I will go across town and cross a busy highway in order to avoid this McDonald's. The wait in drive-thru is always ridiculous. 20 minutes after ordering and 10 minute wait before just to get to order. Then your order always comes out wrong. Also their fries suck and they never have milkshakes.

This store had the order sign blacked out for Burgers, only chicken sandwiches were available, so I ordered one chicken sandwich without tomatoes and a shake. The order was $15.38 and I complained about the cost. Then I had to wait about 15 minutes for the sandwich before a woman vame out and apoligized stating they were very short staffed. After I left I found two sandwiches with pickles and one with spice spread. Thats it, nothing else. Outragious for the cost. Don't go there cause its not worth the expensive sandwiches and slow service. The owner should be embarrassed and working hard for more staff. Maybe add a raise to current workers.

Worst McDonald every back in the day it used to be okay it was never great but i ordered a uber eats from this McDonald a Large chocolate milkshake for my son and 10 peice large nugget meal they forgot the whole meal and only gave the driver the drinks and when i called to complain someone picked up the phone and hung up. If your in the area save your self some time and go to the wendys down the street atleast if u order from them youll get your food. I have been going to this location since i was a KID and they could never get a simple order right i cant think of one time ive been here recently where i havent had to drive back to get my order right. the only reason this store is probably even somewhat profitable is probably cuz its in a good location with lots of traffic theirs like 3 more mcdonalds in town pick literally anyone of them instead if you really want micky dees. i dont even write reviews but thats how bad this store is that i wrote a long as rant like this. Honestly your money would be better off thrown in the trash then getting food here. The funniest part is they taped the empty bag shut with like 8 pieces of tape(not completely empty the remember the one drink i ordered with the meal) lmao.

How you going to have ppl waiting in line for 20 plus minutes car in front of us orders then when we get to the window you want to say where closed we are short staffed but you have a whole line in y'all driveway that's been there waiting for ever for 20 minutes and y'all still had an hour until closing too y'all ridiculous frfr

By far the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been too & it just seems to get worse every year. Only filled half of the LARGE fry I ordered, they were hard as rocks. Also ordered a 10 piece nugget & got 8.

This has to be the WORST McDonald’s EVER !!! Do not get no food from them it’s HORRIBLE . They need ALL NEW STAFF !!! IM OVER IT ! And then through DoorDash they just do an even more horrible job . They give you old lettuce , cold fries , I’ve had it up to here with them . They are disgusting!!!! I dont even wanna give them one star !

Better than many McDonald's. Better than in the past. Food was good and not too badly priced.

I have a big question and a big issue... why they always ask what sauce I want for my nuggets if they are going to give me what they want not what I want or I order? I order sweet and sour sauce and I get BBQ sauce.

Would prefer to order at the counter, not at the computer. It took too long and was confusing. The wait for the food was long as well.

Employees can't keep up me being a ex McDonald's employee we used the ,80's way never was behind on orders..Meals being 13 dollars and new ways of doing things I always have to wait don't know how this store stays open!!

It's McDonald's. Overpriced, mass produced food that's only gotten smaller and worse while the prices have gone up. You already know what you're getting when you go here.

I wanna know why when I come in this store it’s nothing but Mexicans ! Im not racist at all but I have notice not one white or black person in the store all Mexicans I did a application for here and the general manager said they wasn’t hiring but when i come in here it’s a new person and they are Mexicans smh it’s said that racism is still alive today

No burritos available at breakfast time for the 3rd time. Unreal. & be prepared to pay $20 easy for 2 ppl, that's more of an economy thing than a location issue but just saying.

Average to below average service. Maybe it's the nature of the business, but getting the wrong food is totally in play here. Again possibly because it's hard to get good help and anyone to work now days ? It's an average fast food joint nothing special, and if your aware of what could possibly happen at these places (check your bag before leaving) then you can eliminate alot of its inherent misadventures.

Two dbl. Quarter pounder meals the burgers were blood red an i was waiting 10 minutes for those meals. Last night sept3, horrible to brown outside only. Wont be back.

Quarter pounders were undercooked, an waited an extra 15 minutes for them to cook an still received them raw.. maybe next time will be better.

It'sa 1000 better then the deptford location and managers at lunch hour by my job so even on their worst day they're still a 4 to 5 stars compared to the trash I deal with during my routes and their other locations.. also side note their best location is Vineland on main road 🤫 it's my secret location 🥰I've actually gone to this specific location.. since I was 4! And I'm 35.. that many years and they always been the hands down rock star location! I love your main road Vineland staff like no other!

Asked for 6 sausage McMuffins with egg, 3 no cheese and my order was incorrect, 3 were egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon with no cheese very disappointing because they confirm that my order was correct after giving it to them two times.

I went to redeem a birthday reward. Didn't even know McDonald's did that. The cashier at the drive-through was somehow an exceptionally nice young man. (Maybe he transferred from Chick-fil-A, lol.) Definitely not used to that kind of friendliness from McD.
