This is the BEST McDonald's I've been to. I don't even live here! I live in Whittier but come out with my husband to work. The nuggets are always crispy, the fries are packed w/ the right amount of seasoning and the eggs are thick like in the commercials. Service is fast !!

Hire more employees! I used to do curbside because it was faster than going through the drive-thru. Now, they prioritize the drive-thru customers and it takes a half hour if you order curbside. How about you hire more employees and pay them a fair wage? Of course, I get home and realize over half my order is missing and they gave me this hilarious hamburger with literally NOTHING on it. I didn’t order that, obviously.

Service! 💯 Elvira? I think that was her name... Well she was Stellar!!! Just all the way super sweet and made you feel like she just wanted you to be happy! I ordered twice. The first time I ordered 3 fresh cookies and the second time and ice crram cone and a cheeseburger. The establishment is very clean, the have the self help kiosks -which I would have used had I not wanted fresh cookies. They have an abundance of parking and seating inside. It is handicapped accessible. My burger... Well.. You can tell it had been out.. It was made before I ordered it so the bun was crunchy.. But hey the service was awsome and the place is clean.

I always regret coming here. Their breakfast is the only food I can eat and even that has me on the toilet within minutes of the last bite. They do have good service but everything else is a near gastronomical death experience. I'll never understand how this is the #1 restaurant in the world 🤦🏽‍♂️

Went in to dine and got rudely interrupted during the meal by the manager stating that the restaurant is closed. You must pick up our food and leave. with no hours clearly posted on the door. She also stated to another customer to leave The restaurant this is the second time I told you leave. It was 715 pm on a Saturday. So had to eat in the car. The Manager should have some kind of sensitivity training on how to deal with customers..

Employees work supremely hard and keep this place running smoothly despite insane circumstances, ie the never ending cavalcade of crazy people parading through the restaurant at all times. I don't know how they do it, and I don't know why they have no full time security at this location. They definitely need it. Nobody is perfect, but this is definitely the best McDonald's you will find in a neighborhood like this. Food is consistently good and staff are superhuman.

We had left a small bar and wanted some food. We stopped by this location which is not in a good area (it's LA). There were many homeless around and public bathrooms were not available afterhours. The chicken nuggets I ordered tasted good but were very small and not like I remember them to be. The employees were sweet and got our orders right! :)

First and foremost, they always mess with my order. One time I bought 30 nuggets to find out they only gave 20. C'mon McDonald's employees y'all need to step it up. Second it smells like boo boo and rancid oil. I'm kind enough to leave y'all with a 2 star review. My rating 0/20 to be honest

I have not gone to this McDonald's in over a year due to their treatment of senior citizens. Foolish me, I did!! I should have checked my order but I did not. Guess what??When I got home i realized they left out part of my order, of course!! I decided to call...(5 times actually) and no one answered. What else is new!! We then went back, explained to the individual at the order station and she went and got the manager (short women, that I unfortunately I have dealt with before). The manager said she checked the order, well if she did then she did not know what the order was. I asked her for the food that was missing and she walked away. It took until I told her I would call corporate before she would do anything. Again, she did it only because I said I would call corporate. This particular McDonald's need to really up their customer service. I guess they feel they can do and treat customers any way they so choose.

Rude young guy working the register. Talking in Spanish about the customer ahead of me, because he didn't have enough money to get fries, saying "Idk why people come to McDonald's if they don't have money". What happened to customer service? His greeting is "What's your order"? SMH.

Awful attitude at both windows. Had to come back in for missing sandwiches, and the line was extremely long to reenter. Requested sauces were not in the sauce bag.

Great place. Everyone works so hard!! Yea, there may be a long wait time (15 mins avg for busy hrs) but the food is still super fresh and hot when you get it! These people are absolute warriors!

Cool staff and fast service. If there's a like usually someone in line with a silly complicated order...but never had any issue there.

The food at McDonald's is not the healthiest, but it's definitely tasty. I love their nuggets and milkshakes, and the service is usually pretty good

Food and Service were great for a quick in and out lunch. The staff do not seem like they want to unlock the restroom for paying customers. I get what they are trying to prevent but how they are doing it effect everyone even to consumers.

Service is getting better as you becoming a local. Simply because they don't really speak English it is hard to communicate with them just don't be rude with them if you just move to neighborhood otherwise they will treat you like piece of 5h1t

Bums and homeless hang out, but so do tourists. Open really late for your after theater snacking needs. Food is edible...it's a McDonald's after all. Would recommend in a pinch.

I went to this McDonald's last night and I was robbed. Not by somebody outside of the store but buy an employee. I've never had a good experience at this McDonald's. Every single time I've come here my order has been wrong. From sauces missing that I paid extra for to no napkins put in the bag. But this time was terrible. The total came out to $24 something after using a coupon. I gave the man a $20 bill, a $10 bill, and some singles (6 or 7). I would normally say it was a mistake but the employee put down that I gave him $29 on my receipt. Then never gave me back the singles, and only gave me 40 something cents in change. If your employees then give a customer attitude after they complain about literally being robbed, then the whole place needs an overhaul in new employees. Like I said, they've never gotten my order right. It's really sad though that an employee stole from me. Completely uncalled for and tbh really gross that they did nothing about it. Management should check your cameras more frequently because your employees are theifs. And then when someone brings it up they're met with rudeness. Really wrong. Don't come here!!!

It’s a shady McDonalds. They tell you a meal deal is not available for a burger when you order inside and that you have to pay for each item fully. When I use an App, the meal deal would total around $6.75 and when I order inside it is close to $11.00. I’ve learned to only order from the App because they cheat walk in customers who pay at the counter.

Very slow service, still no refills on drinks even tho COVID-19 is over they haven't opened the soda fountain back up. My order has been wrong the past 2 times I've eaten there. Honestly don't waste your time or money eating here. I'm not going back to this location

I can't give five stars because I don't recommend anyone eating fast food. I had to stop in once again to get some chicken nuggets for my dog. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Limited parking is also available.

Quintessential McDonald's location in a very busy area. The high volume of customers, orders, delivery drivers, and others 10 hamper the speed of your order being prepared but the staff does a good job of and sharing that everyone gets what they need without error. If you want to ensure that you're getting the best deal on the price of your food I strongly encourage you to pre-order utilizing the McDonald's app. It is clear the day want to own the ordering process and are willing to provide you with compelling discounts to make that happen.

No BS. We go to a McDonald's at 2am after flying in and the food is hot and correct. You get the 5 stars for that alone.

Usually when I go in the evening to order food from the inside the wait is only a few minutes but on this day walk-in and drive thru line we're both busy. Took about 10 minutes to order and another 20 min for my food to be prepared. Mind you I went on my lunch break which is only 30 mins.

Urban Location sometimes understaffed and they get shouted at by many of the patrons. But food quality is as you would expect. Well done. My recommendation is to skip the line and order ahead or use the drive up window.

Woefully understaffed expect long delays...I'm afraid the days of fast food being convenient and speedy are over. It's just junk food now.

I pre-ordered on the app and on my Mcchicken I wanted no lettuce and no Mayo. I got to the window and asked him to put pickle and big Mac sauce on the burger instead of Lettuce and Mayo. I asked for a potato bun but they didn’t have those so I said OK regular bun is fine. I get my food at the second window and they hand me a box with just a chicken patty pickles and big Mac sauce. I told the manager no this is wrong and he at the first window knows this. I said I want a Mc chicken with the chicken patty, pickle, big mac sauce and bun that’s it. The burger that I got after the second one they gave me it had lettuce on it. I hate that lettuce I prefer darker green colored lettuce that’s not shred it up on my burgers.

We ordered and paid for 5 Hash Brown MacMuffin without the Sausage Patty… and we have received 4 Mac Muffin burger only, that too, WITHOUT the EGGS…. Very disappointed. It was dinner for five people and we received full order for only four & rechecked my receipt that also said 5.

Hands down, one of the worst locations. The staff is very rude and belligerent. I just walked out after standing at the register for nearly 5 minutes, and the staff refusing to acknowledge my presence. No acknowledgement of my being there, no directing me to a self serve kiosk. All of there attention was on mobile orders. Paying customers be damned. When I finally got the attention of one employee she said "sorry 5 minute wait, we're busy", and turned away. I asked her why she didn't just say that in the beginning and she waved me off. I asked about her store manager, and she said "Jose no here, call tomorrow". I live next door and am there often. I usually get better treatment than this, but you have to get good staff. There are certain employees that just don't care. Mobile orders are their priority at this location and it shows. Just disgusted by her rude treatment.
