I've
been
here
a
total
of
two
times.
The
first
time
was
several
years
ago,
and
I
just
recently
went
again
a
few
days
ago
(August
2021).
I
ordered
an
appetizer,
the
Tostones
with
Aguacate
(guacamole).
That
was
actually
quite
good.
My
mother
thought
the
guacamole
was
too
salty
but
I
enjoyed
a
lot.
We
had
great
drinks
as
well.
I
go
the
Guanabana
(Soursop)
in
milk,
and
that
was
great.
For
my
main
dish
I
ordered
the
Bandeja
Especial
de
la
Casa
(House
Special
Platter).
It
comes
with
Rice
and
Beans
and
3
different
meats.
My
favorite
part
of
my
meal
by
far
was
the
rice
and
beans
that
came
with
that
order.
Truly
authentic
taste
and
I
could
honestly
have
ate
only
that.
The
meats,
however
is
the
reason
they
are
getting
4
stars.
The
waiter
asked
me
if
I
wanted
the
steak
well
done
or
medium.
When
I
got
it,
it
looked
well
done
anyway.
It
was
a
thing
piece
of
steak
so
there
wasn't
much
room
for
error
In
the
cooking
process
but
I
didn't
like
it.
It
was
Chewy
and
I
had
to
struggle
a
bit
more
than
I
would
have
liked
to
cut
and
eat
it.
The
Chicken
was
too
burnt
on
the
outside.
The
skin
wasn't
juicy
and
flavorful,
that's
often
the
best
part
of
rotisserie
chicken
like
this.
Then
in
addition
to
that,
the
chicken
was
super
dry.
I
know
it
was
white
meat,
chicken
breast,
so
I
shouldn't
have
been
expecting
the
juiciest
chicken
ever
but
I
still
think
it
was
too
dry.
I
compared
it
to
the
rotisserie
chicken
I
could
get
from
Costco,
which
was
cheaper
and
much
less
dry.
The
only
saving
grace
on
the
meat
platter
was
the
pork.
That's
really
only
because
it
was
not
bad
in
comparison.
It
was
good,
nothing
exceptional.
I
wish
I
had
stuck
with
my
original
decision
to
get
only
a
pork
platter.
Conclusion:
Overall
decent
Columbian
experience
but
would
not
choose
to
go
here
again.
Meat
was
not
cooked
to
my
liking.
The
place
was
clean
and
the
staff
was
nice.
