After
spending
the
day
on
a
wine
tour,
our
guide
reccomended
we
visit
here
before
we
left
the
city.
He
explained
about
the
wine
quality,
the
off
the
grid
energy,
organic
processing....and
of
course
the
goats.
We
arrived
late,
around
530pm
knowing
that
they
closed
at
6.
We
approached
the
tasting
house
and
were
greeted
by
Carrie
who
told
us
we
didn't
have
time
to
get
in
for
a
tasting.
After
chatting
with
her
for
10
minutes
or
so,
we
agreed
to
get
us
in
for
a
tasting
as
we
were
really
set
on
it.
While
another
group
finished
up,
we
explorered
the
beautiful
grounds
and
the
amazing
rescue
animals
they
have.
We
were
called
in
for
the
tasting
and
history
lesson
from
Carrie,
who
was
excellent,
and
so
friendly.
We
sampled
all
5
wines,
and
purchased
all
5
bottles.
The
winery,
and
story
behind
it
in
incredible,
and
i
highly
recommend
it
for
anyone
in
the
area,
do
not
miss
this
one.
