OMG!. Where do I even begin!!!!. Ashley is so incredibly awesome!. She has rehabbed me from 2 falls and fractures. Her knowledge and expertise are unsurpassed. I don't begin to understand how she does what she does. All I know is she changed my life. Not only did she rehab me physically, she was able to get rid of the brain fog, balance issues and just overall well-being. Zen RX is the place to go!

What can I say. I refer to Ashley ask my body coach. I have used chiropractors, massage therapist and kinesiologist all to try fix my body. A buddy highly recommended ZenRX to me to help relieve pain in my left knee and left shoulder. I had my left knee scoped several years ago but I was in pain most of the time the last 7-8 years. I went to Ashley, she did some tests with me and asked me to give her 6 weeks to help me. So I did and I am still seeing her once a week 9 months later by choice. Ashley always puts her clients 1st and always has the best interest of her clients. Ashley meets each client where they are and makes a plan for them individually. I was referred to Ashley twice in one week so I had to call and make an appointment! She watched me walk (limp) and pinpointed my trouble spots immediately. Since then she has been working through the complicated layers of issues that PT, chiropractors, and doctors didn't even find let alone address. We are still working on a couple stubborn areas but I am able to walk and move about freely and almost pain free. That is a HUGE change from being unable to walk upright 100 feet or sit comfortably for more than 10 minutes. Ashley has been a life saver for me. I am confident that I will soon be able to return to my active life.

Thanks to a WIBA luncheon, I met this wonderful lady!! Ashley is very, very good at what she does! I came to her with a double curvature in my back. I was constantly struggling to take deep breath’s and was in pain a lot in my back. I went to see Ashley after we chatted at the luncheon. I wasn’t for sure what to expect, but I knew that I agreed with a more holistic approach. I will tell you from the beginning of my sessions, I knew that she was going to be able to help me! Since then I have completed my session plan and I feel so much better!! My breathing issues have all but stopped and my back pain is minimal to non-existent. I cannot say enough nice things about this wonderful lady, but I am here to tell you it worked for me. I also appreciated Ashley’s honesty, she is going to tell you from the beginning if she thinks she can help or not, which I completely respect!! So do I recommend going to see her? You better believe I do!! If I could give her 10 stars I would!! It is such a small world that a simple luncheon can lead to such big things. So if you have any issues, that Doctor after Doctor has not been able to help, go see Ashley! I promise you will not regret it!! ❤️

I was having hip problems, going to the chiropractor a lot, which is where I ran into Ashley. She told me what she does and I was very interested. I started going to ZenRX and she was able to fix my hip dysfunction along with some foot and shoulder pain. I also got a list of better foods to eat and take better care of myself! It is sometimes hard to wrap your brain around a different way of getting healthy, we are programmed to think 1 way only. Let me tell you the things Ashley can do are phenomenal! She has helped me while trying to lose weight & build a stronger core to carry a baby. To helping me strengthen, stretch, & even relax while pregnant with TWINS! We are now working on rebuilding from the inside out damage of years of toxic medication, diastasis recti from carry twins & a list of other stuff. Ashley is AMAZING! She had me pain free in just a couple weeks when my Dr. said I was heading to surgery for sure. She knew exactly what to do and how to get me feeling good again.
