Excellent hotpot The service is the number one!! They take a really good care of everything but sometimes, it is too much for me. The ingredient is the best quality but also quite expensive. You need to pay for everything including soup and dipping sauce. For those who come her for the first time, you could ask the staffs to mix a sauce for you. They have a secret recipe which is really nice. Recommend You MUST try the fresh noodle. It will have a guy to perform a stretching noodle at the table. It is a very good experience. Quite funny. It is also taste very good. Lastly, it also has ice-cream and a tiny bag to take home. It just a tiny snack. I think this is a very genius way to advertise the restaurant.

Best that it was no queue here! Of course they could maintain the HDL standard really well. Staffs are very attentive and provide excellent service.

First time here today, and now this is my favourite hot pot restaurant! You can choose 4 different soup in the same pot, and a good choice of food. Staff is really good and explained everything… and they make a show too!

Touted us in Central. The waitress interrupted and insisted on showing how to order through the tablet. Shortly after we agreed we didn't like the menu and wanted to leave, but then we were told that we had to pay for the soup the waitress had ordered for us!? which apparently already was in the making after just 2 mins. In the end more polite waitresses arrived and cut the price in half, packed the soup for take away and showed empathy. Prices were high compared to other restaurants in the mall which just adds to me recommending all of you to skip this place and don't get caught up by their touting.

Great place to have authentic Chinese hotpot. Ordered the usual: sliced lamb, sliced beef, mushrooms, plastic noodles, minced shrimps and vegetables. Both the spicy red oil and light broth to boil all food.

Great to have Mala hot pot in Phuket! Great service and good location - however can't compete with Singapore or China outlets yet

Good quality meat and seafood however portions were small sized. Great tasting chicken and tomato soup. Average price and staff were very helpful assisting in the order process and cooking the food in the soup. Noodles took a while to come out after we had finished most of our food, however still tasty.

We fell in love with HaiDiLao hotpot in Shanghai where we must have visited this place almost 20-25 times during our 7 years. HaiDiLao Phuket had the same food experience (a few options were missing) but what it lacked was the attention of the Staff. The biggest plus point of HaiDiLao is its service and you feel that all staff is taking care of you all the time... Here one of our orders were missed and was provided after 2 times of asking. Food was excellent as always... it also had 4 broth option which i do not remember in China... although we went for our usual 2 partitions.

Well for me the different about eating Chinese hot pot here compare with outside is services, Yeah I know they're already charge you for that but one more thing is they also provide you clean food and good meat, So you might not get bad smell of meat here, And the place is locate in shopping mall which is very convenient, The taste of hot pot soup is under my average.

I've been multiple locations of haidilao this location is a total different from where I've been. This place offers a complimentary 15 minutes on full body massage chair, non-alcoholic drink, snacks, ice cream, cleaning glasses, AND pedicure (hands only) while waiting. For the nails, you would need to put your phone number down on the wait-list and they will text you when it's your turn, fortunately, ours came after we finished the meal. Very very friendly staff literally every single one of them.

Booked for the nail polish and no one calls. Waited 3 hours in the mall. Staff only understood little English & Chinese. And even with their face covered, they don’t look pleasant to serve you. Didn’t have any reaction and not happy for the answer for few things. Services are not good at all compare with the ones in China definitely. Wouldn’t consider to come back again

Quality of food and be better with this price. I can feel that Smoothie was made from concentrated fruit juice. There were passion fruit and strawberry smoothie on that day. Taste was weird. Coffee and tea were provided but not sugar, milk or even creamer. There is a box next to coffee and tea pots with tags of sugar and creamer but when we asked staff, he said only black coffee was available. I tried chocolate ice cream and it was bad quality as well. I could see water flakes clearly at the bottom of cups as if it melted and was frozen again. We ordered some items and our table could not place all items. We have to place them on sofa but staff did not offer any shelf for us. Not a big deal but it would be great if they were care of this little detail. We were at sauce station and we could feel that staff rush us to mix our sauce. They tried to mix sauce quickly for guests who requested for it. We understood they would like to serve sauce ASAP but should think about guests who were next to him as well. For me not good for dining with group of people. Service might be better for table with people of 2-3.

We had a wonderful time, the restaurant manager made sure we understood the concept, and helped make our experience one of our most memorable experiences in Phuket! If you do decide to go, make sure to select the Noodle Dance Special!

Second time I’m having a torture experience because of staff’s incompetence. Depending on where you sit, either AC doesn’t work or it blows into your face. The staff takes 40 minutes to bring you a clean spoon (showing you a dirty one after a 15 minutes wait in between), no one bothers coming to check whether you need anything and you need to run after the staff, including to pay your bill. In the end, after an hour I couldn’t eat anything and was feeling sick by lack of fresh air. As much as the place is peasant, the staff and the service make it impossible to enjoy.
