The hidden gem of Lindenhurst. Love this place with old school atmosphere. Great food great prices and service.

They have an excellent selection. Their cocktails are delicious and their lunch options are as well! I cannot recommend Lindy's Restaurant enough!

First time here as our GPS directed us here instead of the Lindenhurst Diner. No problem tho cause we like these type places. It really is OLD school. We were seated right away. The waitress took our simple order of eggs and brought our coffee right away. Waiting for our food I looked around and the place could sure use a facelift. It wasn't dirty, the fan needed some TLC but wasn't Super gross. Food took a bit but was really good. Home fries were really good and tasted fresh. I hesitate to say more on the negative side since you can tell this is a special hometown place. Please owners look at your place with fresh eyes...windows need cleaning, shelves are sagging, counters covered with coffee stained papers. We will go back when in the area.

The place is ok , service was prompt , food was decent , people that work there are pleasant and helpful .. Maybe a little pricey for the atmosphere and level of quality of food... $31 includes $5 tip .. 2 pancakes with fruit .. 3 Sausage Patti's (they sucked).. Coffee... Maybe inflation is getting the best of for the moment 🤔.. Probably won't stop in there again anytime soon..

I took my grandkids here for an early dinner and it was great. Their food was done first and they enjoyed mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers while my tilapia was fabulous.

I came for a early dinner. Had two hamburgers and they where delicious. Friendly staff, the only downside is that they don't tell you about the credit card feed they charge you when you use a credit card. The bathroom is disgusting and the wifi service is horrible. So this will be my last time. The place needs to be updated.

New ownership of Lindys has rebranded as Tahaira but kept the diner menu while adding several delicious Peruvian dishes! The interior is slowly getting updated over the next few months but it already looks way cleaner on the inside.

Staff was very nice and food good but as I kept looking around and walked towards the bathroom, I couldn't help to notice how dirty the place is. For this reason, I won't go back. Please note, I went during breakfast time...

Truly a diamond in the rough compared to the other local restaurants. The quality of the food is outstanding and for the prices they offer I couldn't recommend a better place to go for a meal. I especially love their morning deal that grants you a free coffee with your egg combo.

I like this restaurant a lot. there is a nice atmosphere. The food is exeptionaly good. the service is dynamic and the crew is trained. The price is fair. I warmly recommend.
