Shoupade is a very small park that's has some cool historical information. There is no place to sit and there is no bathrooms. It's will take about 5-10 minutes to walk the entire park. However the view of Atlanta is breathtaking.

Little know historic place that I used to pass without knowing it was there.... during a walk I found this little gem with a nice walk path and many information about the construction and intended use of the fortification. Great view of the city and a nice walk... Personally I couldn't find a way to get to the last "shoupade" that runs up to I-285

This "park" is neat from a history point of view and has a nice view of the city. It kinda sucks as a park though it just feels like you are in someone's back yard. No toilet no picknick tables, playground or anything.

Cobb County devastated area around Shoupade toward townhomes. They cut most of the trees, shrubs. It looks horrible.

This is a quaint little get away that is historic and little known outside of the Oakdale Rd walkers. It's worth a visit since you probably pass it a few times a week without even knowing it's there.

Cool little bit of history tucked in the shadows of Atlanta.

This is a great place to go and see restored shoupades. If you look carefully across the street there is an unrestored shoupade. However it is on private property so best not to go over there.

This little park has beautiful views of the Atlanta skyline. It is kind of nestled and hidden, but once you find it, you won't be disappointed.

This is a historical site. It is not a playground.

👍👍 This park is enclosed with a kid-proof gate and fencing. It has an area for older kids and toddlers. The older area is shaded so that the equipment doesn't get as hot in the summer. They have slides and a small rock climbing area and toddler swings.
