My family arrived for dinner and the restaurant was empty, already a bad sign. We ordered the carbonara pasta. It was awful, my sisters didn’t want to return the good because obvious reasons but I did, they brought me the pasta fruity de mare another disappointment. I realized all the great reviews were for breakfast or lunch. I should have known. The only positive thing was the service.

Everything we had here was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is great and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Don't expect to get a really affordable meal here but once you accept that food in Aruba is going to be a little pricey and you compare prices with other restaurants within a walking distance, it's not so bad. At first I thought the breakfast buffet was going to be a rip off but it ended up being one of the best meals my husband and I have ever had. It was so good we went back again for the buffet !

I dont understand why people love this place so much. Not only did we pay $18 for a bowl of fruit and yogurt.... The service was absolutely horrendous. We were seated for breakfast and waited a good 10 minutes for a menu. Then when I asked the server if they had juice (not on menu) I was told yes. Had to ask what kinds??? Asked for a mango juice which I never received, and given the service was so extremely slow I didn't bother saying anything. Our server seemed angry and it took us a good hour and a half to get out of there. I ordered the eggs any style which specifically listed only 3 types of eggs. I asked if they did scrambled and the server talked to me like I was stupid. My scrambled eggs were cold and hard. Gross. Will never waste my money there again, I'll just grab a $4 bagel at Starbucks.

Tried the place for breakfast and it was excellent. The first thing one notices is the size of the joint. Big open space with plenty of elbow room, lots of tables inside and out on the large patio facing the ocean and the palm trees, a scene that never gets old. Service was friendly and top notch and the food selection is borderline embarrassment of riches. Just about anything one wants for breakfast is available and in abundance.

Delicious skirt steak salad, it had avocado, and amazing blu cheese dreassing.

We went with our 2 children (2&9), we had the breakfast buttet but to my understandingthere is an a la carte optionavailable. There were shield protectors and appropriate measures in place. As well as employees serving the food as opposed to self serve. One of our to go locations for a relaxing Sunday.

Restaurant is great Food is wonderful, but the best part of all of it was, our waiter Agustin was amazing !!! We ate here several times because of him. ❤️

Front line staff urgently needs ongoing training on how to seat guests in a professional manner. Food was good. Our server was polite and efficient. Will watch for improvements over time but asap on the training as it was most uncomfortable to start service with that issue.

Salad was superb. Cheesecake also superb IMO. I thought the pizza was standard and wouldn’t likely get it again unless I got extra sauce on side. Service was kind and professional

I got the fruto di mare with gluten free pasta and it was great! We also had the spinach salad as an app and it was delish! Great place to go close by if you are staying at the Marriott.

Credit card machines not working during core breakfast hours in the morning Dec 16. We were told to walk all the way into the counter near the pancake section ourselves and asked to pay there. The lady could not get the machine to work despite we stood there for 20 mins. DISRUPTING our vacation schedule and FORCED us to pay in cash. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. We ended up paying CASH after being FORCED and THREATENED. SHOCKING!

Food was ok . Staff seemed mismanaged. Our server Rosa? forgot our ice tea and our Caesar salad then totally disappeared. Never refilled water glasses or brought out the hot sauce we asked for. Seemed mad about something. Another server eventually came out and apologized and gave us our check. Would not return, truly horrible service.

Always fabulous. This is our 8th visit to Ocean Club; which I highly recommend as well. Being gluten free they are so accompanying to my needs. The food is spectacular and so is the staff. La Viata will not disappoint.

The food is very good, as is the service. My judgement might be swayed a bit though because of the kitten on the premises. I suspect that La Vista could feed me kitty kibble and I’d still give them 5 stars. The kitten is absolutely precious. But really, I had the salmon here and it was delicious and their drink, the “New Fashioned” (like an Old Fashioned) is quite good!

Staff was LOVELY! I was very well welcomed even if I was not staying at the Marriott. Fast service and food was delicious. Worth the price according to me.

The service was absolutely horrible and would not recommend to anyone trying to enjoy a vacation. I had to ask the bar for a refill on my drink after waiting forever for our server to return. There is maybe 2 people that work for this restaurant who actually know what they’re doing. Also I asked for a burger to be done medium rare and it came out extremely well done. Do not ever visit this restaurant.

Excellent!! Came here for breakfast! Food is cooked indoors which is good!! Keeps Birds away from where the food is being cooked and stored. Places that are cooking and serving outdoors, Birds are all over the cooking pans, stove tops and cooking utensils spending bacteria. Pretty gross. Place is spotless and excellent service!!

We had a delicious dinner of salmon, mashed sweet potatoes and creamed spinach while enjoying our cocktails outside with a view of the gorgeous sunset. Our waiter, Ryhan, was very attentive. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Ate here for our first morning and the view is what gets you hooked. It’s right in the beach you hear the ocean and feel the breeze. Also the wildlife like birds and iguanas visit you as you eat, it was nice. Food was good, normal type of breakfast food.

The brunch was ... soooo good... must do if u get a chance. Well worth the price... i can't begin to describe how much they have for a brunch & un limited mamossa or gin passion drink.
