We arrived at 5pm and there was no reception to check in, and no way to get into the building. Eventually we called, at which point a very condescending and unhelpful man answered. We were informed that without a local phone number we couldn't use the parking. He was incredibly rude and un-understanding and just kept saying that everything wasn't his problem. From the first moment of the phone call he was mean and combative, as if it was a huge inconvenience that I was calling him. It ended up taking us an hour to check in and get parked (which we managed with the help of a girl who worked in a nearby shop), and really left a sour taste on our one night in Vilnius. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer and cheaper, and chose this place because of the parking and the fact that it was a "proper" hotel so would have a normal reception and check in would be easy. Apparently we were supposed to have received an email giving check in instructions, but we didn't, to which his response was that this "wasn't his problem". So disappointing.

I had a chance to stay in this hotel second time, and everything was fine. Good value for the money - nothing special, but its ok for economic budget. Very good location if you staying in Vilnius for a one night, or two, as you could leave the the town by the train (as Train station is just 5mins away from hotel by walk)

Great value hotel in a good location close to the main train/bus stations and the Gates of Dawn. Simple contact free check in, comfortable rooms and idea for the solo travel whom just really want somewhere to sleep, shower and charge devices.

Rooms all clean and good but I think I found some bed bugs so be ready for everything

I came here at 3 in the afternoon and the door was locked, they said we are not coming.then why do you do hotel business, go do other business.don't come here trusting, you will be locked out.I think they lock the door when they get bored and go for a walk.

No breakfast at all no restaurant, no kettle to use. Highish price, but hei they had room and I needed one.

The beds were uncomfortable, way too soft, as if it was an old matrass. Very moldy bathroom. Tiny room. Lied about the price on the phone, asked 20 euros more upon arrival. No cleaning service. A bit noisy on the street side. Free parking.

It's livable, but the rooms are very very small, towels are big as a "tissue", you could not dry yourself off after shower, at least it was hard, cause it got wet fast. When we kindly asked for a larger one, they said that larger ones are not ment for our room. Breakfast is ok, reception speaks multiple languages. The bed is too soft for me, got back pain now. Shower is bad, there are those round valve things, that you turn to regulate temperatures and when setting a normal temperature it keeps changing rapidly, cold, hot, cold, hot, it was terrible. It's located near a very populated are and in the evening there are Mann loud parties outside. In conclusion you can live there, but it's not that good in my opinion.

We had a good stay at Alexa. Our group needed a meeting room. They found one for us. Breakfast wasn't that good. Quite central placed but not in the middle of the center. Walking distance to everything.

Central located hotel, everything is as you can see at photos. Super frisndly and helpful staff. Our flight was very early and we can really count on them. They will call us - wake up call.

Please be careful with this hotel. They charge extra costs. After leaving the hotel, they talk about some damage. cheaters!

Kleines Bad, Einrichtung nicht wirklich Zeitgemäß, kein Personal weit und breit, Zimmer wurde in einer Woche nur einmal geputzt, Doppelbett statt 2 Einzelbetten wie es gebucht wurde. Dafür ist die Lage top.
