Service is quick, but staff and owners are rude. I stopped ordering from here a while ago due to the customer service experience. I recently went back, and more of the same is happening. They don't take ownership when they mess up your order. Prices are through the roof while portions become smaller.

The food is delicious, especially the chicken sticks 😋, this is a great restaurant to order from, great quality for a good price

I really like the location and the food is always fast and very reasonably priced but wow they have just an horrible system when you phone in an order there is just an incredible amount of background noise.

I purchased Fried Chicken About 4 years ago, let's just blame it on COVID because I just had some the other day & most definitely didn't taste the same... Maybe the grease is old...

Up until tonight, I would have recommended this place to anyone who listens. Tonight, I called to place my order. EVERY time I started to place my order, the lady on phone, in the front started talking to someone else. I had to repeat my order to her 3 times. She apologized. Continued with my order. Get there to pick it up, get home & one dish was wrong. I told her No onion. I get home and it's loaded with onion. I take it back. Not sure if the guy is her husband or not but he was nice. He apologized. The lady acts like she's on the phone and says "you called and didn't say no onion" I said "Yes I did!" She continues with "you mess up your order and then come back and expect us to fix it. " *I* didn't mess up anything! You did!! By talking to everyone besides listening to my detailed order. Don't care if I think they make really good food. I will NOT be back!

Highly disappointed. Food wasn’t hot, chicken wings tasted like old cooking oil, the order of hot oil was burn. Usually it’s some what ok! Not this time. Definitely not ordering anymore evening take out from them. Only ordered because our usual place is closed on Monday. Next time I’ll wait

Poor customer service was their with my autistic son and they told me to leave cause he was making noise really child he was just happy and excited to be getting food but let me tell u people are so rude in there no customer service at all

They used to deliver to where I worked, today I call and the lady screamed at me for asking to place an order. Will not be calling back.

Food is okay . However, delivery services was extremely unprofessional. The driver literally asked word for word “where is the tip”? Tip was already included yet still asked for one? NOT PROFESSIONAL.

Worst Chinese food I ever had... House special rice tasted old, beef and broccoli looked unappealing and tasted the same and chicken wings tasted liked fried in old oil. This was a waste of 36$... With no free drink... Never going there again!!!

LOVE their shrimp mei fun. The lady who cooks is this sweet old lady and I eat things with weird modifications and she always makes it exactly how I ask. We got to a point where I call and she’s like we know we got you and I get my order thirty minutes later

Absolutely love this place food is always hot and fresh I go here at least 3 a month. They have pretty good delivery and they've never gotten my order wrong. Totally recommend
