Wanted to sit down and have lunch with my grandchildren. It was 2 adults and 3 kids. All they had were those little booths in front so we asked for a larger table from the middle room. We were informed that those tables weren't cleaned yet so we attempted to wait. We noticed instead of cleaning them he talked with his co-workers. We told him we would help him clean to no avail. He just said that's no ok because he had to sweep also. The only employee working in the front was making boxes. Well Pizza Hut thanks for lining McDonald's pockets. We won't be back.

Bad cook!!!!!! Horrible waiting & its SUPER COLD IN HERE. If you come here bring a jacket to keep yourself warm because they don't care if you feel cold. ORDER was supposed to have toasted cheddar on the crust & instead it had salt, as you can see in the picture. The pizza looks really sloppy!!!!

So tonight i ordered the daily dinning box with two medium size pizza, 8pc of boneless wings and 5pc of breadsticks. Presentation was fab and it taste real good

When I first placed an order for delivery, two things I paid for were not delivered to me. So the lady said she’d give me $10 in credit for the inconvenience. I went in a couple weeks after and asked for my credit and was told I didn’t have any credit under my phone number. I said it was fine and placed an order for carryout anyways. My personal pizza pepperoni had sauce all on one side and cheese on other with hardly any pepperoni. Not to mention, it was very very small. Way smaller than it should have been. I also ordered two Alfredo pastas which lacked sauce and flavor. The lady up front asked me if I wanted utensils and I had said yes so she reached under the counter to grab them to “put them in my bag.” I went home and had no utensils. So she pretty much pretended so put some in there. Who does that. Never coming back here. Don’t waste your money here. Also can’t forget how filthy the store’s floor was when I walked inside.

Classic Pizza!!! Delicious Meatlovers, Supreme and Hawaii style. The restaurant has down hill. Half the restaurant tables and seating is closed off. The closed off section has empty pizza boxes everywhere and its a mess. Plenty of parking.

This building will be on the market soon. I just had the worst pizza I have EVER had. I could eat pizza everyday. DRY DRY DRY DRY DRY. I have never had a pizza so dry. Like there was NO sauce at all 🥺 I have had better frozen pizzas. Wasted my $$ and I love pizza and meat lovers but idk what went wrong with them. I’m scratching them off my list for pizza. Wings 👍

Have ordered a few times for delivery and something is always missing. I've had to go back and pick up missing items even after getting charged for delivery. Or sometimes only get offered a credit back. Currently calling to inform them of my missing wings and there is no answer, even though they still have an hour til they close. Pizza is always great, customer service is just terrible.

I was greeted as soon as I walked up to the counter for a pick up order. Great customer service, I was only there for about 2 mins from the time I parked my car until the time I got back in the car. It's a Friday night and it took 20 minutes or less for them to make 2 large pizzas. Thanks for the delicious dinner and keep up the great work!

Food I ordered was fresh, hot, and delicious. Great customer service. Just had to wait too long.

Dined in and it was the oddest experience I remember going to pizza hut as a child and it was just completely different. Food is served in to go boxes soda is in bottles and you don't have a waiter/waitress there were literally no other people in the restaurant and it is clear whyy

Terrible service..I understand that it’s superbowl day but please be accurate on your times.. they said 55 minutes to an hour and it almost took 2 hours and on top of that I didn’t even get my cheese nor pepper flake shakers that I PAID for nor I got my stuffed crust pizza !

I'm usually a Domino's Pizza girl but my Big Dinner Box order was a perfect date night choice that my partner really enjoyed. I would recommend giving it a try. A bit on the pricey side - I wish there were more wings included in the box - but the pizza taste was an easy save and I'm glad I didn't have to throw away more than one piece of cardboard.

All they have now is pick up and delivery. A little out of my way for a pizza pick up but the Zion store never seems to be open anymore. Another Fall From Grace. When I asked why there were still tables the Host said that people can still dine in if they want to but they have no more drink fountains. Sad what Pizza Hut has become. Corporate has ruined the dining experience! I remember in the 70s 80s 90s, going getting a picture of beer before your meal settling in for a nice tasty hot pizza.

No one answers the phone. Placed an order the night, never showed up and customer support has be useless.

Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, cheesesticks, cookie and Mountain Dew 2liter for pickup. The pizza was thrown together and cold. The cheese sticks looked like they had been left out for a long time and the cookie was burnt and had to be thrown out! Never order from this store! Food not worth the $55 dollars paid for it!! Little Ceasars is better and cheaper and right down the street!

Pizza order was wrong and was charged for the extra ingredients and were not even on the pizza to begin with.
