Every time I’ve come by the store hours say open but no one is ever there to take order. You will find yourself waiting a long time. Do not recommend.

Tried to visit this restaurant after they recently reopened. Spent 3 minutes (at the drive through speaker) talking to an attendant who had issue understanding my request for a honey wrapped chicken sandwich and mixed $1 frozen beverage. After explaining my request 5 times and correcting her errors with my order (on the screen) I proceeded to the pick up window. I was informed that the frozen beverage machine was defrosting and my requested drink was not available. I was offered another beverage which I declined. I was then asked, twice, to explain the rest of my order. After a total of 10 minutes (from speaker to window) waiting for food someone I believe to be a manager or team leader ask what I ordered. I drove away in disgust with the entire process. I am not mad at Burger King....I'm disgusted that I allowed myself space to deal with the lack of employee training, customer care AND curtesy I experienced. NEVER AGAIN!

Just visited here after recently reopening....the whole menu board is dark, took at least 6 minutes for someone to get on the speaker(sign said to not pull around) Ordered an original chicken sandwich meal. Got to the window & paid, received the drink and literally waited 15 minutes to get the food, bad part was----THE FRIES WERE COLD!!! GOOD LUCK STAYING OPEN THIS TIME.....SMH

Never again. Sick of the excuses. From. South of Detroit to Auburn Hills. The workers are simply slow,rude and don't know how to serve the community. The manager in auburn hills was over the top and the bk on grand river closes. At 5pm 8pm or when ever they feel they want to. They constantly say. We can't use codes for the app and delivery only. In mts. There has never been a good experience. The burger king on 20240 plymouth was the best time I've had Ina whole year. Bk is well was my favorite fastfood. . not any more. Madison hts. Slow and act like they want to go home not be at work. . Shame. And. Out of all the problems I've had. I was given a 5$ support cupon that is only for Mobil orders lol (never done) And has to be 5$ worth of regular priced food to be used. So i must spend 11$to use my 5$ off cupon. That brings my cash total to 5$ due wow is all I can say. I give up. ✌️

The food here was freshly made and so good, and the manager Jeremiah was a real sweetheart need more management like him🧡

This is the worst location EVER! I stopped going there because of the rude service! When you ask for management they have an even worse attitude, My aunt went there today she said the lady called her a bi**h and told her she couldn’t order No tomatoes on her sandwich! It’s Burger King the whole slogan is HAVE IT YOUR WAY!! Right! Smh that lady needs to be FIRED!

Never had a issue here until today. My whopper was so sloppy and smashed to the point where the ketchup and Mayo was all over on top of the bun. The fries were so cold. The nuggets were so old and hard you couldn’t even bite into one. Only thing that was good was my drink. I will never come to this Burger King again!!!!!

I pulled up to get my food and they were all SCREAMING and SWEARING at each other on the other side of the window. Not just for a second either, it was for my ENTIRE AWKWARD WAIT. They gave me my food WITHOUT a RECEIPT. The ORDER was WRONG. I tried calling HEADQUARTERS multiple times, but there was NO ANSWER. Typical. Guess their headquarters is as bad as they are. This is my first time returning to this location after avoiding it for over a year and I had hoped that they had gotten better by now. They haven't. Avoid this place like a plague, they literally have NOTHING going for it

Everytime I come here they say they closed. They the worst. It's 8:45. 3 people workers am guessing sitting lobby Closest BK to my home and NEVER ON THE JOB. I HAVE GET WHILE AT WORK ON 8 and Gratiot EASTSIDE IF I WANT it. Then it's cold by time I get to 8 and Meyers. Where near I Live. Close Down if you not going to have proper willing workers 😡 that star to many.

great burger king. which is a shocker considering the location no offense but i have a rule of thumb never eat fast food unless your past 14 mile and up. idk why but anywhere ghetto the service and quality is horrible. but this place was actually decent. and for this area decent deserves a 6 star rating.

The worst Burger King on 8mile The lady behind that speaker is so ignorant like we made her pick her career if you have a problem with your job get another one I wouldn’t want me food coming from a lady with this kind of behavior SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED

The manager is so disrespectful. Asked for my food to be freshly cooked and she was so nasty with her response to the point we were going back and forward and she started cursing at me.

Worst customer size the manager have the nastiest attitude ever I will never go here again food also always never freshly cooked this one need to be shut down

We got 2 burnt burgers, overcooked chicken fries and our sweet n sour sauce was labeled sweet n sour but was BBQ when we opened it, our fries were too hard to eat. Very upset costs us 40.00

My whopper was cold. Not even luke warm but completely cold. They definitely knew this and gave it to me anyways. After paying $11 for a medium whopper meal I should at least get it freshly made and not with a hard stale bun given to me by a rude employee.

The guy in the kitchen was fast and the food was very good and fresh. Thanks shawndale
