Good service, great environment especially if you’re wanting to study or get some work done. I really enjoy eating here when catching up with friends or family, since it’s quite and easy to chat with the person across from you. Regardless of how many people are here, the atmosphere is still pretty calm.

Ordered online two cinnamon crunch sliced and toasted. But received two everything bagel sliced and cold. When I called about they told me that they send a card, but the manager called me and said that on their end I ordered the everything bagel. I explained to her that I didn’t order that, and she put me on hold. Came back on the phone and said that they will still me the card this time , and when I said thank you, she disconnected the lane without saying anything. So I really only give this store a zero not even a one star.

Amazing chicken Makkala!!! The absolute best soup I’ve had in 32 years. They’re cinnamon rolls are uniquely delicious with a hint of lemon!

The Best you can order by yourself or have your order taken by staff anyway you feel you want to order you can and the food is Excellent! Top Notch For Sure! This is the way things are supposed to be and the goal is to make you happy and feel how ever you want to without any stress it's Easy Going and Great Atmosphere!

Only complaint is the lady who usually works the front registers. She’s always has such an attitude, usually ignores you, and when you ask her something she acts like is a bother. Everyone else is great…not her. Makes you want to go to another location

I ordered online the night before for a 6:45am. Everything was cold except the oatmeal. Most items on the menu were unavailable except when I got there and there were fresh ones in the case. Won’t ever do that again.

I can't remember the name of the sandwich I had, but it had Turkey, Bacon and Smoked Gouda cheese on it..add the broccoli cheddar soup bread bowl. 🔥 It was my first time trying it but it was worth every penny! Try the cinnamon crunch bagel too!!!

Love this place! I enjoy stopping here for a really nice lunch. It's more than I can eat so I usually get 2 meals for the price of one. Close to the hospital where my daughter works, so I get her gift cards to grab something quick but fresh. Easy to order an eGift card from their website, sent straight to someone's email address.

Quick carry out service and delicious soups! I moved out of town where we don't have a Panera so coming back and enjoying the bread bowl was everything!!

When I lived in Wichita this Panera was across the street from my job needless to say I love it. The service is always expedient and friendly. While visiting Wichita today I ordered curbside pickup and as always the service was fast and friendly however they freestyled with the greens in my salad (sad face) I'm sure there was a reason. Overall great location.

We ordered through door dash, this was supposed to be a celebratory dinner. The picture of the salad showed it briming full so I ordered a 1/2 salad. I recieved 4oz salad with no chicken. My husband ordered a full salad and got 1/2 a bowl with 3 tiny slices of chicken. Very disappointed in the portion sizes. Our total bill through door dash $37.00 including a tip. Will never order from here again. 😩

Love this place. The person who helped me was so nice and kind...he was very understanding. Then another person was helping me too, and the three if us had such a pleasant encounter. So unusual and personable. Love that place because of them.

I loved the pepperoni and mozzarella flatbread pizza. I also got a lemon drop cookie and a drink. The service was excellent and the food was, too!

Amazing new sandwiches! There was much more selection of sweets than across town. Yummy poppyseed chicken salad and the kitchen sink cookies are 😍. Bathrooms are clean and staff are taking cleanliness very seriously as someone was cleaning at all times. Everyone wearing masks and distancing is required.

Omg!! I loved it, walk in and it smells so good!! The gal at the register answered all of my questions and even gave me personal suggestions off the menu w amazing descriptive explanations of items. We will for sure be going back next week!!

Needed a Late lunch. Stopped in yesterday at the location off Central and Hillside. It was about 3pm. The gentleman at the counter was helpful in answering questions. We hadn't been there in at least 5 years, so weren't sure what was good on the menu. Even gave a couple great recommendations and that is what we ordered! I got the Baja Warm Bowl...it was Amazing! Although, I didn't add the sour cream. The young man in the back was super helpful about using an apple slicer to cut up my daughter's apple, as they came out whole. My daughter ordered the 2 for meal of 1/2 deli turkey sandwich of which she felt her bread was to hard (I tasted it and it kind of was...like it had been setting out for a while.) And the bowl of the Cream of Chicken with Wild Rice soup. OMG! Was that soup SOOoooo Good! My daughter asked me if we could go back tmrw so she could get another bowl Lol! Was sad to see they seemed understaffed. And while it was by no means busy and there were only 6 people in and out the whole time we were there, as we were getting ready to leave it began to pick up and there were 5 people who all walked in the door at the same time about 3:45pm. Overall: Great experience we can't wait to go back!

I placed a “rapid pickup order” and waited 40 minutes. There’s only one pickup parking spot, so I had to go in and sit at a dirty table. They said they made a mistake and had to remake it after 25 minutes. They said they would call my name when it was ready. Instead, a production employee puts it on the counter (not the pickup counter) and the customer service employees talk to each other and ignore everyone. I again had to ask if that was my food, and they were annoyed that I was asking. I know some customers aren’t fun to deal with, but why are you trying to make an ordeal out of regular people just trying to buy a sandwich?

If you can avoid going to this Panera you should at all cost, so disorganized. I love Panera and this was my first time going to this location, the girl took forever to get my order, which was super simple as is, she kept having to run around for seemingly no reason, and then their cars reader wouldn’t read my Apple Pay. Very frustrating especially because my boyfriend needed to be at work in 30 minutes and it took her 10 minutes just to get my order of 2 bowls of the same soup and two cups of the same Mac and cheese. It was unreal. I ended up walking out without my order because it took 5 minutes to try and give them my payment and my boyfriend was going to be late. I called the Panera on rock road and got my order in a matter of a few minutes and then pulled up and used my Apple Pay in seconds because, go figure, they actually knew which screen to pull up. I don’t know if the employees at this location are just very poorly trained or what, but I’ll never go to this location again.

I took my family here last night and was immediately disappointed. It was kind of close to closing time but I don’t believe that to be an excuse. My chicken sandwich was horrible! It wasn’t hot, it was slapped together and very sloppy. My fiancés sandwich couldn’t even be eaten. The bread was hard as a rock and when she went back to get another it was no better. She was so upset that she didn’t even want me to stop anywhere else after we left to get her something else. We looked up the menu before we even went and it said they had a kids pizza but when we got there they said the didn’t so much daughter got a turkey sandwich and didn’t even touch it and she eats almost anything. I just can’t believe how bad the food was. I wasn’t gonna leave a negative review but after waking up this morning and feeling sick, I couldn’t help it. I believe in second chances but I don’t believe we will visit you his establishment ever again. DEFINITELY WASNT WORTH THE $40 I PAID!

Went to get a salad and a chicken sandwich. They were out of bread. Had to chuckle that Panera Bread was out of bread. Ordered just the salad and chips and they were out of chips. Got the apple and the apple was mushy in the middle.Put the wrong dressing with the salad. Ordered coffee and they said the coffee machine was broken. Salad was about half the size I got last time and wasn't worth the price. Place has really gone down hill and I won't be back.

I ordered 2 ‘large salads’. Both containers were little over half full. One salad ( container+salad+dressing ) weighed 8 oz, the other 10oz! This Is typical of this panera location!!! So if you pick up an order there… have them check it in front of you. The food is ok, but the management is the worst possible.

This was the first time I had been to Panera Bread, and I was very happy with the service and food. (I personally prefer more kalamenta olives in my Greek salad, but I know to ask for more next time.) We had three different people working with us (three different orders, as we went back for other things like bagels to go.) They were all nice, though one needed a little bit of education on the fact that the bagels were on special price for Tuesdays.

Please skip this Panera and go the Rock Road one if you can. I came to this one a couple of times within the past three weeks and was VERY disappointed everytime. I ordered their chicken sandwich each time, and nothing was on it except the chicken. Begals are great and soups, but that was it. Basically, you could tell the staff didn't care at all.
