What
a
horrible
experience.
I
ordered
an
office
furniture
set
(Desk,
Filing
Cabinet,
Bookshelf
and
Chair)
approximately
1
year
ago.
When
it
was
delivered,
the
delivery
team
damaged
the
desk,
at
that
time
we
requested
a
replacement
part
be
sent.
Today,
approximately
1
year
later
the
delivery
team
arrives
and
they
have
sent
the
wrong
part.
No
problem,
I'll
call
get
the
correct
part
sent
and
all
will
be
good.
Nope,
Macy's
has
discontinued
this
item.
The
customer
service
rep,
who
spoke
broken
English
at
best,
is
having
an
incredibly
difficult
time
understanding
why
I
wouldn't
want
to
return
the
desk
and
keep
all
of
the
remaining
parts
to
the
set.
Not
to
mention,
the
chair
was
never
delivered
and
throughout
the
process
Macy's
decided
to
cancel
that
part
of
the
"set".
I
literally
spent
the
last
45
minutes
on
the
phone
with
the
rep
who
could
not
understand
why
I
didn't
want
to
return
this
desk.
They
also
offered
$460
dollars
instead
of
returning
the
desk,
when
the
entire
set
cost
almost
9
times
that
much.
It
is
evident
why
Macy's
is
having
financial
difficulty,
this
is
without
question,
one
of
the
worst
experiences
I've
ever
had.
I
will
not
be
purchasing
furniture
from
Macy's
again.
