Ordered online, so the writing is infront of there face, anf they somehow managed to put extra mayo, which wasn't even on there, I wanted bbq sauce and hot sauce, there not even close to the same thing,

Why ask if I want it toasted if you’re just going to take it out of the toaster half way through

Second time in a single week they have lost my money. They never seem to have bread past 930 unless it's a friday/Saturday. Very disappointing. Perhaps change your hours of operations so that they entire menu is available or talk to staff to make more bread during the day. Why even stay open if the last hour you cannot provide your full menu.

I've been here multiple times and it doesn't seem to be managed well. They have two new items. The Smores Cookie and the Harvest Bread both are chronically undersupplied. I went on 07/26 and I requested both and to no surprise both where not available For the cookies the excuse I was given was that it was a supplier issue. I ended up phoning St. Catharines Subway which informed me that they had some but presently they could not order more. I couldn't contact any other welland location as no one seems to want to speak to customers. Overall I think it is bad management.

Really don't understand how a subway can advertise hours till 11pm and not have any bread for the later hours. A sub sandwich shop shouldn't be open if they run out of bread to make the sandwiches. This location is very disappointing especially as it's one of the few restaurants that are open later in the area that is not fast food burger place.

Sandwich artist was sick and sniffling, wiping her nose on her shirt. Made my sandwich wrong by adding wrong sauce, failed to offer me a receipt. Was not a comfortable experience.

Came here since google said they were open till 1.a.m.. closed since God knows when. What's wrong with these Desi owners? When will they take their business seriously?

Nothing better than a subway sub with whatever pop your heart can mix.

Only had multi grain but actually liked it and it was soft here. Everytime I get stuck with that bread anywhere else it's like chewing leather. But was good here.

I've been to this location a few times and they've always been relatively positive. I just ordered through the app for the first time and I received a burnt sandwich with no meat or cheese. I ordered a steak & cheese, but instead I seemed to have received a veggie sub. Unfortunately they were closed by the time I got home and ate, otherwise I would've gone back and asked what the hell was that? What a waste of money, I want a refund

We are in store now, we are waiting for order about 15 minutes, because there is only one worker .

Most of the time I have had good experiences there. Staff is friendly. However they don't always have all the menu items. For example they have had several times where they were out of the rotisserie shredded chicken. However other than that, good place to eat.

Not too busy on a Tuesday evening, however the fountain drink machine does not have the flavour additions to any beverage

My visit on Sunday Nov. 17th 2019 was 9 out of 10. Clean place and friendly staff. Service was quick and efficient. menu was large and visible easy to understand. The aroma of the baked breads was enticing with all the fixings in open view. Sandwich baristas wore gloves, Thank you. My sub and my families was perfect.

3rd Time ive gone in last couple months same employee terribly undercuts bread you ask for footlong maybe get 10inches or 9 max. I asked for her to re cut a new bread today as it has been bothering me. she seemed very disspleased with that request. Im paying for a footlong not 8inches. Avoid location if you dont want to be ripped off.
