Been using DDC for 20+ years. Always helpful and friendly

in June 2020 purchased paint from Dulux trade center Wimbledon. Despite them selling Dulux trade paints at higher prices, that any other retailer chain (Brewers, Screwfix, etc.). Staff members on site are rather arrogant, as is the manager. Bought Vinyl Matt "white mist", but 2x 5L tins (out of 3 purchased) were probably old stock - inferior quality! Tins inside partly corroded as well as lids. paint had lots of dry pieces inside. Nightmare to work with and waste of my time as busy tradesman. On Saturday 13/06 around 2PM I'we called customer service. ...For 43 minutes I was listening "Your call is important to us, please wait ...", until call was disconnected !!! I've been using Dulux products for years, but my recent experience was shockingly bad.

Not helpful at all! Very disappointed dulux account holder!

Placed an order on the 30th of March for delivery on the 31st of March. As of 9th April, no order delivered. No response to communications. UPDATE: my order finally arrived after escalations. They have their own courier who delivers, so no tracking number or communication of delivery time or date.

Slowest service of any dulux Centre I've been too it took 40mins to serve 3 customers and only two of them wanted two paint mixes between them. This was my third visit and the other two were no better they seemed more interested in doing something on the computers than serving customers I had seen three customers walk out because they were sick of waiting.

Really excellent customer service. They were helpful, efficient and gave me the highest level of discount without any prompting. Really great store and staff!

Pleasant staff, typically trade paint centres are not cheap but, they have everything you need to decorate.

My husband usually goes here to mix up paints . They have a good palette and they can mix all colors what he needed until now. Kind staff , they are very helpful too. They always have free parking spaces available too.

Very helpful!! Thank you! I went there with a 5years old mix paint (which was mixed in another store), and the gentleman explained, they cant guarantie the same shade, which is fair enough. But I got the perfect colour.
