I was eager to try the meals as they looked and sounded fantastic. I ordered the 10 meal plan ($155.00) on my mobile phone on the Saturday night and put in my details for delivery. I was so sure I would like the meals I even signed up for the subscription service. As my suburb was outside of their "delivery zone" the order defaulted to pick-up. I was unaware of this default and never received any email or information regarding the process of my order. As I hadn't heard anything from Wholistically Healthy by the Thursday, I decided to email to see whether my order had been processed and confirm that it would be completed the following week starting Monday. I also noted that the order said "pick-up" and not delivery as I had selected so I addressed this in the email. Renee responded and said that she had sent an email to me with the pick up times. I checked my inbox and there was no email - the email had been sent to my junk and thus I had no idea. After looking at the website again I saw the no refund policy for delivery orders where it may have been incorrectly selected, I questioned this and the only options were for me to write-off the $155.00 I spent (which is a lot of money for me) or that she would freeze the freezable meals and I could collect them or get an Uber to deliver them. Considering that the meals wouldn't be fresh and as I work long hours and would have to spend over an hour in the car to pick up the meals or pay more money to have a few out of the 10 meals I ordered delivery, this would have been a nuisance for little reward. After I had come to terms with my money being wasted, I was charged $155.00 AGAIN despite cancelling the subscription when I knew I wasn't going to get the meals delivered. I understand that the website has warnings to check the delivery locations however, I still find the refund policy and how the website allows you to select delivery to be unfair. As with any other website, it should be that if delivery is not available for your area the order should not be allowed to go through and the customer should not be charged. Hopefully this gets resolved to other consumers do not have the same disappointment as me.

Absolutely in love with Wholistically Healthy. Finally a local, home grown company that caters to a range of dietary needs (vegan, gluten free, protein-packed) while also respecting the environment (biodegradable packaging etc.). The food is fresh and of premium quality - and really tastes like it was made with a special secret ingredient ... love! Could not recommend more.

If I could give zero I will ..there is nothing wholistically about this company . We have received the meals and they were absolutely disgusting..undercooked chicken, definitely not fresh vegetables ,they came in a box with couple of blocks of ice no refrigeration and definitely rude and ignorant owner ...have tried to provide some feedback that we were not happy with the foodand that we felt sick and we were told that there is no way that's the case by Renee stating that she knows everything and she is cooking the meals herself !! My honest advice stay away from this company!!!

Lost a star due to not servicing all of Perth areas. Otherwise, extremely happy with the presentation, taste and packaging of the food. If only they could offer better delivery service, I'd rate 5 star.

Have ordered family meals from here 2 weeks in a row so that I can rest leading up to the birth of my 2nd. The meals so far have been delicious and healthy. Even my difficult-to-please 18 month old has been loving them. The weekly changing menu is also a bonus and I look forward to ordering more in the coming weeks.

I'm a bit quick to review as less than an hour ago I received my first ever order from wholistically healthy. I've had my first meal and it was delicious.. So delicious that I could have eaten another one straight away but that would be greedy of me! If I was to suggest 1 thing that could be better, I'd like to see more delivery options and better tracking. I was happy with the communication from the delivery driver though :)

If you're plant based or wanting to give it a go I'd highly recommend using Wholistically Healthy, so many good meal ideas and will have you trying all sorts you'd probably never think to try. I order from the plant based menu and use the meals as lunches for work. They always taste amazing, my favourites are the Asian style meals and anything with zucchini. The packaging is awesome and the freezable meals always freeze and reheat very nicely.

Did my first order this week and was really impressed. Everything so far has been tasty and fresh and the portion sizes are great. Chose the 3 day reset which includes snacks and juices and am really enjoying each meal. Will definitely order again!

I started using Wholistically Healthy a couple of weeks ago. I have done 2 orders now and the menu is amazing. Perfect portion sizes, super health and I genuinely look forward to each meal. The mix of meat based and plant based meals is great too and the option to pick it up or have it delivered is really convenient. I love that the menu changes each week so I will be a regular customer for sure!

I just wanted to leave a 5star review on the customer service I’ve already received from Renee. So far they’ve been extremely helpful, so friendly and went out of their way to help me when I made a mistake my end. The food is absolutely incredible - my first meal I’ve had so far is the massaman curry and I am in love… I am a busy, working mum of 2 kids with a fifo husband - this meal service is exactly what I need to make my life easier.

Takes the guess work out of trying to diet. These meals have introduced me to foods I would never have tried normally and have given me brand new favourite foods. Awesome portion sizes for calorie control as well. Heavily recommend!

Great idea & eco-friendly packaging. I chose a 3 day reset + some freezable meals. I would like more choices on the weekly menu, with more freezable options - to enable a 2 week order for delivery, (to save on delivery costs).

Two weeks in a row my orders haven't been correct last week the variety of meals was off giving me five of one type and only 1 of others. This week despite paying for the 10 meal package which is meant to include soups, chia puddings a drink and raw I did not highly disappointed .

Delicious, healthy and convenient!

This is a 5+ stars restaurant quality everything-prepared food service. Freshness, smell and presentation are amazing. Even the packaging is nice, with biodegradable trays (but do remove the top before microwaving!). We tried the lean protein meals. My wife said "This chilli is the best I have had since leaving the USA". She has been in WA seven years. My sweet potato curry was heavenly with a nice warmth and a few cloves in there. The kefir water, which I have never tried, is nice (we brew our own Kombucha). I would advise to eat the food as quickly as possible for freshness. Each meal is just right for one of us but may be small for big eaters - this is quality stuff - if you need calories eat weet bix or chocolate. If you are trapped in self isolation like us, do yourself a favor and try this out. This week we try the veggie offerings. PS - thanks very much for the delivery - as we are in isolation we could not pick up even though we are just around the corner.

I could tell Renee’s food was made with Ayurvedic love from the minute I saw the chiller box, all beautifully taped up, and inside were carefully packed the most wonderful and healthy meals plus some delicious vegan gluten free sweet treats. I cannot imagine preparing these meals for the price I paid for a one week supply of good health. My only problem is that I should have ordered more! I’ve eaten the meals for lunch and dinner and shared some with friends - who all love them! Thank you so very much 💕

Amazing, healthy food with the best customer service. Love that the menu changes every week so you never get bored. They deliver to my work and the drivers are also friendly and accommodating. Love the minimal packaging - what they do use is recycled or recyclable. So happy to have found you.

This is an excellent service. I find that I don't always finish the meals and have used my left overs with noodles for a smaller lunch meal. The KFC style chicken is my favourite dish but their desserts are also very tempting. I also love the fact you can put the container part (not the lid) into the greens bins as they are compostable.
