Tables not cleaned up. I asked for the food to all be fresh; the sandwiches were, but my fries were cold. So, I had to ask for a fresh batch of fries which they replaced right away.

Had a great customer service experience with a man named Charles! He is a credit to the store and franchise, and if there were more Charles's it would make the establishment better. Thank you Charles for your continued commitment to the franchise, and thank you for your help and service brother. Promote above peers please!!

The service was very slow to get someone at the register. Once they took my order it took over 7 minutes before I was served. Kinda long in my book for a McDonald's! However the food was worth the wait Very Good!!!! 👍👍👍👍🇺🇲

Went yesterday evening 8/25 and the drive through attendant at the second window literally through my bag of food at my face. I couldn't get a word in before he slammed the window and walked away. Young boy with short hair. Definitely tested my patience. Hope he didn't do that to everyone.

I say it every time. Nobody should get a cold filet of fish! How many people are actually buying it? It was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and way too much tartar sauce.

Terrible they completely butchered my order. It was suppose to be Big Mac and a quarter pounder instead I got some combination of the sandwiches times two.

McDonald's as a whole has gone far downhill, if only for the pricing. Though many locations seem to have much worse food than they used to also. This West Seneca location is the best in the Buffalo area I think; I've been to a dozen.

The manager there Kim is very rude and arrogant. It makes you feel uncomfortable when I had the owner call me to find out what was going on. She was very arrogant and rude to me also saying that Kim worked for her for since she was 16 years old which now she must be in her 50s when had a special request they burnt my food completely charcoal and especially when I was going there every day spending over $30 which adds up to over $800 a month and they would not give me a 20% discount when I was a regular when my app wasn’t working what a greedy manager and store owner never again will I buy anything from this McDonald’s?

Quick service about 9PM after the Bills game on December 17th. The double meat and double cheese was warm with good taste.

Employees are rude and inefficient. Employees using profanity to customers. I'll never go there again. I'm going to notify The Corporate Office regarding My distasteful experience there
