You ask for lite & sweet, you get unsweetened burnt; You ask for toasted everything with vegetable cream cheese; You get un-toasted with regular cream cheese! The worst drive-through -1

Me: Do you have any jelly doughnuts? Them: Yea how many you want? Me: 2 Pull around Them : Hey what was your order. Me: Medium caramel coffee w/ jelly doughnuts Them: We dint have any jelly doughnuts Me: you just told me you did Them: We don't have any Thanks

Excellent customer service. They never get my orders wrong and the donuts actually taste fresh. They take a little long if you order food though. Best stick to drinks.

Not a fan of their coffee. Seems like they never have the donuts I want. Donuts sometimes taste old/stale.

the last 4 times I've stopped there to try and get a donut at 11 pm and then as early as tonight at 830 pm "no donuts" every time... sorry but that's a joke hell with this place

I hope I am not butchering her name but Elanie, was great she took our order and prepared it. Her customer service skills were excellent. I would consider her for any supervisor role. Great team all together.

Open 24 hours which is great for me because I am always on the road all hours of the day and night always stop here when I am around this Dunkin always makes my coffee right and my refresher staff is always nice and friendly food is good place is clean never wait long

The morning staff at this Dunkin are always friendly. The two young men (don’t know their names) that work there in the mornings have great customer service! They make my work mornings start out great! They definitely deserve recognition!

Just got home, have 20 ketchup packets at the top of my bag all stuck together covered in something sticky very obvious and whoever put them in the bag would have known for sure. Also missing 2 muffins and a donut. Person at the window was side tracked talking to another team member. I had to be somewhere so couldn’t go back to get the missing items and wanted to let them know they need to step it up on the service side of things. Attention to detail when people are paying and quality or service needs to be improved significantly. You guys can do better.

Restaurant is clean, except the windows. Staff was nice (and very patient!) Donuts were fresh. Service and wait time where great. No complaints.

Today, 4/13th at 7:45pm, I ordered a LGE coffee, as always, ONLY CREAM! I went home, sat down, took a sip and HAD TO THROW IT AWAY, cause it had SO MUCH SUGAR!!!! I can't have SUGAR!!! I'm pre-Diabetic!! 🤦 That's what happens when they're rushing or NOT paying attn!

The so called “manager” Stephanie was very rude to my daughter and I. You should be ashamed to call yourself a manager. Very unprofessional to your customers that come there everyday. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. You’re miserable and trashy. The rest of the staff has always treated us well.

We ordered from the drive thru. We specifically asked for a certain donut. When we got home and looked in the box we noted that they completely omitted what we wanted and put in a random assortment. I then called the store and the lady that answered said that she remembered but they didn't have the types we wanted. I told her that all she had to do was tell us she didn't have it.

I ordered a medium hot cappuccino and they forgot the espresso. Received a cup of steamed milk. Pretty pathetic when your only job is to make coffee and the main component is forgotten.

I love Dunkin. This one in Rio Grande NJ needs a drive through. Not enough parking to handle walk on only.

Purchased pumpkin latte and black coffees 6 donuts. The coffee smelled a little strong but thought it would be ok. I got down the road a bit and opened the donuts they were so hard the coffee was way too strong and the latte was nothing but cinnamon. The second shot at this place can't recommend it at all just stay away.

I ordered a green machiato and I got a Irish cream one, and it taste like coffee . This is the worst Dunkin ever!!! If I can leave a less then one star I would,

Good service however if I wanted all ice, I would've saved my $5 for a cup and bought a whole bag for $3. My drink was literally gone in 5 sips!
