🫤 No more wings in happy hour. What a shame. Wings smaller and smaller every time I come. Only good thing about this place is the bloody Mary's. Other than that I won't be back. Vivios is much better People often mention wings, good, gratuity, time, bartender,

My first time there. Had the wings and fries. Wings were a little on the small side but sauce was great and thin cut fries were good. Service was great. I would definitely go back.

For starters 20% gratuity on anything over $30. Mozzarella sticks are $10 so that helps, said no one ever. The rest of the review is like this. A tale of two servers. Our main server had the I'm gettting 20% whether I'm nice or not attitude and it truly showed. The bartender who also came to help us truly wanted to make our first (and will be our only) visit worth while. Hospitable, smiled, actually looked at us when she spoke. Drinks were good, food was okay, but not $100 (after 20% gratuity) worth. And for those who say I wouldnt have tipped good anyway, the bartender got tip $$$ given directly to her with a well earned smile and Thank You.

Cute spot to watch a game! Bugsy's is very low-key and giving dive bar prices (very budget friendly) but definitely a step up and doesn't feel as grimey as a dive (I was comfortable eating out their kitchen lol!). Speaking of kitchen, the wings are so good! Note that you can only get 1 flavor when ordering 10 wings but can get up to 2 flavors when ordering 20 wings. Garlic Parmesan and House Mild Buffalo were the best of the 3 flavors (Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ is the 3rd flavor), but I did wish there was truly a HOT flavor. The wings were good though and rather small in size so I easily ate a 10 piece and wasn't overly stuffed; if you have a larger appetite then you may wanna order a 20 piece minimum. Also, if you like saucier wings then pay the additional $0.50 for them to be double dipped. Cajun fries were the perfect pairing but pass on the Cole Slaw (I was trying to be balanced & healthy but it wasn't good). Plenty of TVs all over the place along with large tables perfect for groups & plenty of bar seating so perfect to watch a game. There's a parking lot on the side of building with free parking too. There was only 1 bartender working who managed both the bar and tables, and she did a very efficient time making sure all guests were tended too in a timely manner. Oh and did I mention they have a board with a long list of daily drink specials that will pique your interest (on Mondays you can get Liquid Marijuana for $6!). Can't wait to return to try my wings double dipped!

Love a good dive bar they have the best food. Had a freshly hand patted burger and wings with their house sauce. Food is most definitely affordable and enjoyed playing pool

Our server charged us $22 for a standard old fashion. Went in to get 20 wings carry out for $20. Ordered a drink while we were waiting. Wife got a cosmo. $8, no problem. I ordered an old fashion. Just started drinking them a few weeks back. She asked what kind of booze. My response was, "I don't care. As long as it taste like an old fashion". We were shocked to get a $52 bill. As soon as I brought it to her attention she quickly offered me 50% off. Like too quickly. Her explanation was Jamison. Jamison is not a $20 drink. Glad we spoke up. Tried to scam us. Be wary of Julie.

The place is very dimly lit, so if you're uglier in person, it's a great place for a tinder date! Somehow the kitchen lost the ticket for our table so our order took forever. It was good when we got it, though. The wings were tasty but a lot of them were smaller than a chicken nugget. Come on.

As an African American woman to walk in a place to be treated in this manner is not right. I come here often to get food . I even have my family coming from all over to eat here. I will not return after how I was tried today!!! I was told my food would be ready in 15 mins. After 45 mins of waiting the cook walked out and said oh I didn’t know, I was in a lunch break so you can see how mad I was . He left the bartender said sorry and voided my food. Now I am late going back and never got food . You guys must door better . You spoke to everyone in there and I lied to me . I asked when my funds would be back in my card they said I don’t know call your bank. I will be making sure this is noted that you would treat a person in the manner.

The chicken strips were large and awesome. The steak was seasoned better than a small bar like this one. There’s a happy hour drink menu with one time frame and the happy hour food is another time frame. There isn’t take out for Happy Hour. Nicole’s attitude sucks. I am visiting from out of town for work. Each time I inquired or asked a question, it was met with a daunting look followed by ‘what’. I actually had 4 stars until I walked back in to ask another question about appetizers under happy hour and it was met with disdain as she walked away responding. Secondly, I waited for my bill as the waitress served others and the folks beside me had to holler their name. (I am sitting by the tap and register.) I weirdly felt ostracized. If don’t like your job or the people you serve, change it. Lastly, instead of telling someone, several times, they may not be able to eat everything they are ordering…inform them of the portion so you don’t get tongue tied when someone ask if you were “judging their weight”. Another weird moment. Have a good day.

If they best wings in town = tiny, over-seasoned, over-charred pigeon wings, then sure. Burger was also over cooked. A sandwich needed to be sent back. Couple incorrect items. Hire some new cooks. Service was nice but slow. Automatic gratuity, as mentioned by a few other reviewers. Won't be back.

Food is always good and fair priced. Staff are always attentive. I Have had their wings for years and years, they are a bit small but are priced right. They are known for the wings. Get them.

Sam is an awesome bartender. Getting remodeled and looking really nice. Enjoyable spot to pop in and have some drinks.

First time back in many years never going back. Food was good. Service at first was good as well. Until you question the 20% gratuity added to your bill. The bartenders became rude and even told us never come back! Got two different answers. One bartender said I am not sure why it's on there it just happens some times. The other became rude and defensive. It's not me. My boss set it up this way. And people dont mind tipping more. You don't like it don't come back. I can understand for larger parties but there was 3 of us on two separate tabs. I thought it was added once we met a certain amount. But that is not the case. We ordered another round of shots. (3) And sure enough the bill included 20% gratuity. Even when I ordered a beer. I was charged 20% as my total for 1 beer was $4.20. 3.50 +.70 cents gratuity. And even after questioning it, they do not remove the automatic gratuity. I don't mind tipping and I always tip. I tip very well especially for good service . It should not be forced on me. Back to the people like to tip more comment. I wonder how many were not aware of the automatic gratuity added to their bill and tip on top of the automatic 20%? So if you visit Bugsys just remember no matter how many in your party or how much or little you spend. 20% gratuity will be added. BE SURE TO REVIEW YOUR TAB BEFORE TIPPING
