The MOST upsetting customer service. I wanted to return some ideas but their system wouldn’t let me. It’s not even that but the fact that all the ladies working there were not patience and just giving up. At last they were basically annoyed and them not wanting to get more information about their system. Also saying that it was my banks problem and not their system. When I went out of my way to call two different banks and they both said it was the store’s system. First and last time I will walk in that store. Do better Pandora.

The ladies in this boutique are wonderful! I have been there on several occasions and had absolutely fantastic experiences. One thing I would like to see would be more clips, charms, etc. I know it is not their fault and that corporate sends what they send. But when the book is out and you want something you want it right away. I'll send a note to corporate too. Ladies, thank you for such a wonderful experience. Kristin Wells

I started a bracelet a long time ago. It was fun at first to add to it and make it something fun. It is really hard to clean and the cleaner smells like rotten eggs. Lost the fun in the bead over time. I still have it but don't Ware it ever. Maybe I should drop back in to see if something has changed.

Horrible place....ordered a ring in the store 2 to 3 weeks done passed still No ring went into store with receipt to request a refund in the late evening 2 hrs before closing and they havent made any money today so they cant refund my money talking about sending a check when i paid with cash. This was one of the worst experiences in shopping ever.....

Workers don't know customer service. Bad experience so I ended up leaving.

The customer service was really bad, I was looking at the charm and the lady work there was being really rude to ask us to move aside.I understand they are busy, but ask nicely instead of being rude. The lady who helped me, was having a really mean attitude where she doesn't want to help me at all and gave me a big mean and mad face while helping. Overall, my experiment here was really bad...hopefully next time they have someone with a better customer service or have the employee there train again.

I would of give them cero stars but I couldn't. The reason is because I order something for mothers day on their website was saying if I placed my order by certain day I'll get in on time so I did and I ended up with nothing I called many times and they told me my stuff was processing and I'll received my tracking number and if course I never did I call to get my money back and they said I'll get 5-7 business days so it's so sad I ended up with no gift and no money for my mom.

So thrilled to have a store in Wichita to buy real Pandora. Sales girls are helpful and knowledgeable. There is always an excellent selection of everything.
