Cindy
the
assistant
manager
came
to
my
room
without
knocking
and
attempted
to
open
the
door
while
I
was
in
the
bathroom.
She
says
with
an
attitude
âcheck
out
is
at
11,
youâre
going
to
be
charged
$50
dollars
for
a
late
checkoutâ
there
was
no
âHelloâ
âWould
you
like
a
late
checkout
or
extend
your
stayâ
no
politeness,
respect
or
hospitality.
Was
literally
on
my
phone
about
to
extend
my
stay
online
before
she
came
to
my
room
speaking
to
me
like
this,
I
said
to
her
âI
wasnât
aware
that
there
was
going
to
be
a
fee
for
a
late
checkoutâ
she
said
âit
says
it
on
the
slipped
you
signedâ
I
said
âI
didnât
see
anything
or
wasnât
notifiedâ
I
told
her
I
travel
a
lot
on
business
Iâm
in
and
out
of
hotels
weekly
for
the
past
17
years
of
my
life,
Iâve
never
been
charged
a
late
checkout
fee.
Listen,
Iâm
38
years
old,
I
started
my
first
company
when
I
was
23,
this
month
will
be
my
15th
year
anniversary
in
business,
I
would
never
speak
to
a
customer
like
this.
That
was
unprofessional.
Was
literally
just
waiting
on
my
laundry
to
be
done
because
I
worked
16
hours
straight
yesterday,
got
to
the
hotel
around
11pm,
woke
up
around
8am
this
morning,
went
down
stairs
to
get
breakfast
which
was
less
than
mediocre,
have
a
group
of
young
women
starring
at
me
in
a
flirtatious
way,
it
was
too
early
to
even
entertain
that
situation,
go
back
to
my
room,
eat,
organize
my
things
and
decided
to
do
laundry.
Which
if
you
read
on
their
âGuest
Directory
it
says
$1.00
to
wash
$1.50
to
dry,
clearly
on
their
machines
itâs
double
that.
Itâs
not
about
the
money
on
the
laundry
or
the
â$50
dollar
late
check
out
feeâ
itâs
the
principle.
Cindy
will
look
you
dead
in
the
eyes
and
lie
straight
to
your
face.
If
sheâs
married
or
has
a
boyfriend,
RUN
bro
run!
This
biological
female
is
a
bold
face
liar.
When
I
confronted
her
at
the
front
desk
she
said
âdonât
speak
to
me
like
thisâ
because
I
was
calling
her
out
on
her
lies.
Where
did
I
sign
that
said
I
would
be
charged
a
$50
dollar
late
check
out
fee?
You
said
it
was
on
the
slip.
Then
she
switched
up
and
said
itâs
on
the
keycard
slip,
I
said
âIâm
glad
you
said
that
because
I
took
a
picture
of
it
before
I
left
the
roomâ
then
I
asked
her
âsince
youâre
charging
me
$50
dollars
for
a
late
checkout
what
time
will
I
need
to
checkout?
She
looked
at
the
time
and
said
â2
oâclockâ
I
said
âyouâre
assumingâ
she
nods
her
head
and
says
âyesâ
because
at
this
point
itâs
about
1:30pm.
In
my
mind,
after
she
came
to
my
room
and
rudely
spoke
to
me
like
this
I
figured
if
Iâm
getting
charged
I
might
as
well
take
my
time
to
leave
and
move
to
another
hotel
instead
of
giving
them
more
money.
Iâm
not
one
that
easily
gets
upset
but
when
someone
disrespects
me
and
then
lies
to
me
not
only
once
but
multiple
times,
then
youâre
going
to
meet
another
side
of
me
that
I
donât
want
to
bring
out.
Hence
this
long
winded
review.
Will
they
get
customers
of
course
but
will
this
review
discourage
some
people
and
book
somewhere
else,
I
hope
so.
Smart
people
will
read
this
review
and
just
book
somewhere
else
instead
of
risking
dealing
with
this
mediocre
hotel.
In
all
fairness,
I
donât
even
stay
at
Best
Western
hotels
on
a
regular
bases
I
favor
IHGs,
Hiltons
and
Marriotts
but
every
decent
to
nice
hotel
was
either
sold
out
or
overpriced
due
to
some
event
going
on
this
weekend.
This
was
my
first
stay
at
this
location
and
will
most
definitely
be
my
last!
Rather
sleep
in
my
car
than
to
support
this
place.
If
you
got
this
far,
I
shouldnât
have
to
say
I
donât
recommend
this
place
but
let
me
just
be
clear
for
some
dense
people,
do
yourself
a
favor
and
book
somewhere
else.
Fire
this
manager,
train
better
employees
and
make
sure
they
understand
theyâre
in
the
hospitality
business.
Be
more
hospitable.
