Not sure if it was the English language that triggered it as one of the reviewer mentioned before but the lady working at the counter was utterly unpleasant and grumpy. Even leaving a tip did not cheer her up. Not sure why there are rainbow flags in the place as there is no element of staff making anyone feel welcomed or a feeling of any acceptance. Real shame! 😔

Seeing 'coffee roasters' is always a sign of quality coffee beans. I was very pleased when I was offered to choose between Brazil and Kenya as country of origin for my espresso. Mango dessert was ok, topping wasn't really necessary as main core was already enough. Competitive prices and don't forget to tip before leaving!

Me and my partner really wanted to love this place but it was very disappointing. After reading about this on a few coffee blogs as one of the "go-to" places in Vilnius we just had to make sure we visit. The decor, both outside and in, is beautiful. Almost every corner is "Instagrammable" and very pleasing to the eye. However, as beautiful as it is, it's overshadowed by the sour attitude of the staff working there. Rude, disinterested and passionless. No customer care, no passion for coffee or drive to engage with the customers. Even after placing the order, we felt unwelcome there and noticed staff giving side-eyes every time they've passed the table. This is not the first coffee shop I've ever visited and giving my partner is a barista, we push ourselves to visit as many coffee establishments as we can on every trip but not once I have felt as I did in this place. Luckily enough, the sourness of the attitude did not transfer to the coffee which was very well done. Great extraction, definitely fresh beans and very distinctive flavour notes which is a shame (in a good way). If they fix their customer service side of things, we might consider coming back. Until then, we will avoid and would advise same for others.

We came to Strange Love yesterday (the 20th of August) to celebrate my birthday with come coffee and deserts, and we were completely amazed by how warm and nice the staff is, especially the barista with the little dots next to her eyebrows who took our order. Atmosphere is worth attention However it is the sixth time when I visit it and the coffe tastes terrible. It is not possible to have more than 2 sips. I enjoy the place here and the comfort which it brings, how easily I can work here. But I would definetly not recommend to order coffe there.

The students who work at the counter are absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of work, and lack organization. Waiting 10 to 20 minutes to just order a coffee seems to be normal here.
