The Arboretum is one of our family's favourite days out. The park is brilliant, particularly on a hot day in summer with the water features on, and the grounds are superbly maintained. The cafe serves good, basic food in the form of a children's menu and adult choices. Breakfast is served till 12 midday. When busy the service is a little slow but nothing to complain about and the place is lovely, airy and clean. The new sheltered area is great for little ones who need a shade & for when the weather isn't so great but you still want to sit outside.

A great cafe overlooking the arboretum. We had a lovely walk around. An interesting mix of planting which seemed to attract a variety of birds. Popular with dog walkers and families. There is an adventure play area with a water park for in the warmer months.

One of the best park of walsall. Very pleasant, calming & natural ambience. Good place for kids & pets.Tracks for jogging ,cycling is also there and most pleasant thing is its connectivity with the Hatherton Lake.

A nice place for a stroll around the lake, feeding the fowl, which are forever hungry. Lots of dog walkers, some off lead which is annoying. Benches dotted along the way if you're tired. Some steep steps if you don't plan your route, a bit of a struggle if you're elderly or disabled. A lovely green area with a gaggle of geese hissing at you as they march past. Tea, coffee and various edibles available at the cafe. Sometimes, there's an event going on that you can watch or joining if you're lucky. Bandstand musicians banging out a tune is always a delight. Well worth a visit in the good weather.

Lovely place to visit but would be really nice if you could take your dog inside where there would be plenty of room for a separate doggie area. It's cold to sit outside in winter months.

Lovely clean park, cafe is a little pricey, asked for a large tea which is a regular size cup everywhere else. No need to charge £2.20 for a tea. The staff in vans/ buggy need to drive a little slower and give way to pedestrians on the footpath also making sure they give enough time for them to make way for them. Several times we’ve been here and found some of their drivers a little on the aggressive side in their vehicles.

Beautiful place, very big, they have lots of things on, we go to just have a nice walk around, the parks great, lots of different sections and a water play part when it's summer which is brill too, also a decent skate park. There's a big lake to walk round and feed the duck and tennis courts etc... its a really nice place to visit. Good for bike rides too And the cafe is handy for the loo and a snack 😋

A beautiful place for a saunter under the trees. With ideal path ways for wheeled chairs, or walking frames and pushchairs. Large areas of grass flowers / shrubs and buildings to rest at. A wonderful lake to walk around or just watch the birds. The food looked good and the coffee was good too. There's also a great children's play area as well.😃👍👏👏👏👏

Beautiful Spacious Park, well maintained and cared for. The only BUT the toilet facilities poor. From our car Park it was 1 mile to the nearest toilet which were for the disabled, luckily non disabled were allowed to use. I know the virus was the reason because a nearer toilet was shut. However toilet facilities still was not anywhere near our car park to use pre virus. I think another toilet block is definitely needed. I will look forward to going to the Park again, it was a lovely day out.

I love Walsall arboretum. I feel so safe while doing my daily walking. It's a must to go to if you've never been especially seeing the Autumn colours.

Nice area to stop for coffee and watch the world go by. Centre tries to offer training to young people for first jobs and is used very much as community hub

👍👍 A good park with play facilities, sculptures, basketball court and a bandstand. The pathways are all in good order - it's about 1km circular route. The outdoor gym facilities are also excellent - two areas and both in good condition (see photos).
