    I hate finding HAIR in my food !! Long strands of blonde hair literally barf all over food. This is why hair nets should be mandatory. Yes money was refunded but no sincere apology. Oh thanks have a good night is what you say after something like that.

    If you hate your job that much then leave. Their customer service is so trash. Girl up front checking out is just extremely rude for no reason. And why is everyone moving so absurdly slow. I’ve been going to Willys for years so I understand a rush but they are moving like they do not care about their jobs at all. Every single person in their should has not a single ounce of decent customer service but girl at the check out takes the cake. Attitudes with everyone she spoke to, rude and acts as if you are an inconvenience to her. The food was barely hot to wait 20 minutes in a line with only two people in front of me and the get such bad service. Jalapeños old and so many stems in the cilantro and pico. The chicken was just gross, I don’t know what they did to it. Habanero salsa was brown, I have never seen that before and the chili ardobl was essentially water. On top of that the salsa bar was just nasty. The staff does not care and it reflects in the food quality and their service. You are better off going out your way to a decent location just so you don’t have deal with it. I will never be going back. I’ll definitely have to call corporate in the morning for this one.

    My food is always on point. Baja steak burrito bowl with lettuce,pico, guacamole, melted cheese, grilled onions, and peppers 😋 And you have to top if off with the beefamole(guacamole, cheese, and beef dip with tortillas).

    Willy’s is my favorite restaurant, I’m literally there almost everyday. The food is always delicious and fresh, coupled with an amazing staff — what more can you ask for?! Great service comes a dime a dozen nowadays, kudos to Willy’s for always providing a great experience!

    Richard is the most efficient and professional Willys representative i’ve met in a long time. he took care of me like a brother. the young lady on the other hand won’t make you fresh tofu even if you ask nicely so, “BEWARE! for future reference!” 😂😂

    ordered a bowl and cheese dip from them on uber eats and they never give utensils and didn’t give me my chips for my cheese dip. not every time you order food are you home to have those necessities for times like this. do better.

    When I came into this place it was extremely clean. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. It's great dealing with people who are happy with their job. The food was delicious, and very reasonably priced.

    Usually this place is the Willies to visit. I came 11-28-23 @ 430pm and was welcomed by crickets chirping, no one said hello, be with you shortly... just kept working and ignoring me and my gf's existence after seeing us waiting around patiently. I don't mind a lil wait... but when employees look like they want to punch you for showing up, ignore you, give off that "vibe"... why the heck would i want you to make me food and charge me for a bad experience? Everyone knows when employees are like that they rarely put care into what they do.. We left, ate elsewhere. NOW I WILP BE LOOKING TO SEE WHOS WORKING THROUGH THE WINDOWS BEFORE I GO

    Two men up front today were great. It was very busy after lunch time when I came in, and their service was efficient, respectful, and professional. Food prep areas appeared clean, and items appeared stocked. Salsa bar was also stocked and clean. Best I’ve experienced at this location.

    I have lunch at the Delk Rd location almost everyday. The entire staff is awesome and super friendly. Richard greets every customer with a smile and he has a sincere personality. The food is sooo delicious and fresh! I love this place!

    After leaving work tonight I stopped by Willy's on Delk rd to get my kids something to eat. When I entered the store I noticed that one of the workers looked like she didn't want to be there. I processed with my order like any other customer but I could see the lady that was adding the other toppings was getting an attitude because I had 4 different orders. She asked my mom was all of these together and she told her "yes". The store was not packed when we arrived We were the only customers. At one point I didn't know what all of the kids wanted when another customer arrived so I let him go ahead since I wasn't ready. If the food wasn't for my kids I would have just left because customer service is very important to me. I don't want to spend my hard earned money at a place that has bad customer service. I know that locations like many establishments in the area are swamped at lunch time with customers that have 1 or a list of orders for co-workers. I would hate to see her during lunch time because after tonight I can only hope she has a much better attitude. I work less then 5 mins from this location and go a lot in the summer time but after this I will find another location to eat at.

    Amazing service, delicious food, we loved it! My toddlers had soft corn tofu tacos and I had a tofu burrito. Perfect blend of marinated flavors. This was my daughter's first taco and she loved it! This location is extremely family-friendly. The servers and staff were extremely courteous, setting up a high chair and booster seat for us while we paid for the meal. Can't wait to visit again!

    This place is tex mex so I don't understand why everytime, I come here its a problem and today I decided not to drive to the other one and of course they didn't fail. My english is not 100% they speak english with a heavy accent so I don't understand if I'm speaking in spanish why are they responding in english. That is so rude! Serve american food if you can only speak english. I want a extra queso on the side and the hispanic guy says you want a cheese or a cheese dip. I told him I want a side of queso he kept on repeating the same thing but yet the black guy understood me when he put on my bowl. I got frustrated and decided to eat the chips with salsa. Everytime I come, its the same thing and only happens at this location. If I have one across the street why would I drive 20 mins for better customer service.

    I had a terrible experience,not because of the food,but there was an entitled acting family with a service dog and the staff wanted to dog to wait outside because of how close the food is made to us. THESE WEAK STAFF ALLOWED these karens to get their food after causing a scene and then didn't even charge them for it. So I guess everyone else supposed to eat dog hair. The privilege was thick in the air and I'm unimpressed. I won't be returning to this location considering they pander to pouting guests. 🤮

    There were 5 employees on the line when I walked in but not one person said hello for about 2-3 minutes. 3 employees were making there lunch so I guess they were busy. NO salsa or ramekins for take out and it looked disgusting!!! Way to go Willy’s!!!!

    Take out. Went into the Marietta Location. The manger there I think her name was Nigel ,I was in around 8::20. From the moment I walked in ,I knew she was going tocbe a problem before she even ask you what you want she gave u a look. that asked the questions why are her and do you want and not in a good way she was mad just for no reason. I ordered Nachos and they burnt when they came out so I ask her to redo them, she said u r the one whoasked her to put them back in the oven,which I did asked her to put them back in there for a minute but when they finished they were burnt. I asked her if she would make me another one, This time when they came out they were fine and ask another young lady to add cheese dip which was an extra dollar but she the manager holler out to the guy at the register charge her $3 it's a dollar per scoop. I didn't ask for 3 scoop i only asked the young lady to spread it around the edges. I work for Kroger and my mantra is to always treat people the way I want to be treated and without the customers I don't get a pay check. I also re-acted to her something I try not to do but I myself my son died in February and he was the only one that acknowledged my Birthday so I was a little down and I was in the mood for her mouth yesterday. Anyother day I might have been more patient with her but yesterday no. Please have a word with us about treating people better. Thanks for your time and I do love Willy's.

    Third time having an bad experience here in a row. I will never go back. I grew up eating here weekly and this location has recently gotten awful with staff and food. I won’t even start on the staff. The most important part is this restaurant does NOT take FOOD SAFETY SERIOUSLY!!! The staff does not care about ‘hold times’ or temperature. My steak Baja burrito mostly had fatty grit pieces. They have fully neglected making sure the salsa bar was in the right temperature and thrown away after it’s hold time. I got a to go cup and while it sat on my counter with the lid on ALL THE CUPS OF SALSA BEGAN BUBBLING AND EXPANDING THE PLASTIC!!! It bubbled so much it began leaking out of the cup and popped the lid off. The salsa is obviously expired I bet that salsa has been out since this morning. I HOPE I DON’T GET SICK FROM THIS. To the owner- make food safety your priority. I would have never expected this from a Willys location. The manager on shift Wednesday July 20th at 7pm acted like she had no idea what was happening and DIDN’T APOLOGIZE!!!

    The food at this location is always good, especially the Baja Burritos and the burrito bowls. If there's a line, it moves along swiftly. It's usually pretty busy here so the staff here is busy but even with that they're really friendly and they give good customer service.

    Steve and Bella always greet us with a smile! I go there often with a coworker and we both love Willy's! It's really good food and it is fast! 3 of us were in and out in under 15 mins.

    Been coming to this location for a while and it’s never been bad. Not great but not bad. But today I came and ordered my usual. The girl making my items clearly didn’t know what went on the items and kept asking me over and over again what I wanted. She then put ranch on my frito burrito. Didn’t even bother saying anything because I didn’t want to wait even longer. I also told her multiple times I needed a cheese quesadilla. And it took them 20 minutes to make it. All my other food was just sitting there. And the cashier walked off when my food was finally ready. I tip every time I come here, but not today. Will not be coming here anymore.

    Customer Service was good, very polite gentleman at cash register. However, the food was horrible I literally poured about two cups of water (juice from the food) from my taco bowl. Please advise employees how to drain excess water from food in the future. Also, this location was very disturbingly disgusting, lots of build-up on the stove. Missing salsa for my chips, and no napkins/forks. Will post photos later. Wont be revisiting any Willies.

    I always come to this specific location because their food tastes better than other ones I've been to. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism that I witnessed today at this location. Two young ladies (employees) were having a personal conversation while servicing the guest ahead of me. They dropped multiple F bombs and continued to do it when it was my turn to check out. I was shocked to see that the main one cursing had a shirt that said "Manager". If I was the owner of that location, they'd both be fired. That's how inappropriate and unprofessional the conversation was. Food was good though.
