This hotel is overrated! For room furniture we got a few bean bags and a beaten IKEA table. Sorry, but we didn’t pay a backpacker rate. We expect the facilities to be in better condition. Airconditioning was creaking all night. Turns out the AC ceiling unit is coming loose from the ceiling. Look at the cracks in the ceiling board (pictures attached)! I was worried that the ceiling would fall. Didn’t sleep all night. The spa has a smell from inside every single locker. What’s worse, the steam room couldn’t be switched on, because the magic green button was missing from the console. What a joke! Better spend your money at a more renown hotel brand.

This is a beautiful hotel located near the Khao Yai National Park. This hotel is built on the mountain slope. Nice big modern clean rooms with large balconies and breathtaking view. Lots of facilities like restaurant, gym, pool and sauna. Restaurant standard is very good and Lisa a spread both question as well as local Thai cuisines. Breakfast spread is very good too, on weekdays you order from the menu well on weekends it's a buffet spread.

This is the isolated & peaceful place on the entire small hill and it’s pet allowed 🐶🐶🐶 which I can bring my pet to walk through the whole area , except the swimming pool and the restaurant. The sets of this resort apart is its deep appreciation for its surroundings. It seamlessly integrates with the natural beauty on the hill of the area, creating a tranquil atmosphere that allows guests to truly unwind and connect with nature. Additionally, the people here are incredibly warm and hospitable, making the entire experience even more delightful. The journey from Bangkok was well worth the time and effort. The fresh air is invigorating, and the highlight of it all is being able to witness the scenic views of Khao Yai area. If you're seeking a place to escape from your city life and indulge in the serenity of Khao Yai, I highly recommend this place. It offers an excellent opportunity to appreciate the beauty of nature, all while enjoying exceptional hospitality.

I booked this hotel because the review in pantip is so nice. I book the glass room which may be not the top of room in this hotel. I feel mild disappointment. The room is old and not beautiful as my expect but ok for stay. The staff service is polite but lack of queue management of shutter car. So many cut the line. The dinner food and morning buffet is standard. I feel that the hotel is overrate by pantip website. "Up to you"

Serene environment at its own exclusive plot of land. My family of four had reserved ourselves the Pool Villa. Our kids were totally enjoying themselves relaxing and having fun at our own private pool (cold water) and jacuzzi (has warm water) daily. Cool that the minibar was included but beer wasn’t replenished and coffee machine wasn’t working (or maybe I didn’t do it right). Bean bags were provided for us to chill in the room but the furniture and all are rather old-looking. Bathroom had a musty smell. Daily buffet breakfast offers a decent selection. There’s also movie night every night.

In love with the view of swimming pool. And the staffs offered a excellent service. Although the room is a bit old. But I enjoyed my stay at the resort.

Paz is peace in Spanish. This word is a good resume of my stay in the hotel. Peaceful. I loved it. Amazing place with incredible views. There is a fitness room, swimming pool, sauna, good restaurant. Highly recommended!!
