A family restaurant with a variety of different foods from breakfast to steak and more. A great after church place to fellowship with others.

Loved the staff, food, and the atmosphere. Got that oldie, but a goodie dinner vibes. So glad I stumbled upon it.

Bob & Anne’s is a very good place to have breakfast, (I’ve grown up in the area so it’s nostalgic and feels like home) I had the bacon omelette with cheese and green pepper, with hash browns and toast, the omelette was delicious, the hash browns were a little bit overcooked, and the toast... well... toasted and buttered perfectly. Overall a very filling and delicious breakfast. Thank you to dolly, our very sweet server, she was very nice and considerate.

Food it's amazing I ordered the Bob's and Anne skillet. Super tasty, service and time was spot on. I notice a difference on the skillet less hashbrown but still taste amazing

I promise you, you will not find a better spot for breakfast anywhere around. This place is amazing, the staff, the atmosphere, and especially the food. I'm gonna miss it for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

The booths are small but the food is good. I wish they served soup earlier. The pancakes are my favorite. Been going since I was a kid.

I just had my first breakfast at Bob & Ann'family restaurant in Waukegan, I'll. What a GREAT experience! Friendly, attentive staff. My eggs, bacon, & blueberry pancakes were cooked to perfection with BIG & delicious helpings. 25 Stars!

Everyone was really friendly and I and my mom absolutely loved the grilled cheese with bacon, it was really good! My family all said their food was really good to, my dad got the skillet and said it was good and my sister said the bacon burger was good to. Food came out fast to.

We go every weekend. Classic diner. Nice folks. Solid breakfast at a good price. Never a bad experience. Skillets are a go too also the steak and eggs hashbrowns well done.

First time here, fantastic service and food. The server was very helpful and recommended a few items. We had steak and eggs and also Gyros and eggs. All was delicious, highly recommend this mom & pop place.

Was craving a diner "cheeseburger deluxe" and that is what I ordered. Next time (I'll be back next week) I'll get the larger 8oz burger since the one I got was not much more than 4oz. But, everything was delicious, and exactly what I was craving. Excellent coffee, too.

This place despite being quote-unquote family-friendly does not stay open late enough to serve real working families. If you would like to dine there I hope you are the sort of independently wealthy individual who can afford to show up stupid early. All working please go elsewhere.

I had country fried steak so tender you could cut it with a fork! Fresh chicken and dumpling soup. That was mostly dumplings!!😊 This place has made to order food and great prices! The servers are heckin friendly too.

I have been going to Bob and Anne's since I was a kid. This last visit was with my dad. I had the Rueben. The corned beef was so tender and delicious. And, they're good people at Bob and Anne's.

The building is old and needs to be updated. The food was not that good, French toast was burnt on one side, hash browns were mushy. The omelet was OK and the breakfast skillet was just barely ok. Not my first choice of restaurants. Just being truthful.

We were looking for the perfect diner vibe, and suddenly, we passed the B & A. It looks like an oasis in our hunger desert. Walk into the most comfortable setting, where everyone knows everyone. Food was perfect, service was perfect, atmosphere immaculate. 10/10 would go everyday of my life if I lived closer.

Getting harder and harder to find these family owned restaurants. Food was terrific and employees were very nice and friendly. Great atmosphere, and cozy. Our waitress was awesome.

Very good Waitress was wonderful so nice, friendly, big smiles And the waiters assistant (bussier)was great filled coffee cup several times without asking and took dirty plates away quickly. Food was Hot and good Loved the Onion rings!!!

We have gone to Bob and Anne's since they were a 24 hour restaurant. We also have gone every year for our family's traditional Thanksgiving brunch. The staff and owner have become as family to us and welcome our large group every year. Thank you for putting up with us for all these years.

If you love a cozy family restaurant than this is the place for you! Breakfast is always good. Staff is always on their toes. Always a full cup of coffee seldom have to ask to have your cup filled. Friendly staff. Always busy. Great food!

I come here every other weekend for brunch. I like how this place has a 70s vintage look. Servers are nice , food is tasty, Francisco the coffee guy is always on top of things. A truly , classic restaurant experience!

Friendly people, great service. Varied, extensive menu of home cooked, delicious food. I'm a coffee drinker and they came around to refill my cup frequently, never had to ask. Good prices especially when you consider the generous portions.

The largest menu selection I have ever seen! So much variety, and it was all cooked perfectly. Definitely will go back!

You can never go wrong here. Great local spot. One of the last places I know that has high quality food for a fair price. Very lovable atmosphere, staff is friendly and easy to talk to. And of course the food is great, like a homecooked meal. You won't leave hungry I promise.

Little mom and pop diner with good food that my grandma and I love. Great prices, excellent senior menu, and very accommodating when I bring my rambunctious 4 year old. Always get a cup of soup. Breakfast all day.
