Super clean, great hostess/service. Appetizers are fresh and hot. Pool tables are maintained and cues are solid. Really enjoyed myself.

The bartender was cool, the tables are in good shape and the place was clean. The music was half radio them juke box if someone used it. Even then the radio played in the background. Horrible sounds quality and even worse music.

The 5 Star is based on pure nostalgia 💕 I was extremely sad 😥 to see the condition of the Table's. Just looking around it's clear it definitely needs some TLC! I hope anyone reading this review, and has shot here in the past let's show some love & help Ivory Room out. Even if for a one hour rental. I think it will help out a long standing local business get back to it's glory! Wanted to cry seeing the trophy 🏆 case empty 😓😓 The door's are OPEN surviving covid times. Let's do out part and keep it going. Love pool 🎱 ❤? Thay are open 7 day's a week.

The staff is great. The food is good and the drinks are poured nice and priced reasonably. The only negative thing I have to say is that the pool tables are in horrible shape. They need to be re-felted and the cushions need to be replaced. If you're going for a good time it's a GREAT hang out. If you're a serious pool player I would recommend somewhere else.

We had time to kill on a Friday afternoon and decided to try the Ivory Room. We were the only people there, so it was easy to get a table. The next day, we stopped by again, there were less options for tables because many were reserved. Our server was very attentive. Many of the tables really need to be re-felted. One bathroom was out of order.

The staff was friendly. The environment was clean. The pool was a blast. The drinks were strong. We've gone back time and time again for a reason.

Good ole ivory room many many many nights here. Stopped in after a few years and leg me tell you it was a blast from the past ! Missed you guys ! Glad to see the crew again 🥰

Love the Ivory Room. Staff is great! Dirty Blonde on tap! Would have given a better rating but the pool tables are in terrible shape. Most have rips in the felt and there are holes in some of the pockets. Table 12 every time you shoot into the corner pocket the ball falls out on the floor! The layout is great and this place has so much potential! Time to invest some money back into the hall!

Plenty of pool tables. Nice space. Decent food and strong drinks. Hard working AF staff, much respect to them. Music was trash tho, jukebox app, but kept playing the same songs.

Pretty cool Pool pool Hall to hang out with your friends or you can come by just to practice on your pool game.

Went to have a nice time with my boyfriend and his brother. First time being here. The place was beautiful, but when you deny someone after driving an hour to get in the door even after showing proof of renewal of ID on line. Don't go here. Go to a different bar where the Jack n Cokes cheaper than 6 bucks and you miss all this hassle. Will never return and will tell anyone I come across not to come to this place.

I love coming here. The wait staff are always great to interact with. The food is good. To hang out, play billiards and be with friends or even yourself. It’s always a great time when I come here.

Fun place! Bar food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Wait staff was attentive and personable. The pool tables could use refelting and it looks like their was some water damage to the lower part of the walls that could use some attention. Overall, we had a really great evening.

Good food. Lots of pool tables. Definitely need some upgrades but a good place to hang with friends.Drink prices are reasonable as well. They sure do got a good burger! With the option to order food at the Italian restaurant next door!

We took my sister here for her birthday 🎈. The bartender was very nice and we enjoyed shooting pool. However, the pool tables need to be updated along with the rest of the hall. It's a great place to go and shoot pool but it really needs some TLC.

Went in at 8 pm on a Tuesday.... Wasn't greeted upon entry, waited almost 10 minutes for a bartender to tell me there weren't any empty tables. She said I could go on the waiting list but couldn't give me an estimate on wait time. All while I'm looking at 5 maybe 6 empty tables.... Guess I'm not enough of a regular or something

I love this place, we have been coming here since I was about 21. Good food, drinks, and the atmosphere are terrific. Never had a problem whatsoever here, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Sometimes, it's hard getting a table because of how busy they are, but they do have darts and Foosball to pass the time until one is open. Some of the pool tables are in moderate shape, but that doesn't affect the actual game. I have been to other pool hall/bars but this place is 1 of 3 places where we weren't profiled racially or not let in because of some makeup dress code. For context, we come as a group of three or more Arabic guys, some of which either can't or are limited in English. Btw you need ID to enter even if you're not drinking.

My boyfriend and I love coming here. Always an open table. Jukebox is fun, food is good. Never had any problems here and we'll keep coming. I recommend bringing your own stick. They check your ID at the door no matter your age so don't forget to bring it in

Very disappointed. As I walk in, I'm immediately asked for I.D, which normally wouldn't be an issue. I hand my I.D over to the lady and she says, "this is expired", to which I then state that I have just renewed it, the physical copy will come in the mail shortly and I would be more than happy to give her the paper copy/receipt of purchase (which was done online). I run to my car, hand her the valid proof from secretary of state, (which I had just printed) and she tells me, "this is not a valid driver's license/I.D". I began to think perhaps the lady was slow and/or had some sort of mental disability or maybe even was having a bad day and just being difficult for no apparent logical reason. Now having drove nearly an hour and ffter having trying to convince her that I do indeed have a valid license multiple times and am being accused of lying, I start getting reasonably agitated and just leave. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. If you like to be hassled and pestered about proof of identification, then this is definitely the place for you!

Went for Thanksgiving and around Christmas. The food wasn't bad honestly had a good time playing darts. They keep it pretty clean. But a great chill atmosphere.

Great place for pool, darts, and food, though I have only had the appetizers (tasted great and quick service). Nice place to meet with friends, or a date. Staff is always so friendly. Drinks were just right, but didn't have a coffee machine working. Still was a great night. I'm just casual player, but have been coming here since my twenties. Let's just say a long time. Lol..

Fun place for a pool game. They have tables of various size on which to play. We were there mid afternoon and it wasn't busy, made it easy to pick a table and move around.

Personally I enjoy a more professional pool/billiard atmosphere with tighter, cleaner tables. There are only one or two nine footers that are ok to play but mostly tables need new cloth and leveling. Ok for recreational play but not tournament.

Not sure what's up with the sound system or Touch Tunes in here, but it's absolute garbage. I really wanted to grab a night cap & listen to some tunes. But every song is being interrupted by another song & no song plays straight thru. Super annoying. Definitely won't be spending $ on the jukebox (Touch Tunes) in here. And may not even be back for drinks if there isn't even 1 song that can come thru without being interrupted by another. 🙄 👎 Besides that, bartenders have been great. Friendly & clean. 👍 4 stars for the service & drinks. -1 for the music. Haven't tried the food.

Great atmosphere, other photos didn't do it justice. They have some great bloody marry's. Staff was great! Will go back!
