This employee was very rude to me, first ignoring me, and finally looked up and asking for my order with a really loud and harsch voice. When she was serving Thai customers her demeanor completely changed, she lowered her voice and spoke with a very soft tone. Smh

small, clean, comfortable seating. I got McChicken Meal , they call it "Set". They charge 15฿ for the mayo (៛1760/ 43cents), and swapped out Coke forLemon Iced Tea.

Rather pricey for their burgers. Although mcdonald's have been increasing their prices since after covid restrictions are lifted. Their chicken burger cost USD$3.50 and it is shocking.

This is a relatively large branch of McDonald's fast food chain in the Central Shopping Center. The speed of the staff and the preparation of food in this branch was high. And the ice cream was delicious as always !!

They promote McFloat but have no ice cream.

This place served my fiancé an extremely undercooked chicken burger. Thankfully he realized right away and spit it out. We looked inside to find the chicken was translucent from how raw it was. They have extremely poor food handling skills. How can you go around serving customers raw chicken? I strongly suggest you do not go here as a tourist. Definitely could be a trip ruiner. Also when I confronted the manager and showed her the uncooked chicken, she just starred at me like a deer in headlights. She had nothing to say to me. Please avoid at all costs.

Came here many times during midnight to get food. I was told to wait 4 minutes for the corn pie but end up they forgot my order. They forgot and missed out on my order 2 times already. The food tasted the same as in singapore! It was slightly cheaper and i missed western food as i ate too much thai food during my long stay in thailand. Waited for 5-10 minutes for my food as i always order a lot. They had the kit kat pie spicy mcnuggets and ice cream but didnt include in their grab delivery app!

Just I order for take a way and when I arrive to rawai missed a burger from set and also a pie cake. Good business

Had lunch here before leaving Phuket. Honestly surprisingly good food. Ordered the Samurai Pork burger meal. The burger was tasty and very nicely sauced. It's quite unique. The fries are absolutely perfect. They are so fresh and crunchy. Matcha Mcflurry is a must-try if you're a matcha lover. This masterpiece needs to be available everywhere... it's honestly so good. Perfectly balanced taste, not too sweet.

Not anything like the US quality of food. Cold and stale fries, nuggets are soggy and friend chicken is heavily breaded with little meat.

It's McDonald's but different they sell rice dishes cheap the chicken bucket was a bit of a let down but everything else was very good.

Always stop by with friends. A great place to hang out after hours of roaming inside the mall. We love the store hours that makes us stay long enough with friends.

Great drive in experience. Parking available if you wish to sit inside and eat. The usual Mackers menu greets you along with very friendly and professional Staff. Situated just past the Central Festival Phuket complex, it's hard to miss. If you are coming in from the other side there is an easy U-Turn just a few hundred meters away from the restaurant.

Careless staff, completely messed up an order by giving us nothing of what we ordered... Had to go myself at the restaurant after receiving the delivery because we basically had nothing in the bag but the right receipt was attached to it... lol. Adding the fact that they could not even bother giving a simple apology, I can only recommend you to avoid this place.
