The price of the food was good as there was a 50% off deal. However there was no cutlery other than knifes, no straws for the milkshakes and we only got forks after 5 minutes of asking for them, by which point the food was cold and the coffee machine stopped working. To top it all off, once we managed to actually eat our food it tasted pretty terrible. Not impressed at all, would definitely not recommend.

WHY IS THIS PLACE ALWAYS UNDERSTAFFED? GET IT SORTED. BILLIONS OF POUNDS COMPANY ITS A JOKE ! WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF ON FOOD

Went in today 17/6/22 at 14.38. Don't know why maybe a little sustenance after shopping. We always say we won't do it again. . . Well we did. Again dirty tables, not enough cutlery, Condiments and staff. The place nearly empty. Chunky meat pie microwaved (going hard as it cools). Stodgy mashed potato and runny gravy . I had sausages egg, chips and beans they can't spoil that.

Everything was pretty bad, definitely got worse over the years. I do not blame the staff for one minute. For a long time it was one guy serving food, taking orders, restocking mugs, cleaning tables ect and the cafe was a mess with nearly every table being dirty. Again do not blame the staff, poor guy looked really down and was running about trying to get everything done. The food was alright, not bad for the price. Just felt sorry for the staff and hope this review gets seen by whoever decides how many staff get put on shift. This one star is for you and no one else!

Had a salmon sandwich with plenty of filling at the front and nothing in the rest of the sandwich. The standard of lots of items seems to be falling as they seem to be cutting corners to increase profits. It's becoming a twin of Asda low prices and in many of there ready meals Thai or EU chicken. No thanks prefer to shop at Sainsbury's or CO-OP. a little more expensive but quality.

Reasonable prices but slow service

I went into whitefield cafe today with my sister for a coffee. I have never been into a cafe as dirty and low staff. Tables not being cleaned with old plates of food. Coffee machines filthy with milk all over them and the counter. Cups dirty. First and last time I'll be using the cafe

We come to this cafe occasionally but after today don’t think so again. The cafe was a disgrace . Every empty table , and there were many , was full of used plates and left over food . Why would you want to eat amongst so much rubbish. Nobody was clearing tables . The food was a 20 minute wait . Apparently they were understaffed and it seemed so . The cafe staff were run ragged . We complained to the duty manager who said he would act but 15 minutes later it remained the same . Shambles from management. Many customers were complaining to each other .

Don't dine here the service is slow and the food is Lukewarm and overpriced avoid !

Great cafe reasonable priced friendly staff

Visited this cafe once. Could barely see any members of staff so used the self-service kiosk to order food, which arrived after 10-15 minutes. The main problem was cleanliness of the place where not only was the floor but also the tables weren't cleaned, with crumbs on tables. Yet, the helpful and friendly attitudes of the member of staff who served me made up for the problems above a bit indeed.

Use to eat there all the time until one day the food wasn't grate so I just asked them what's append it's normaly spot on wasn't nasty we had a nice chat and we left on happy terms the next day we go up with my doughter and basically everything we asked for was suddenly out off stock basically got refused service won't be going back again note peaple don't give out Constructive criticism because u will basiccly get refused service

Morrisons cafes, regardless of where they are, are all the same standard, with friendly & helpful staff. I always look out for a Morrisons when I'm travelling

Me and my daughter thought we would take advantage of the eat out help out wish we hadn’t bothered ! We went a 4 pm looking forward to fish and chips , when we got there they had no fish and chips no steak pie so we had all day breakfast , we sat a a table which was dirty had to clean it should of k own then it was bad news !! Wasn’t busy about 5 table waiting , lady came up to us and said that it was going to be a wait did we want another coffee her visor was filthy I said to her you could do with cleaning your visor so I waited for another coffee hour later it came cold with toast so I sent it back would of just fine then not enough staff don’t think they had a chief as security man was cleaning eventually, I got my money back after hour and a half the lady at the desk Adele was rude yes stress but don’t be rude , I went and got a Chinese from the store I spoke to the manger about it and he said you would be better with the chinese than food from the cafe so says it all , won’t be back !! Needs closing down till they have enough staff to keep the Customer safe from Covid spreed

Understaffed and poor customer service. The poor women was a bit snappy at me and said in an angry tone that she was on her own after asking for help (after waiting 5 minutes on the long self service ones), clearly not enough people looking after the self needed service area. Same at the lottery counter

Food OK but had to que for 20 mins then waited for 35 mins for food. Staff rushed off their feet. So tables dirty and cups and milk, cutlery running out and not stocked up. Staff still very pleasant felt sorry for them with people complaining.

Big daddy breakfast is huge. Once apart from quality of sausage but well worth a fiver. Couldn't finish it all. 🤪🤪
