Excellent, fast and friendly service, beautiful food, lovely atmosphere

Food was OK. Service was OK. Interesting we got Garlic bread in the basket but no bread plates.⭐️⭐️ Had 2 mains 2 drinks 1 Garlic Bread $88.82 for 2 ppl for dinner.⭐️⭐️ At another Italian Restaurant the next day we got 4 Garlic Breads 4 Mains 6 drinks Excellent Food and Excellent service $110. Say no more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The first pics was our dinner from Adriatico The Lasagna and Pizza's were just an example of 2/4 dishes we got for Lunch from the other Italian restaurant.

I was in the area and came here for dinner. The inside is quite cosy and relaxing with the decor and lighting. The menu has quite a lot of different options including pasta, pizza and a range of different meats. They also have a specials blackboard on the wall if you were wanting something different. I had the small cannelloni as an entree and it was really nice. The meat sauce was nice although it was really hot. The Veneziana Steak wasn't what I was expecting for a marsala sauce since it was tomato based. It was tasty nonetheless and cooked just right. The best part was dessert, honey pancakes with chocolate sauce. The chocolate sauce was just right, chocolatey and sweet but not overwhelming. The pancakes were soft and mopped up the sauce but I couldn't really taste the honey. It was unfortunate that they were out of the limoncello gelato though. A really nice place for a meal with good food and service.

Welcome home :) We missed you :) Absolutely beautiful food and service as usual. Vegetables are always perfectly cooked, not overdone, steak was superb. Owen was hanging out for his chicken livers, he does not get this at home. Our whole meal was beautifully cooked. 1/ Always a favourite, never disappoints. Busy lil’ place just before Xmas. 2/ must be our first visit for 2023, cosy atmosphere, great food. 3/ return visit after owners holiday, very steady service for a Friday night, a very nice dinner for two.

We always love the food here, be it takeaway or dining in. We feel it is the best Italian food in West Auckland. However, this time was not quite as good as previously. Could not have a coffee because the machine was broken and they did not have one of the ingredients for the pasta dish we ordered so were offered an alternative. It was OK, but not as nice as usual. Lasagne was perfect, as was the Tiramusu. Hope the coffee machine is operating next time we visit. P.S. I appreciate that coffee machines do break down, but surely an alternative could be offered. Even an ordinary filter coffee would suffice, especially if the machine is waiting for a part from overseas.

Food was exceptional and service was great. The staff were very accommodating with our toddler and brought her books/toys to keep her occupied so we could enjoy our meal. Didn’t have to wait too long for our meals even though the place was busy. But yes, the food is what makes this place special.

Have been going here for over 20 years. Wonderful restaurant. Excellent food every time with friendly lovely service. The Chicken Alla Firenze is amazing. Owner always comes out and says hello to us and other guests. Highly recommend.

Service staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant was cute and the aroma of the food was so good. Best part is the food matched the aroma. Absolutely mouth watering.

What a great restaurant! Adriatico has become our regular date night spot. The food is fantastic as well as the service. Definitely give the gnocchi special and hazelnut chicken a try, something different and very tasty. Hope the coffee machine will be fixed soon as we'd love to give it a try!

I’ve eaten at many Italian restaurants. This one competes well with La Rosa in Glen Eden. My first time coming and we were received by a girl who was on her first day of the job. She did splendidly. The staff were friendly. The place was clean. The service was quick. I ordered the “Alexander”. Medium rare steak in mushroom sauce. Brilliant. My only complaint would be the price. But with the cost of ingredients honestly it’s fine. If you want a cheaper experience at the cost of taste quality reduction go to La Porchetta. If you’re feeling a little fancy and want something delicious - head here!

Food was nice & fresh. Veges serve that came with meal very small so suggest you order their side veges for a bloke or food lover. Good variety. Good service.

Awesome place, feels like you’ve left Henderson when your in there. Service is great food is great and and prices for a quality Italian restaurant are exceptional. Thank your Adriatico for your great work, you give that little strip in Henderson some life.

THE BEST Italian restaurant. We come here regularly, whether is busy or quiet night, the service, the food, the whole experience never lack. My favorite, Steak 🥩 pepperoni is to die for. Best garlic bread, I can freely say, in NZ. 5 star for everything, you guys are amazing.

First time I have been to this restaurant. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere hits you. Locals eating and ordering their favorites, laughing and enjoying themselves. This restaurant is the real deal, if you want authentic Italian this is the place. My new local for sure. Oh and the waitress are so lovely. You won’t be disappointed Thanks team !

Adriatico Ristorante is a West Auckland treasure, and an absolute must for anyone who appreciates cuisine that is created from the heart and served with a smile. We've enjoyed their hospitality for over 10 years and the quality and service have remained seven star strong. Congrats on 30 years in business, all the more challenging in these times.

A Great meal with very friendly and attentive staff. Steak Zingara was cooked exactly as I requested, with delicious accompaniments. Partners Chicken Alla Firenze was also well cooked with beautiful flavours that worked well. Garlic Bread and Calamari Rossi also very nice. These satisfied customers had a great dining experience here. We'll be back :)

Really delish authentic Italian food at Adriatico last night! We ordered entrees, mains and desserts and all 4 guests loved every dish. Will definitely be back!

Ordered a standard size >$20 pizza to share between 4 people, thinking it would be average sized. It barely took up the size of the plate it was on and was cut into bite sized quarters, very disappointing. Service was good however.

Ordered chicken tortellini and it was amazing. Staff and chef were so friendly and understanding our needs and the results didn't disappoint. Only disappointment was that I didn't order main size.
