We
stayed
for
3
nights.
There
were
3
main
issues.
1)
F&B
was
very
poor.
My
husband
is
vegetarian.
He
asked
the
confirm
the
penne
whether
it
was
veg.
meal.
The
staff
confirmed.
After
he
was
eating,
a
piece
of
chicken
was
there.
This
is
not
acceptable.
We
also
ordered
room
service,
for
example,
veg.
pad
thai.
We
found
spoiled
bean
spout
and
smelly
tofu.
I
already
showed
it
to
HK
who
were
doing
cleaning
at
that
time.
2)
Overall
service
level
was
poor.
With
the
experience
of
staying
five-star
accomodations,
I
personally
noticed
the
service
quality
did
not
meet
the
standard.
I
compromised
and
understood
that
the
pandemic
might
cause
the
lower
service
quality.
For
example,
we
went
to
have
breakfast.
The
staffs
were
less
likely
to
offer
service
to
guests.
Over
the
breakfast,
we
never
experience
seating
allocation
at
the
breakfast
table,
no
thank
you,
no
service
offering
when
you
carried
many
food
plates
in
hand.
On
top
of
that,
my
husband
ate
chicken,
no
proper
apology
and
empathy
from
the
staffs.
Plus,
room
service
staff
did
not
speak
with
good
tone
of
voice.
I
am
not
sure
because
I
am
Thai
that
why
the
staffs
tend
to
not
give
good
service.
I
hope,
not.
I
gave
this
comment
because
the
staffs
were
likely
to
offer
greeting
to
foreigners,
delivering
coffee
to
the
table,
etc.
3)
The
room
had
ants
on
bed.
HK
assisted
to
contact
the
front
office
if
ants
were
back.
They
didn't
come
on
the
second
night
but
the
third
night
returned.
This
issue
was
unexpected
from
a
luxury
wellness
resort.
From
my
experience,
I
would
not
recommend
this
resort
to
my
friends.
