Went there tonight for drinks. After we gave an order for two drinks the server went to chat with someone trying to get the fire pit started. That was at least 10 minutes. When she finally went in we patiently waiting for over 15 minutes after ordering and gave up and left. We went to the honest lawyer instead and received fast and friendly service. We won't be back. It's a shame because you have a lovely patio. Sunday night to be precise. It wasn't busy at all or I would understand.

took about 10 minutes for anyone to even come to us (restaurant was empty), we asked for a drink menu and she said “no”, didn’t stay at our table for longer than 20 seconds all three times she came to us. our waters never got refilled. not once did we get asked if we needed anything. there were three of us and we got one fork and knife. we had to go up and ask for the bill because we had been done eating for about 20 minutes and she rolled her eyes. sylvia did not slay.

Rock hard over cooked and no flavor on one and wrong flavor on the other plus missing half an order. Been calling for an hour and can't get thru. This is disgusting! I've eaten here so many times and never had an issue I don't know who's cooking tonight but they don't know what they're doing. And Because it was delivery I can't get it fixed. Not happy at all!

This place has terrible customer service. Food delivered freezing. He doesn't care. Sharp piece of plastic cuts my gums that was hidden in their nachos He doesn't care. Gave this place to many chances. Never again. Dont waste your money. I domt like giving bad reviews but man...

Went in for a mid day meal n pint. Bud lite was quite skunky maybe just had an issue that day. But the place looked great and the food was banging had wings and deep fried dills. Next time a bottle and it would be a 5* outing

Ordered nachos from here on skip, can't wrap my head around how mediocre the food was when I recieved my order. Wasn't the only time either. Sat in on another occasion to have a burger and it was also terrible. How this place calls itself a restaurant is beyond me.

Was recently at the kavern , and had nothing but a horrible experience. they were serving under age 17 year old girls when I was there. definitely need to get there stuff together- management was very rude as well. Don’t go here

Had lunch at the Kavern. Ordered a Clubhouse sandwich and fries. Big generous portions, Pure awesomeness 👌.

First time ordering here. We had it delivered. Food was cold. I ordered a meatball sub that was dry and it had a long hair stuck right in one of the meatballs. It ruined the whole meal. We also ordered a plater for 2 and a small pizza. All cold .

One of the few hidden gems in suburban welland. Across the Popo's, A quaint little restaurant/bar. Been a lot of renovations done, stripping the old patio for a new patio, new seating, tvs, etc. This place doesn't make the same mistake as the bar that once stood there. Not only have they made the entire place look so much nicer, their food is excellent. This place doesn't need a gimmick or special feature like being on the canal or being a "Sports" bar with special coasters and a huge wet bar. Just a lovely little place, with amazing service, and equally amazing food.

I enjoyed my meal but missed out on what would have been an amazing chicken caesar salad if there wasn't any pork put in it and I never got any chicken in my redo. Otherwise eating outside was nice except for the noisy bikers.

For Welland, as a local. It's a nice clean spot beautiful during the day, great night scene especially when they take out the patio sets. Amazing burger served here. One of the best in town. Decent fries and sides. One of the nicer establishments in Welland.

Good service and food. Staff very friendly. Beware, everything seems sticky. Bathroom needs work.

This was the worst place I have ever taken my wife and daughter.. service was slow. Food was over cooked . Potatoe skins were dry and hard. Only thing the was good was our 2 cold pops and a glass of ice water. The bartender didn't look old enough to serve or even hold a smart serve or food handling certification. I give this place a failing grade.

Me and my girlfriend visited The Kavern for a drink on a Wednesday. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the bartender came right over to introduce herself and take our drink order. She quickly brought over our drinks and sparked a conversation with us. The atmosphere of this place has really changed and it isn’t at all what it used to be when it was Bada Bings. Drinks are amazingly priced and so is the food. We unfortunately didn’t try any food this time around but we will definitely be back to try the Large pizza and 10 wings for $25. This place deserves the business! PSA: Our server’s name was Brianna and she was fantastic! I recommend asking for her if possible.

Been a regular here for a few months, great service, friendly staff and great prices. Always ready accommodate you and your friends and have never had a bad encounter, always have recommended to friends. Mike Snow makes the best turbos around, best bartender!

I had asked for crispy chicken in my poutine which I never had got, it came on the side but was just grilled chicken. My waitress had brought me over a lime with just her hand no gloves nothing . This place has no sanitary conditions

Ordered over a dozen times through Uber eats I always order the same thing, last time it was cold so decided to order directly this time. My husband picked up and didn't know how much it was supposed to be, nor did they tell me the total over the phone. paid $17 over!!!! Called to correct it and they said they changed the menu but didn't update on their website, I do not see how that should be me paying extra because you put false prices online. On top of that if I would have ordered through Uber I would have gotten the food I ordered plus veggies with my wings and it would have been $5 more, so yes you do still have the special that your claiming you don't have. NEVER AGAIN, need to find a new late night snacking spot.

Let me buy just medium wing sauce for my chicken nuggets and only charged me like $3 for two sides

The servers were very efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was nice as well. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, the wrap itself felt a little small for the price but it tasted good. The wings were alright as well. The outside patio is definitely nice to have and there was a good crowd for the UFC fight

Awesome fish and chips and the wings were delicious! We're visiting from Colorado and someone recommended this place. Glad they did! Prices were really reasonable too!
