#Nice place to wait and never eat# waiters barely gave indication where to seat, it took ages for our orden being taken... but the order never came! other gentleman and I went to the counter and ask "if the waiters and chef died"? Because food and drinks never arrived... each we wanted anything we were forced to get up go to the counter and remind them "we are still here waiting for food to arrive, you know"... Furthermore lots of cars park in the highway obstructing the visual to incorporate to it, making it extremely dangerous

I’m really confused how this place has such a good rating as the pancakes are nothing like pancakes, they are super greasy and crispy on the outside, looked and had more of an omelette consistency, was greasy to point I couldn’t stomach it all. The service is extremely slow and they aren’t apologetic for it, just shrug it off. Not a great selection of desserts either. The restaurant building itself has a nice atmosphere, and they have a nice play area outside for children.

If you have all the time of the world to wait 20 minutes just to have an ice cream, go for it. The service is terrible and they don't even care about it. At least they could be humble and inform they are lacking personnel and sorry for keeping us wait that long..

Old fashioned and wonderful Dutch pancakes restaurant! You can stuff your kids with sugar (pancakes and lemonade or ice cream) and then have them run around in the playground. It's a very cute place with nice staff and the pancakes were nice too. There is a sweet garden where you can find lots of gnomes or just sit and eat in between the greenery. Wonderful atmosphere.

Sweet, neat and cozy place to have a nice and tasteful pancake! Ambiance is great and personnel is very kind! The area around De Heuveltjes is a great place for a walk and is ideally topped off by a pancake or poffertjes by this restaurant.

Good pancakes. friendly to bicyclers. Children's play area in back. seating inside and outside. Great place to tank-up before/after the climb.

Really nice apple cake, good coffee and pleasant garden. The pancake I had was very tasty, and seemed reasonably priced given the price increases everywhere. The children's play area at the back is great for little children.

Great food, good service, nice place specially outside with cosy tables, big playground, campfires etc.

We went there for dinner and it was the best Dutch food we ever tasted! It has a very nice playing area for kids too! I recommend it with my eyes closed ☺️
