The view was so fantastic Food also nice But Base on my experience from a 5star hotel I’ve visited I expected better facilities and services - Reception manager wasn’t had a great service but the other reception was nice At restaurant only khun Phet was nice the other wan’t at all. I expected service from a 5 star hotel to be better than this - pool villa wasn’t private at all. When I walk down the stairs to beach I can see every inside room I walked pass - Hotel must be maintained , the lock door at room was broken. Have a blood spot at shower curtain that was disgusting. Had a mole or some dark spot above the pool. Color all the building faded away. Elevator at 3rd floor was broke while I stayed

Here are the incidents on the first day of arrival at the hotel, 1) As a 5-star hotel, the limousine service was extremely poor and unprofessional, which made us have a horrible experience. We booked the airport transfer through the hotel to pick up the guests, however the driver was not familiar with the hotel location. He dropped the car on the roadside along the way to the hotel and told us that he needed some time to find the hotel address. However, the truth is that he wanted to sell the tour packages and force us to accept even though we had already rejected. This was the first arrival day to Phuket for us and it was night time. The driver's behaviour made us feel very unsafe and threatened. 2) We then immediately called the hotel staff for help and a staff picked up the call. I told him the situation that we were at risk and felt unsafe, and asked the staff for instant assistance to call the driver. After a few mins, we called back the hotel for follow-up. The same staff answered the call and said he hadn't called the driver yet. He blamed me for calling him so he couldn't call the driver. The staff was very unhelpful and put us at risk. 3) After we arrived at the hotel, the frontline staff arranged a room which was on the roadside with car noise disturbance. We booked a 2-bedroom Pool Villa with Panoramic View which should be one of the highest/premium room categories at the hotel, therefore we expected that the environment was at least clean and quiet. Especially when the guests were carrying a kid, it was extremely dangerous for the kid to enter the room along the roadside. Even though the hotel staff had offered to change another room to us, it was already very disappointing for the poor room arrangement and uncaring service. 4) More than this, the cleanliness and the facilities were not up to standard. As a 5-star hotel, we found the hinge of the door couldn't work properly, the towel hanger was broken, stain on the table, dirt on the wall and the area around was very dirty. The reality of the room doesn’t match the hotel pictures, it was a scam

Nice secluded beachside location and amazing view from the room. That’s all the positive things. Rooms and their privacy could be much better for a 5* hotel. We got a two-bedroom villa thinking we will have a pool for our own but you basically share the pool with the other family. There is zero privacy once you’re on the patio, it’s just very awkward for everyone. We wanted to sit and enjoy the view but ended up being disturbed by another family splashing in the pool, they also woke us up at 5am. We can’t blame them, it’s all because terrible villa planning. We asked the reception for scissors and they told us that we are not allowed any sharp objects in the room. What about the knifes and how do we suppose to eat? The hotel need to fix villa windows cause they are squeaking when it’s windy. We are glad that we stayed just for 1 night. It would also be nice if the toilet was more private.

From the moment we stepped into the property, we were flabbergasted by the warmth smile and professional service of the crew there, especially the 2 receptionist Ning and another lady. Every single personnel were professionally trained to provide us with the most comfortable and unforgettable stay ever. Surprised with a welcoming decor in our room for my Birthday celebration, the view from the panaromic room just takes your breath away. The view itself worth a million bucks, especially in the early rainy mornings. The breakfast was super nice in Sumpao Restaurant, plenty varieties to choose from, you will never get bored, we had dinners there too, it was delicious. There was a buggy service to ferry us to nearby Restaurants and Family mart, can even hitch a ride back from their sister company Bandara Resort too. Its the service details that Bandara Villas reigns over others indefinitely, other such service like daily complimentary tea and local deserts delicacies & fruits, every day was a unique surprise, the relaxing in room incense, the umbrellas during rainy days, in room coffee machines for a coffee addict, restock of daily mini bar with beers and various soft drinks even vitagen, by right It should be a 6-Star rated property.

This is definitely the most beautiful resort I have ever stayed at! We reserved the villa with private pool and ocean view. I was in total awe from the moment I walked in, to when I left . The hospitality was incredible and was always above and beyond. The breakfast was ok. We stayed at two other properties and this was our least favorite breakfast BUT it was fine and filling. We didn’t try dinner or lunch at the resort. We ate at the Flamingo bar/restaurant down the beach for Christmas Eve and it was great and we also ate at the Hill Side Cafe next door twice, beat calamari and shrimp I have ever had. Beautiful resort with friendly welcoming employees:)

It is an amazing getaway! The villas are spacious and fancy with the most beautiful ocean views. The restaurant serves yummy Thai and international food. They also have fun activities like paddle board, kayak and snorkeling. This is the perfect place to chill and make unforgettable memories. 😍

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who kindly offered to assist us in reaching a convenience store for any last-minute items. The room was impeccably clean, featuring a comfortable bed and a prime location next to the balcony and pool, offering breathtaking sunrise views. The daily room cleaning service and a designated area for personal laundry added convenience. I must commend Emmy, a standout member of the front desk, for her exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and accommodation. Bandara in Phuket is truly a beautiful place with equally beautiful people and stunning views.

The Room - amazing view of the bay with personal infinity pool. The room had an outdoor lounging section as well poolside. The location - quiet beach area with golf cart or walking access to several amazing Thai/fusion/Halal restaurants. The Service - the best service I've received from any hotel staff. All were incredibly helpful and attentive I recommend this place and will stay here again.

Lovely, friendly boutique hotel perfectly located on the beach and close to local facilities. The only negative is the early closing of the Flamingo bar (by 10pm most nights) and the fact you can’t put drinks/meals on your room. Apart from that, everything else was perfect and the staff were wonderful.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly at any time. Our request for a room with a balcony was satisfied right away. We also liked the counter in the hotel lobby where you could book trips - they were very helpful and definitely satisfied our plan to book a trip to Phi Phi Islands. The hotel is located in a very good area with a trops daily and 7-eleven in the close neighborhood. There are also nice places to eat traditional thai food. The room was quiet and had a balcony which was very nice. Breakfast and dinner could be eat down in the restaurant & bar flamingo. The choices of fruit, sliced sausage and other food was a little limited which made it a little bit difficult. But overall we had a good experience

Its a 10/10! The staff is really friendly and helps you with everything they can. If you are traveling to Phuket, I really recommend this hotel. Very comfy and clean rooms, nice food and the spa is just amazing

They are very interested in the guests, and special thanks to the employee Drum, who was with us all the time and helped us with literally everything, even recommendations on tourist places, booking transportation, and arranging schedules. We have absolute loved staying at the Bandara villas. The room is light and well maintained. The view is amazing. We love our private infinity pool looking out over the bay at the boats in the distance. The restaurant is very good and the staff go out of their way to help. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We had Matthew assigned to us to make sure everything was to our liking. He checked in with us every couple of days to see if there was anything we needed. Kimmy was so lovely and welcoming for breakfast every morning it was a pleasure to start the day with her happy face. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place. We will return

Stunning Villa, World Class service and gorgeous sea view! My family stayed in the Panoramic Two bedroom Pool Villa , while my parents in the Panoramic duplex pool villa at the Bandara Villa Phuket and it completely exceeded our expectations. Our villa was clean, comfortable, and had the amazing view of the Ocean from our room! The resort ambience and environment are impeccably manicured, and with the beautiful private beach which is just as a stone throw away, it makes you feel bliss in nature. I would also recommend booking the activities from their tour counter which is hassle free and can cater to your holiday plan. Micky attended to me and helped with my last minute booking. She is so efficient and helpful! The resort also provides Kayak and Paddle boat activities. The private beach is so clean with calm waves which is very nice to swim and kayaking. I would like to thank all the staff for their great service. Everyone is so thoughtful. Unfortunately I cannot remember all their names, but I believe everyone play their role, working behind the scenes to create this experience. We were greeted by Darlene and Art when we checked in. Darlene conducted the Villa tour, explaining everything in details and share with us her WhatsApp number to text her anytime we need help with. She made us feel like a VIP as she checked in on us everyday, to ensure we having great time in the resort. She is so thoughtful to provide late check out since we have our baby & elderly traveling with us and our return flight was in the evening. It was one of the many things she did for us, with the warmest smile and sincerity! Also a big thank you to the Housekeeping, the staff in the restaurant, lobby, beach bar, a few other names I can remember ..Art, Gem.. they are all incredible! Food wise- you won’t go hungry as they provide free minibar, snacks which they top up everyday! There’s even seasonal fruits and traditional dessert sent to your room to enjoy for your tea time. Along the resort, all the restaurants there are Halal. TOPS supermarket, massage place, money changer are all walking distance from the resort. The resort also offers buggy services.. so you don’t have to walk out. Isn’t it great? Thank you to Bandara Villa for making our first holiday in Phuket, a wonderful experience to remember.

This place was amazing. So much to say but then it would sound like I’m trying to sell you. The staff and the property was great. The staff for lunch and dinner were amazing people. They also have a driver name Whiskey that drives you in a golf kart to local stores. The location is a little further from everything but it was worth every dollar. There’s a private beach for you and the locals. I give this place a 10 out of 10

Best experience we have ever had! All the staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating for us, especially since we had our 8 month old child with us. Buffet breakfast with a daily rotating menu was amazing. The infinity pool, bars, and the Flamingo Bar right on the beach were spectacular. Perfect beachside destination, with tons of local restaurants and convenience stores all along the same street. There is also a service there that will book your taxis, and book any other tourist activities you would like to do. You are looked after from the day you arrive to the day you leave, and you will be treated like royalty!

Very lovely place ❤️ I and my hubby got room no.504 on the 4th floor. The room has a very nice sea view and clean pool. The room size is not so big, but fully equipped. The staff is so helpful with very good service-mind. The beach is quiet, not so windy. The sand and the water is clean and clear. Also, you can swim in the sea all day since the tide is not too strong. Definitely recommend for those who seeking for small hotel that fully equipped with great service while still so peaceful at the same time👍🏻👍🏻

The resort was better than expected! Amazing views, first class Villas with private pools, wonderful location with beach access. The "rooms" are that beautiful so you don't want to be anywhere else. There are also activities such as yoga classes, paddle boarding, canoes and many more! Of course I have to mention that the food is great. Also I have to say that the staff is very professional. They help with any case you can imagine. I've spent the most wonderful stay with my fiancé. We really recommend this beautiful place!

Wonderful villa with pool and seaview. furnishings look new, seems to have been recently renovated. Really love this area as it's away from the busy town. The service is excellent, the staff will try their best to make your holiday enjoyable. Will love to return again. Only setback was the power failure on our first night, no Aircon, no lights and heater from 10pm to abt 6am, not the resort's fault though.

The most beautiful hotel, in a great location away from the noisy places. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ning was amazing. The breakfast has not much variety I hope they work on that but the rest was amazing. Thank you Bandara

Pros: - Stunning sea view: enjoy the sea view from anywhere in the room. - Friendly and helpful staff, especially Wan. - Tasty and effecient food delivery from Sumpao every evening. - Generous mini bar & snacks, refilled everyday. - Various tableware makes my dine in more convenient. - Top spa with very a competitive price. - Everyday free shuttle to Central and Phuket old town. - Some nice restaurants, pharmacy, convenience store, money exchange kiosk in just 10 minutes walk. Cons? If it counts: - The room is spotless, but there's strange odour from the bathroom/toilet. Guess it's the drainage air trap issue. - Since the resort is located on a slope, though there's a tram, be prepare to take some staires.

The setting is lovely and the front desk staff try really hard. The beach is nice and the pool is refreshing. For the price- The breakfast is a little lacking, the place is a little tired and the coffee was shockingly bad (I like my coffee). Give it some time to recover from the lack of tourists and I know that staffing is an issue now, I will go back, but not in a rush.

The smiles & super well known Thai-hospitality, who gives full attention to guests, only further elevated the joy of making the right choice for our 10th anniversary celebration. The facilities, room, private pool, jacuzzi, comfi bed, huge TV, & direct access to the beach simply confirms this as a 5 star choice. Of coz icing on the cake includes a surprising complimentary mini bar (generous line up of drinks + snacks) that is refilled daily + fruits/desserts tray in the evening + buggy rides to nearby shops (eat at Lae Lay restaurant, u'll love it!!) + shuttle van to center of Phuket old town. Truly very generous line up of services! Certainly money worth spending. Ohhh.. & if u're worried about the many steps, there's a lift to move u ard the top & bottom. Terrific! Thank you Mimi, Raad, & Whisky for making our holiday an amazing one. Will surely be back again!

The hotel staff are fabulous. We booked our kids and grandchild into this hotel on their first night on phuket and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Facilities were top class as well. The owner of this business should be proud of their customer service. 👌👍

The best experience to stay at quite place especially if you want to take a break from hectic life. It was a great escape. Enjoying the view of the beach, yatch and also the island view. Everything is spectacular. The food at Aa Yon was wonderful too. Walking at the clean beach really give us a peaceful morning walk.

My second time going back! Came here for a solo trip, and the staff was top notch 💯 at one point, I felt my safety was compromised because I booked an external tour, but the staff was super reassuring throughout (I added them on LINE and told them my worries) and they kept looking out for my safety and everything went well. I felt like I was in safe hands throughout my trip! The room was beautiful. You have a private pool. There are snacks sent to your room every afternoon. There was also a complimentary high tea set upon check in. The only caveat is that there are no doors between the bathroom, toilet, and the rest of the bedroom - so you will need to be extremely comfortable with whoever you choose to come here with 😅 Looking forward to coming back again!

Had a great stay. Well located hotel, with easy access to the beach and good cafes. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room is a good size and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Pool and view are great. Beach towels and beach bag are provided.
