We had a medium royal Hawaiian to split between us. It was about $30.00 and big enough for two for sure. It was absolutely perfect. Sweet but with some deep flavour.

Huge rant to west Kelowna Boston pizza and huge rave to dilworth Boston pizza for making it right. We sat down tonight at a table in the west Kelowna Boston pizza , ordered an appie a coke and two coffees a pizza and a crispy chicken pecan salad . The appie came , we were waiting for our main courses to come , went to go out for a smoke and I thought I’d let the waitress know we were stepping out for a quick smoke. We were on motorcycle with our helmets still at the table. As I told her we were stepping out for a smoke she said we weren’t allowed to step out unless we paid for our full meal. I talked to manager he also said the same thing it’s a personal rule of the owners Julie and steve. I pulled a hundred bill out and said here , the table behind over heard and asked what was going on. They were dumbfounded also about the request. I said on second thought give me that hundred back I’ll pay for our apple and we will go elsewhere. I called Boston pizza in Kelowna and they said you are more than welcome to step out for a smoke. Was a joke at the Kelowna location about stepping out for a smoke and had a good laugh about it. They were surprised west Kelowna treats it’s customers that way. That’s the second time something has happened at that west Kelowna location. If you don’t trust your guests you should have a sign posted saying no one is allowed to step outside unless fully pre paid ! Time before on delivery had a staff members hair baked into our pizza. They said they would credit us for the meal When we ordered same meal through delivery they said the would have to charge a delivery fee which I said was fine and I always tip extremely well. Then they said I would have to repay for my dips which is bs because that’s part of the meal. I told them forget it and keep the whole meal and I would go on rant and rave but I never did until todays experience thought I would give them a second chance. That Julie and Steve are running that location into the ground and anyone I know I will be letting them know the kind of service , attitude , and care taken in food preparation. Rave to Kelowna location tonight. They were great. The way Boston pizzas should be.

Service was great. The pizza was good, but all the cheese was under the toppings, American style. They also offer one cauliflower crusts in an 8" for those that need it.

Been a while since here.. I understand they are under new management and that might explain. One thing BP I admired at one time was the huge menu with tons of choice. I found it a hard time to order sonething from 4 pages... And as my wife and I talk about the obviously wicked dirty glass she has her soda delivered in, we note it's getting a little bit run down and that faint smell of dirty mop. The food is good and I have never been disappointed which is true today... But it's the little things.. Even like the line of 3 vehicles at the front curb not parked in vacant spaces right there. So apparently uber and skip guys can park their rigs anywhere. Nahhh... Eating out is starting to lose its luster even more. Our waiter was good no issue there.. Ps as my wife asked about steak we are told they haven't had for a year. What?

We had a very nice server, but the service was slow, and the restaurant was nearly empty. I had BP 3 times while I was in Kelowna. The first 2 times, I got the pizza (I love their crust). The last time, my mom and I ordered the French onion soup (which I don't recommend. The soup had barely any cheese or onions.

Took our twin grandkids out for a treat to Boston Pizza. Glad we made reservations as it was quite busy. Our service was wonderfully consistent during our time there. Even though it was busy, our server was attentive, friendly and quick. Food was great too! A great dinner and another fun memory created. Thank you BP West Kelowna.

A large group of us came in with no reservation but it was mid-afternoon, so not busy. The service was really attentive but there was a meal that was forgotten in the order so that is the one star off. They make lovely, large salads and of course their pizza is great.

Blair was likely one of the best servers I've ever encountered. He was accommodating, knew the menu in and out and by the time we left we felt like we had made a new friend. This guy is a keeper! This was my last dinner before flying out of Kelownaand I'm happy that we chose to go to the west k location simply for the amazing service. Thanks again Blair!

We found the restaurant was clean, the waitress was pleasant , the drinks seem like they were watered down, the calamari was not home made , it definitely came out of a frozen box and was disgusting, the beef In the beef dip was tough and chewy, I did tell the waitress about the beef was not sliced thin enough that’s why it was tough and chewy and she said “we buy it that way and we have complained to the supplier, so after that comment and a lot of the reviews I read I have come to the conclusion of the food that is prepared at Boston Pizza comes from an outside supplier and warmed up, and here we thought we were coming to a classy restaurant that has a chef and home made food, we will not be eating at another Boston Pizza ever again and will definitely be sharing our experience with friends and neighbours

New owners and their family are cutting corners and working their family members 6, days week. No longer a good place for part timers to get experience and make a few bucks. Our ravioli was half full, and the other was overdone and slammed into a container. Bad management. Can’t go there anymore.

I never thought I could dislike someone who is delivering my food. The gentleman tonight delivering my dinner was a complete a**hole. Accusing me of not having my house number visible, yet it is posted at the end of the driveway and on the house. After he sped his way to my house, he then told me he had the numbers mixed up and I do indeed have the house numbers shown. No need to be so rude.

Thanksgiving day/51st wedding anniversary and last minute decision to pop into West Kelowna BP for our celebration meal was made very special by the hostess (didn't get her name) and by our server Blair H. He was on top of the allergy needs, so pleasant to deal with. Hope he sticks around and has a successful career of being a server. He deserves a wage raise.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff, able to walk in during dinner rush and get a table immediately. Food was delicious.

Boston Pizza is Boston Pizza. However at this particular location, the staff is exceptional. Every one of them greeted me with a smile and had perfect timing to seating, taking my food order, delivery and food payment. There's some exceptional training going on here. And everyone that works here really seems to like their job and care about it.

The staff was amazing and friendly. When you walked in and looked around the restaurant and bar areas were clean. The bathrooms were clean and had soap and toilet paper. The food was very tasty and came hot (not warm or cold). There was an issue with my order and it was taken care of fast and right away and both our waitress and management apologized, but things happen and glad it was taken care of. Definitely one of the best locations that my family and I have been to and would go back when we go through again and would recommend to anyone going through.

Pizza was terrible. No flavor. Skimpy toppings. Pyrogy pizza they gave about 1 tbsp sour cream when asked if we could have more they said it would be an additional charge. Only thing good that night was our server. He was awesome

If you want the best server we've ever had, try going when Jay is working. Quick turnaround on our order and the food was A1. Thanks J. We'll be back.

Good food & customer service. I was really impressed with the portion of food you get during happy hour. Food tasted fresh and was brought out quickly.

Worst customer service ever, manager was extremely rude. My online order did not go through correctly and half was missing. Had to wait for the rest of the order while the rest got cold. He took zero responsibility and said it was not his problem No one keeps their receipt and that’s required for the follow up review from the owner so that was a unless attempt at rectifying the issue Will never eat at this location again !

Terrible cold pizza with rubbery shrimp. Sent it back - new one not much better. Took 10% off, big deal. Complained, accused of being rude. I finished my meal before my husband's pizza came. All round terrible experience.

Just got our delivery order.my spouses Big Dipper was full of gristly meat cold peppers, his au jus had black hard charred pieces floating in it, and his onion rings were soaked in oil not at all crispy. We live very close to the restaurant so there should have been no reason for cold oily food. Won’t be ordering from bps again

Great service and the food was good. We had the great white north pizza (ham and two types of cheese) and baked chicken and mushroom fettuccini. Best part of the experience, enjoying their air conditioning, it was great record day in West Kelowna, 44C/111F. Being outside was like being in a pizza oven. Overall a pleasant dining experience.
