Been to this store a few times over the last couple of years , and after being a loyal customer to the brand back in the US the staff here alone have deterred me from supporting the brand anymore. Very snobby and horrible atmosphere looking down on customers from the staff and management I actually left after going in to specifically purchase something I was that disappointed , I saw another review regarding racially profiling and I wouldn’t be surprised. It would be good to look at the reviews and change it. Doing the brand a massive disservice at this London branch.

Spent about 4k in one go here and when I said it’s nothing as a joke for the vid the peasant workers gave me dirty looks

This was however while they were packaging my ridiculously overpriced shirt. Like you couldn't have just tapped on my shoulder or something and asked politely?
