I had a great experience ordering from Olive Garden for pickup. The food was ready in 20 minutes and everything was delicious. I ordered alfredo pasta, salad, kids alfredo pasta with chicken and fries, and stuffed ziti fritta. The portions were generous and the food was hot and well-packed. They also provided enough napkins, plates, bowls, spoons and forks for us. We were in a hurry and wanted to enjoy good food on the go. I was very impressed with the service and the staff. There was also plenty of parking available at the restaurant. I would definitely order from them again.👍

Went there today and the first thing I ask the host is if there were table distance. The reason I asked is because I just left from Magnolia's restaurant in Main rd. Because there weren't table distance. I was so glad they're doing table distance with all this going on. Order a Italian margarita, delicious. The salad is ok but the dressing is too salty for my taste and the tomato was saggy not fresh at all. Bread sticks delicious. The chicken parm was delicious, the shrimp scampi and fried calamari yummy. Staff was polite. UPDATE!Today 2/9/2022 I order a car pick up I order online. Was ON TIME, I got home and the FOOD was AMAZING like always. The salads were HUGE size, my son and I shared one & save the other. 🥰 UPDATE STARS from 3 to 5 today June, 23, 2023. So I went today and wanted to take COLD pasta home to eat tomorrow. The manager in charge today was AWSOME. Helped me so much and made sure I was satisfied. Don't know his name but it was around 2 pm. I got Lasagna, 5 cheese pasta and Fetucchini alfredo cold. The gnocchi chicken soup was delicious. Best service I got in a long time. Keep up the great work.

My wife and I finally went there for the first time since they opened. The wait time was only 15 minutes and all servers were wearing mask, which made my wife feel very comfortable. The red sangria was very good. My wife ordered the Salmon, which she enjoyed and I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara, which I wish I can say the same. I ordered my meal over Angel hair pasta and it came over spaghetti. It hardly had any sauce and was very dry. It looked like a large piece of dried plastic. I’m not one for leaving reviews but when you leave a restaurant hungry there’s a problem.

Good service. Appetizers and meals were served promptly and a proper temperature. Server was pleasant and courteous.

The food had a great taste however the fried shrimp appetizer was soggy because the dipping sauce that complimented it spilled in the plate and it sat too long under the light before it was served. Additional the server wasn't very attentive. He never introduced himself nor relayed any specials (drinks   or food). He either rushed us or disappeared with very little customers visible. So much so when our entrée came I was primarily full from consuming an abundance of salad & bread as well as tired, frustrated and disappointed in the delay, I no longer desired mine. I think overall this was the worst experience I've had at any Olive Garden Chain (dining in) in a very long time.

I ordered a to go order for about $50. It’s so cold that our car wouldn’t start when it was time to pick up the order. I called the restaurant and informed the gal our situation and she just said “ok” and hung up. She didn’t ask my name or anything. I know it is my problem but it was just soup and salad and I feel like maybe it could be put back and we could get a refund.

A really nice Olive Garden! I liked the look of the building and the inside was just as nice. There is tons of seating and the way they have it designed makes it feel intimate versus the older Olive Gardens that have tables everywhere. The staff was friendly and the food was good and what you would expect from Olive Garden.

Horrible meal! Last time I go to Olive Garden. Chicken Parm had hardly no sauce on it. Not one waitress smiled. Not rude just not pleasant. Only staff smiling were the male waiters. Must be a terrible place to work if nobody smiles or has pleasantries to share.

Stopped in yesterday Sunday Aug 7, 2022 for dinner with my daughter and two young grandsons. Our server was sweet & nice, but the food was horrible. I ordered chicken scampi, in the menu it said it's made in a creamy scampi sauce, it came out all dried up, like it was microwaved, with oil poured all over it, I guess to hide the dryness. My daughter got Tour of Italy, it came out also dried up. Barely any Alfredo sauce on the fettuccine. The chicken Parm was hard as a rock. I ordered a cup of hot tea, by the time I got my teacup...that I had to ask for, my tea was cold. The boys speghetti was ice cold. We ordered an appetizer that came out after we tried to eat our dinner, same as the bread sticks. They were super undercooked and not seasoned like other Olive Garden's. Very disappointed!! Big waste of time & money. I asked for manager, then told her I am not paying for my scampi, or the appetizer. She asked if I wanted the cooks to make me a new dinner the right way!! Absolutely not!! Maybe she should teach her cooks how to cook the food the correct way first. And not microwave the dinners either!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. We will never go back there again. Totally sucked...Oh yeah.... almost forgot....we were never asked if we wanted cheese on our dried out dinners either. And we asked for a bowl of cheese too for the bread sticks we never got, never got the cheese either. SMH....🤬🤬

We ate here yesterday at 300 pm our waitress was absolutely horrible. We waited for our dinners for an hour and a half and they came out cold luckily the manager gave us money off of the bill. We wouldn't have minded if the waitess showed her face and gave us a heads up of they were backed up not a good experience at all.

From the moment we walked in and the host greeted us with such enthusiasm and happiness to the time we left and everyone sent us off with well wishes it was great. Destiny our waitress was absolutely amazing, she made our night!! From the chitchat about moms lasagna to the table next us enjoying a birthday soup and salad. I hardly write reviews but I am super impressed with this Olive Garden. The manager stopped at our table to do his check ups and he as well was impressive.. He definitely is doing his job because the staff and food were excellent. I didn’t have a bad drink bc I’m due to deliver my daughter Monday lol but before pregnancy I love love love their golden margarita and Baileys and coffee. 🥰 Absolutely superb night. Thank you so much for making our last date night (for a while) so amazing!! We appreciate you so much! Destiny don’t ever lose that charisma and spunk that makes you smile! You truly are amazing with people.

The food was outstanding and our waitress Elizabeth D was fantastic...best out there. Asset to the company. We will request her next time we go!!

Food had dark long hair in it..not even close to our color. Barely an we're sorry and took another half hour to get another dish. Never checked to see if we needed more drinks. Very disappointing. High priced for the small portions, poor quality and bad service. This was a Tuesday evening and they were not at all busy.

Had the pleasure of being in Maranda's section. She was such a delight and friendly waitress. Our food came out quickly and tasted delicious! The manager Joseph was at our table introducing himself within 15 minutes of our arrival. Wow!! Excellent service! Will definitely be back to this location again! 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

Even though our waitress was brand new she did her best to make sure she was attentive we appreciated that. Olive garden food always taste the same if you like it you like it. They have a decent lunch menu couple choices for like $9.99 something like that so it was reasonable and with unlimited salad and breadsticks how can you go wrong.

My husband and I got home last night from a long road trip. We decided to go to Olive Garden in Vineland NJ for the soup and salad combo. We prefer a table instead of a booth due to some mobility issues. The hostess did not have a table available when we arrived and asked us to wait a little while. My husband heard her ask a server if she would take care of us even though it was not where she was working. She had no problem and was in our opinion the best server we ever had!!! Kaitlin was friendly, attentive and just made our experience so much better! We will be looking for her at our next visit. Thank you Kaitlin you made two tired seniors very happy!! See you soon

We seem to dine here for most family celebrations. The food is always delicious. The service is never bad. When they mess up… like forget my $6.00 dinner to go… they added a few more for my trouble without an argument. In todays economy, this is not a cheap option. I feel like the portions have shrunk as with everything else… but it’s still delish! You want to save some $$$ Don’t order desert. We figured recently we spent another $50+ just on desert. It was hubby’s bday… how could we skip desert?! His was free and the staff comes and embarrasses the bday person with a song. It’s nice 😊 We love it there and will continue to return regularly.

Very good experience every time the wife and I come here. The hostess/host is friendly, the wait staff is friendly and most of them are attentive even when the restaurant is busy. The music playing throughout the restaurant is at a good volume. It also is good music. The kitchen staff does a great job as well on preparing the food. The restaurant is also very clean.

One of the best OG’s in the Philadelphia/NJ area. Food was excellent, great drinks, very clean and awesome service. Will return!

Been to Olive Garden before. Food is same, really haven't seen something different menu wise. If you like Italian, then head over and enjoy plenty on your plate. Staff nice and prices were good. Bathrooms clean. If you want something different, swing by and try it out. What do you have to loose. Your welcome.

I went in with my family and was refused service due to us being quote on quote "bad guests". Me and my family went in and were seated and waited 15 mins for someone to come and take our orders. When we asked of a server we were given bad remarks from some of the employees and were staring at us with bad gestures. When we complained to the manager the manager said "Just go to a different restaurant, you don't belong here." We were appalled. Never going here ever again. Green Olive is the way to go

The food was good but the service was questionable. Our server wasn't the best, he forgot a few things that we ordered and his voice was so low that everyone at our table had a hard time hearing him speak. I waited more then 30 minutes for the drink I ordered! I don't know who the fault fell on for this but it was pretty upsetting. I was less then impressed with our experience this visit. I don't think we will be dinning in there for a while.

I took my brother out there for his birthday. It wasn't bad but they must train there staff better served appetizers but forgot to bring plates then brought out salad soup and our dinner at same time they brought the plates out. Other than that it wasn't bad.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my daughter here, her choice! Excellent food, she loved her steak! They even brought her a complementary dessert with a candle and sang to her. Very sweet! Thank you!

Never visited this location before so not sure if this was an off afternoon but service in Mays Landing is always much better then it was here. Tortellini Alfredo was good but was only given bread sticks once no matter how many times requested. Waiter eventually brought more out after the meal and goes oh guess you don't need these anymore. Was kinda odd to have one person take the order, one person bring the food, and a different person bring the drinks. Definitely going to have to consider if it'll be worth coming back.

I'll have to summarize because I have so much I could say. This was honestly the best lunch experience I've had in quite awhile. Service =✔Excellent, food=✔excellent, timeliness = from being seated, receiving our drinks and appetizers to the finish , Andrew (our pleasant and attentive server)provided us with service that is usually reserved for the "super elite, high priced" restaurants. He is excellent! Always smiling, he made us feel like nothing was too much to accommodate us. We spent an hour simply relaxing and enjoying our meal. I'm a very pleased patron and want everyone to know that good people and places still exist 😊. Thank you, Sharon and Dorothy.
