They say their system is down late at night and won't even accept mobile orders. Terrible especially for those out of town with limited options at night. The lady working late nights was terribly rude and insisted her system was down twice and to wait again after we already waited 20 mij first time for system to go down. It appears they don't want to do their jobs at night.

Would love to know exactly what they put in their frostys?? Second time now after getting one severe Diarrhea and nausea!!!! They must be using old expired dairy. DO NOT GET THE FROSTYS. I plan on reporting this after having to miss work

Zero stars if I could, imagine try to order two things… a plain sandwich (for my bf that’s allergic to a lot of thing) and regular nuggets. They couldn’t even give us the right sandwich and didn’t make it plain and they gave us spicy nuggets. Smh. Little Mexican lady wanted to get nasty about it. Glad to see Wendy’s don’t give AF about allergies.

I don't normally eat fast food but it was the only place opened that I knew I would be able to sit and wait for my son. They were really awesome, lots of smiling faces that seem to enjoy what they do or who they do it for. Everything was fresh and hot and served with love. Thank you employer's for your true love. 👍🏼

We Got the wrong order. Plus instead of sodas we received water. After going around again the drive through we were told there's No soda!!!!!! But got charged for it.... ONE FREAKING JOB!!!!! Need to Retrain Employees!!!! Scratch this place off my list!!

Had a very nice breakfast stop there when I was on the road. Excellent service, friendly attitudes, good food. Definitely one of the best Wendy's I've been to!

quite in the dining area. be sure to check your sandwich before you leave. especially if you modified your sandwich. they never fail to put ketchup on my burger even when i ask them not to!!

I've known from my 2nd father that this particular Wendy's is known to have a horrible drive thru. They can't seem to take more than one order at a time so you usually have to wait for the person in front of you to order, pay and get their food before you are even greeted. I was also noticed that some of their employees haven't been trained properly in customer service as they never say "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." Not only is that what comes with the territory when you work with the public but it's also just common courtesy and how you should speak to another human being. Bad day or good day, it hurts no one to be polite. People doing seem to realize that a few kind words could really change someones day around for the better and not saying anything could make a bad day for sometime much worse. Please, whoever the GM or manager is, I'm implore you to please trim the fat at your establishment in Vineland NJ. Hire good workers and you will see that you will get bonuses that I'm about positive that you are seeing very little if any of with the way your store is being operated at this point in time. I would also love to get some feedback from sometime in charge from your store. I'll be looking for a response from someone in charge and I'm hoping that you will tell me that you are working on fixing the issues I mentioned above. Sincerely, Christine Staats

The food was hot. Employees were friendly and restaurant was clean. It's about time they opened the inside! It had to be THE longest time before opening up after the pandemic. The drive thru lines were insane! Welcome back Wendys to allowing customers wanting to dine and order in the store!!👍👍👍

I used the drive-thru to purchase a fast food dinner. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal. I believe it was the number six. The service was excellent and the sandwich was served exactly as I asked with no lettuce no tomatoes only mayo and pickles The french fries were extremely hot, perfect! This particular Wendy's gets it right. Sorry no pictures I used the drive-thru.

Actually I don’t eat much fast food but only Wendy’s fried chicken sandwich is my favorite .

Wendy's has the best sandwiches of all fast food places. The breakfast Baconator sandwich is the best tasting one of all.

Just waited 30 minutes after being forced to come inside and order was STILL incorrect. Absolute joke of an establishment. Figure out how to make fast food FAST or close. Sort yourselves out…

This place was ok, but they always mess up your orders. Make sure you check your order before you leave or you'll be missing something once you get home.

I didn’t drink my lemonade only because the guy told me a previous customer didn’t trust him making his drink . So why would I trust you to make mine ? It just seemed weird . The food was cold . The worst Wendy’s I ever been too . Check those cameras corporate

They messed up on my drink the soda was flat no bubbles but other then that food was pretty good

1st order went off well but second where I was trying to order a Strawberry Frosty, the little person taking orders walks away from me before taking my order and doesn't come back for 5 minutes. When he takes my order they are out of Strawberry frosty mix. Doesn't bother to tell me until I asked.

Like others have said, expect a wait in the drive thru because this is a good one

Well it's usually very good, but the last time I was there, the french fries were not hot or crisp!

Literally stood 8 minutes at the counter to place my order... not one person in front of me. Finally had to ask the guy standing on the other side of the counter, but 6 or 8ft. back; if he would NOW... take my order!

Good was good for a busy lunch, although I miss there salad bar of olden days. And the tacos, my salad and vanilla frosty hit the spot!

I really don’t understand why they don’t change their hours of services! I was there 12:40ish and they were open they just didn’t take my order! Why have their hours from 6:30am to 1am >_< just change your hours of operations if you won’t take any orders after certain time !

This store happens to run out of coke often in my last 5 visits four of them they didn't have coke

Drive through is slow. It's not Chic fil a. But then who is? Food is always hot and prepped correctly.
