have
always
considered
Zara
one
of
the
good
stores
and
have
been
shopping
set
this
brand
across
all
the
world.
But
this
store
that
is
closest
to
my
place
is
probably
a
nightmare
of
a
shopping
experience!
Only
two
billing
counters
serving
on
a
Saturday.
Also,
these
two
aren't
capable
of
resolving
any
issues
with
a
certain
customer
billing,
and
wait
for
other
staff
for
15-20
min
and
this
causes
almost
a
total
of
35min
or
more
just
waiting
in
the
billing
line.
I
expected
more
competent
staff,
or
staff
that
resolves
issues
quick,
at
least
staff
that
can
serve
other
customers
till
one
single
customer
billing
is
resolved
for
TWENTY
MINUTES!
Basic
customer
service
protocol.
I
waited
35
min
in
total,
but
at
least
10
customers
decided
to
keep
back
the
clothes
and
leave
the
store
rather
than
waiting
so
long.
This
one
experience
is
enough
to
create
a
bad
image
of
the
brand
and
of
this
shopping
location
for
anyone.
Zara
needs
to
address
this
issue
asap.
