This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. The place says smoke free however hallways smell like a 90s dive bar. The floors are uneven and move under your feet. The floors in the room are the same. The room was 80% clean and the bed was the best feature of the whole room and stay. It was not worth $70 for the night I stayed there. I would never take my kids here.

The rooms are being updated I went in thinking with the price I was going to have to sleep with one eye open, actually slept like a baby. Room was amazing big space bathroom clean, the new decor very energized. I'll come back. The only thing I have to say is I was hoping for a nice breakfast but over all loved it

Room is nasty. I checked the beds as soon as I got in the room and everything was dirty and had food all in the bed. Sheets, pillow cases and blankets weren't changed at all. Looks to me that they haven’t been changed for a while it wasn’t even white anymore. Roaches in the bathroom & on the side of the bed. Nasty smell in the room that wouldn’t go away like someone was smokingin the room. I’ll never be back. This place needs to be shut down by a health inspector. Just disgusting 🤢

BED BUGS!!! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!!! I paid for a few days and after the first night i noticed bites on my waist and face, ive delt with bed bugs before in my house where i had to bomb it an go through everything, it was horrible. I lifted the mattress and seen nest in the corners, big grown bed buds would come out in the dark. They refused to when give me a refund for the day i already slept, they did nothing, the manager refused to talk to me and heavy set white karen at the front desk was so rude and mean, even before i paid any money for the room, and especially after i mentioned bugs.. i even tried to be nice about it and not talk loud in front of the customers and i got the "EXCUSE ME!?! SIR!!?!" treatment.. i felt she was going to call the cops to get me kicked out and arrested after telling them about the bugs.. motel 6 down the street is only a little better because they have roaches and not bed bugs and the costumer service is personable atleast

Disgusting. When I came here nothing was wiped down. But I asked for them to clean my room and they didn’t show up on the planned time. I had then to go to an appointment and they entered in when I told them I would reschedule WITH MY DAUGHTER INSIDE and they weren’t supposed to clean with anyone inside especially a kid. When they cleaned they only halfway vacuumed, replaced the sheets, and some towels. I asked for them to finish vacuuming or if I can vacuum myself and was told they only have maid service once per week! Got bit by something and have huge marks all over my ankle and it’s itchy. Dirty and 🤮 nasty! Never coming here again. Website lies and say they have a pool, not true. Front desk guy was nice but that’s only good thing here. Very loud guests. And I was given a room with a broken door! Old everything and outdated like the 70s. Could hardly give out shampoos and conditioners most the time. Had to bring my own towels down to the lobby. “New” Towels smelled like vinegar. So sickening. A very unorganized business. Don’t know how they are still operating 🤦🏻‍♀️ and no breakfast!!!!!

Everything was going wellUntil this morning When The rude front desk clerk name Rose canceled my reservation and tried to charge my card without authorization. I spoke with someone before her and they were so nice. She calls other workers names smh. I highly recommend she be removed from this location honestly she has poor customer service. sorry

Overall, it was alright and definitely do-able for the price/good location. It is absolutely just a dingy little motel, and it is nothing special - your absolute basics are provided and nothing more or less. The bathroom was fairly run down with the entire tub stained/chipped, but it was all clean. We were given two double beds instead of queens which we paid for which was a minor issue. The pools and breakfast were closed which was unfortunate as the website for the hotel doesn't say this either. But the beds were comfy and everything was clean. Fridge/microwave were useful. The hair dryer was not working at all and was caked in filth. The workers were friendly, but housekeeping didn't come once for anything during our 3 night stay. It does the trick for your needs but overall is slightly disappointing so keep them standards low. Luckily, food places are nearby and accessible and the hotel is close to some fun stuff in Detroit (we went to a concert and the zoo all within 20 minute driving distance). Was a decent stay.

Bed bugs spotted.!!!!! No sleep at all! Slept in chair. Fear of getting bit to death by bed bugs. Very noisy at night. Hallway smells unpleasant. Need cleaning. Room was not non smoke like I requested! It reaked of old smoke! Buyers be ware!!!!! Need deep cleaning through out whole place! Staff rude. No supervisor on staff at night to help employees solve customer issues. I called desk in the middle of the night with bed bug issue and no help or solution was given. No solve. No mgr on duty to help no rooms available to move me to, so no sleep! Was up all night bug watching!! I want a full refund plus some for having to suffer through this inhumane condition and no sleep. And manager won't be available til 11am the rude fast talking front desk girl said. Never again will they get me like this!!! Hope they don't get y'all either. Signed. Just disappointed ☹️😞

The rooms were so dirty, sheets were not changed. Bathroom was not cleaned. Neither me, nor my husband could sleep all night as there was a louse on my daughter's pillow. My husband was bitten with bugs and he was itching all night. I called the front desk they said no one is available right now to change the sheets. I left a message to the manager to call me back and they never returned me back. Stay away from this hotel. You will definitely be fastidious!

This was the most disgusting place I ever stayed. I booked through Priceline from August 7,2022 to August 9,2022. The place is drug infested, gnat infestation, absolutely dirty. I had to place a towel down to stand to take a shower. When I was leaving I went to the Ice machine & at least 500 gnats flew out the machine. Even the fridge had an odor. This was the hotel experience EVER & hopefully I didn't get monkey pox from the sheets 🙄🤷🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️. P.S they advertise an open & breakfast.. They don't have either.

The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms had roaches!!!! Everything was closed as far as the pool and the gym. Unfortunately I was looking forward to those things. Also no breakfast was served either and I again was looking forward to that. They make you change your own linen which is disappointing, cause you pay all this money to stay somewhere that has house keeping but what are they there for??? I wasn't to pleased with my lastest stay.

Room was priced extremely affordable for overnight. The hotel was in process of upgrades as the lobby was packed full of new boxes full of chairs, couches and lamps. Unfortunately due to the new items the breakfast area was shut down temporarily. Our room appeared to have new floors and bed. Some stuff had been replaced with new stuff and we only had older lamps which was no big deal really. NANI at the front desk even accomidated me by late check out. Recommend for reasonable priced room.

Update: The owner responded saying come back we tried to come back but you put us on the do not rent list for this location and we’ve been calling/leaving voicemails to speak with you to understand what have we done wrong to not come back on your property no one had not told us the reason why? This is by far one of the most disrespectful hotels ever been to in my experience they had a bed bugs in our room we found on our pillow however they accommodated us another room. We came back to have another stay they told us we were on the do not rent list after they took our money so we have to wait 3-5 business days. We were stranded hours to find a hotel because of this place we will never come back here ever again it’s so dissatisfying.

I stayed here for spring break (8 nights, 3/19 to 3/27) and the bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. I didn't have any issues with bugs in my room, but the room constantly had this smell of cigarette smoke lingering inside. I got headaches from smelling it all the time. Some parts of the wall had paint that cracked and split away, simply hanging off. I didn't use the coffee maker or the mini-fridge, but they were really loud. It kept me up the first night, so I shut it off for my trip. I didn't really need to use them anyway. The sink worked, and the shower did as well, but the water temperature could use some better control. It got too hot to use, and too fast as well. Towels, soap, and toiletries were adequately provided. One quirk about the inn is that housekeeping does not come in unless it is requested. I did not use these services, so I cannot speak on them. The receptionists were pretty helpful with checking in and out of the room, and they even helped me out when my keycards weren't working as intended. Only took two minutes to get a new set of cards. It's a good place on a budget, and it's very close to many stores, shopping plazas, and the freeway. Very affordable but it could use a touch-up.

We traveled with our sons football team! They found roaches and bedbugs room smelled awful! Our shower wouldn’t drain! Just ran down! They say they have a pool and breakfast which was a lie, the place was cluttered and not clean!

I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the beds. They were super comfy! The hallways smelled, and our room smelled even worse. I remember a time when house keeping was paid to actually clean the rooms! It wouldn’t hurt to do a little deep cleaning. Also pool was closed 👎🏼

This is the most disgusting hotel, I’ve ever been to, it’s actually a roach motel! No, seriously, if you don’t mind killing a roach or two during your stay, by all means. Trash on the staircase, issues with the door not securing closed, and others. I posted a picture of the roach I smashed that was absolutely not welcome! Never again!

This hotel is subpar at best. First of all the halls are so thick with cigarette and weed small that the no smoking sign is hysterical. The hotel is very run down and it's worrisome to take the elevator with the uncertainty of your safety in it. Housekeeping doesn't service the rooms while you are there. Front desk stares unncessarily at you when you leave and return. You can't leave the trash neatly bagged in the hall for housekeeping to pick up but there also isn't waste recepticles reasonably placed for you to discard on your own either. The room was clean and you can tell they tried to maintain it in a "house flipper" kind of way. No bugs which is a huge plus and location was great. A bit of a ways to the hospital where surgery was scheduled but lots of food and shopping options nearby. We will not stay again. Staff was not helpful and the stench of the hall is just too much.

Walked into the hotel, checked in. Walked up to the third floor. Stunk of weed. Walkies into the room. Stunk even worse of weed. Walked back down to the receptionist (total of 5 minutes) and asked for a refund and stated I refused to stay there. She tried telling me I was there for 40 minutes and that their policy was 15 minutes. I asked for her to check the check in paper which showed we have been there for 5 minutes total. She argued with me and than eventually gave me the refund. Not worth even 20 bucks a night. Save your time and money.

Place is disgusting. They do room service every four days. I complained when entering my room about the stale cigarette and weed smell, asked for a different room and fabreeze got nothing. Sink was clogged. For crying out loud they made me bring my dirty towels to the front desk to get clean ones (after three days) . Customer service is non existent, they’re always somehow on a 5 minute break. The room was not clean, along with the shower, I cleaned that myself. Cops were here daily. I would never ever go to this hotel, or any days inn again. I’d rather donate my money to the homeless or sleep in a tent. Take my advice book elsewhere. My company will never allow anyone to stay here again. They just lost business due to idiotic negligence.

Ugh...this place is filthy. The carpet is sticky and funky. The bed spread is gross. The bathroom is cruddy. The walls are stained & nasty. The fridge was dirty. The room wreaks of cigarettes and mildew. The guy at the front desk was cool. And I even switched rooms. Still GROSS!

Bare basics, provided shelter. Floors and carpets filthy. Rooms smell like smoke. Cheap and did its function, but barely. Will choose another hotel next time. No pool or breakfast. Saw quite a few upset guests expecting more going nuts at front desk. Other than being dirty, I had no issues.

We were staying for a night due to power failure . The mattress was awesome! The room was clean, had a fridge , microwave and in room coffee/ tea maker. All of the outlets worked! The property lost one star because the fitness center and breakfast were not available due to facility upgrades. Excellent value for the price.

This place is a DUMP. Was told when we checked in the pool was closed for repairs. The next day we were told the pool was closed for a private party. Later that day we went to swim and the FILTHY pool water was as hot as a bathtub and only one light was working. There were NO functioning lights above or around the pool area, so you basically were expected to sit in the dark. Asked at the desk and was told the lights do not work and nothing could be done about the pool conditions. The heating system in the halls near the elevator appeared to be stuck on high as the temperature was over 90 degrees and was running at what appeared to be full blast. There was a strange odor in the room, but will say that the bathroom in the room had been cleaned spotless. We have stayed here several times before and have witnessed this once quality budget hotel decay into a dump. We are checking out at 9:30 PM and heading home. We will NEVER stay in a Days Inn or Wyndham hotel ever again.
