Amy provides exceptional customer service each time I visit! The pastries are divine, and the chocolate chip cookies are perfection! This is my favourite bakery in West Kelowna by far.

Wow - great to have another fresh local bakery on the west side. The counter staff are very helpful and willing to give their suggestions and opinions. If you have gluten sensitive family members and looking for some gluten free or for real sourdough for gluten sensitive options - this is amazing. For those who can eat gluten, I got the apple fritters for a senior who is a connoisseur of them, and she insists they are some of the best she has had in Canada in the last 20 years! Full of apples and so big and delicious! Definitely a repeat customer!

The baked goods were delicious! The pretzel could have used a bit more salt on the top, but otherwise it was all fabulous.

The apple or peach bars are both amazing, and I get a cheese kaiser as a snack often. The team is always amazing, really love young women working behind the counte, and Holger is great.

Good bakery, nice coffee selections, fairly tasty. Excellent covered and wind-screened dog-friendly patio with water dish provided. Try their almond croissants- they are to die for. Don’t recommend the egg cups.

We do like it’s a bakery, but unfortunately most times we go there, they don’t have soup and they always have the same three types of sandwiches. We work in the area and usually now just go to Nesters that has a better selection. Also, the iced coffee does not have enough ice and melts before you can drink it and the hot chocolate tastes like luke warm milk with a hint of chocolate. The staff are always friendly!!!

Extremely rude manager. A young lady (my daughter) dropped off a resume and he didn’t even look at her or say anything to her. Just walk away saying “nope”, even his staff was embarrassed by his rudeness. I won’t shop there if that’s how staff are treated. That young lady is lucky to not have to work with a manager like that. I don’t expect you to hire her but as management you should conduct yourself appropriately.

This is a small place that's great for coffee and fab sweets. it is just too bad that they are no longer making the sourdough bread. Please bring it back

They catered an event for me and everyone loved the food. The staff are friendly and it was so easy to coordinate a catered event with them

Every time I have been in there which is often, I find all staff to be very pleasant and helpful. And enjoy all their baked goods!

Very disappointed in the carrot cake that was supposed to be a birthday cake. While the flavours and spices in the cake itself were good, the "cream cheese" icing was terrible. It was too sweet and, if it had any cream cheese at all, we couldn't tell. Presentation: 1) the icing looked like it was dropped on in a blob and let to run. Most of the top was covered, but the sides were not; and, 2) In terms of the birthday greeting, my 1st Grade students to could do better. Very amateur job on the presentation and a very mediocre cake.

My partner loves the London fog and I like their mocha. Pastries are delicious as well, they have good croissants.
