Not the best. They need to treat there drivers with respect. I was a driver but because I cut my hours down due to husband being ill I was sacked. They used me, my husband comes 1st and they didn't like it. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. I worked some days when my husband was ill as they had no drivers so helped out and this is how I've been treated. Everyone should avoid this shop. NOT THE CLEANEST PLACE EITHER shall we say.

Absolutely shocking NEVER ORDER FROM HERE Ordered 2 milkshakes a waffle and cookie dough, the waffle never turned up, phone them to be told oh the driver gave it to someone else we will give you a waffle next time you order (never ordering from here again) because he’s not sending out a driver with the waffle because I live in Birkenhead and it’s too far as he will already be losing a waffle, no money or waffle back. Never know someone to be so rude to someone over the phone when it’s their mistake The milkshakes aren’t the best either anyway literally just like they use milk not ice cream as described

Hot food was terrible, tasted disucing , milkshake was nice but the ice cream was a rip off defo not gonna order from here again

Ordered chocolate scoop ice cream. It was freezer burnt, and must be the cheapest brand of ice cream they could find.. Would definitely not recommend this establishment.

it’s the 27th/Tuesday 21:00pm as i’m writing this is we order from here all the time, never any problems, however, i called up just now to alter my order, asking for strawberries that are in my order on the side, and was met with what i can only describe as the worst customer service ever, i called up and asked and was met with “ok” and the phone abruptly put down on me!? how bloody rude, drivers area always so nice you’d think the people who work in the store would be too, guess not

Ordered two milkshakes an two school cakes, arrived 50 minutes late, the school cake looked like it had been chewed up and spat out 🤢, milkshakes wasn’t bad had better, phone up the guy on the phone was just rude didn’t wanna know, will not be be ordering again, avoid this place !

Got jammie cake with ice cream, on putting ice cream on top of cake, found a black hair, i phoned an told him an his answer was, i don't know how it got there,... as if I would eat that, won't be going there again,...

Ordered a slice of chocolate gateux and a premium cookie dough , with a milkshake. Came witchin 6 mins. Paid £14 the cake was literally so frozen the spoon wouldn't go through. There was no cookie dough just this sauce in a box. Rang up to complain, the owner very aggressive and started to swear at me. I took the stuff back so he could see how shocking it is, refused to give me a refund and basically told me to stick it up my arse. Do not order from here.

Went to pick up order after agreed time & it wasn't even started. I said I'd go & come back in 10-15 minutes yet when I did the order still not started. Tried to lie to me about being ready until I asked them to show me which they couldn't. Owner was rude so I took my money back.

dont understand the generally low reviews honestly! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it's an acceptable sweet shop, the ice cream was exactly what you'd expect. i got the bubblegum and unicorn flavour, was like 3 quid for 2 scoops! the unicorn flavour was like a marshmallow flavour i think? the fella at the counter didnt seem to hear me when i said i wanted a pot and he gave me a cone instead but it wasn't a big deal!

Ordered 2 hours ago got told it was on its way an hour ago and still hasn’t arrived and I only live 15 minutes away I called twice and the guy just said it was on its way and hung up and then they won’t answer now when trying to call again
