.

A perfect place to stay in an elegant, central and safe part of Bordeaux. Quiet, good service, aircon, excellent WiFi, free mineral water, in-room Nespresso machine.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, translated for us, waited on us hand and foot. They helped my partner find a dinner place to propose in and left us the sweetest message and sweet treats after. Room was cleaned and maintained beautifully and location was perfect for close by shopping and dining. Even made us breakfast to go with fresh coffee the day we left early to catch our flight. Brilliant service all round.

Great location right in the center. Friendly welcome from the reception staff. The hotel has 2 separate buildings. I stayed in the one with a more contemporary design in the lobby, which was up on the 1st floor. Lobby & breakfast room nicely decorated, but guestrooms were a bit bland, but comfortable. Worked out well for my 1 night stay.

Mme Parinaud. Having seen your today's response to my claim/opinion in English, I'm answering to you in English, for your understanding. Should you prefer it in your mother language, I can do it as well. For your knowledge, no consumption at all was done from my room minibar from me, then you're absolutely mistaken. Not only that, your reception staff DID NOT GIVE TO ME ANY INVOICE OR RECEIPT UPON CHECKIN-OUT, despite I had asked for it, for my records, saying to me everything was allright. Sorry to be so rude but it's the only trata, not yours.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms with very good airco (in the very hot circumstances). Breakfast is quite limited.

Having not travelled for a long time, the hotel and staff provided the best welcome and service. Staying as part of a larger group, the staff helped with many recommendations, assisted with booking, and were so welcoming. The hotel is very well located and the rooms well appointed.

This Hotel gets all the important things right. Fantastic location. Great Service. Very comfortable bed (I have paid twice as much for a room and have had to sleep on mattresses that belong in the torture room of a dungeon). Clean and safe. Perfect for singles, couples and small family (3). When I return to Bordeaux, I will return to Bayonne Etche Ona!!!

Great location and Anna at the front desk went over and above to be very helpful in recommending things to do and restaurants to visit. We were upgraded to a suit and felt like royalty!! Breakfast selection ticked all the boxes and the quality was great, however, if you like a huge breakfast selection you may be disappointed. Also, if your looking for a hotel with a bar or restaurant this is not for you, in saying that, all you need to do is walk out the door and you will find a huge selection of fabulous places to eat or get a great local wine in the many bars. Definitely would recommend this hotel :)

Spent a night at this fantastically located jewel of a hotel in Bordeaux. The place is a awesome space that needs to be discovered if you haven’t already. It was so clean as if we were in a surgery. Amazing and friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. I highly recommend a stay here as you won’t be disappointed.

t's hard to beat the location of the Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche-Ona. We were steps away from the vibrant center of the city. There were so many shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, and everything you could imagine within a very short walk, and the train that goes throughout town was also easy to catch. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. They immediately told us that our room had been upgraded because we were visiting on our honeymoon. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a fridge, nice couch, and big television screen. We slept extremely well on the great bed and felt very happy that we'd booked here. They also serve an excellent breakfast that you can have delivered up to your room if you'd like it. The location is the main reason to book this hotel, but you'll love everything else that comes with it, too. We'd certainly book here again if we wanted to stay downtown. The name Best Western may not sound like an elegant place, but we found it to be a top-notch facility and operation on all levels. Definitely worth your money!
