her

initial
she
knows
who
she
is)
was
the
rudest
manager
I
have
ever
delt
with
in
all
my
years!!!
Our
order
was
completely
wrong.
Steak
was
extremely
bloody
when
ordered
well
done,
just
one
of
the
many
issues.
Took
them
35
minutes
before
we
even
seen
the
steak
again!!
Had
several
talks
with
the
manager
she
said
she
would
give
us
a
discount
for
the
issues
ended
up
over
charging
us
almost
40.00
and
was
so
rude
when
we
tried
to
point
this
out!!!
Then
she
attempted
to
give
us
a
discount
on
the
over
charged
amount.
What
a
wasted
trip.
Again
S.
was
extremely
rude
and
snotty
when
we
was
attempting
to
explain
this
to
her.
We
sent
the
food
back
and
didn't
even
eat.
What
a
mess.
The
manager
was
the
rudest!!
Finally,
God
bless
our
waitress
as
she
went
and
pointing
this
out
to
a
different
manager
on
duty
from
the
back.
I
didn't
get
her
name
but
she
was
amazing!!!
(The
waitress
and
the
other
manager
on
duty)
she
looked
it
over
and
seen
the
over
charge,
also
the
whole
receipt
was
just
a
mess.
The
manager
actually
got
it
all
sorted
out
figured
out
we
had
a
$40.00
over
charge
even
with
a
discount.
Thank
goodness
she
had
gotten
it
all
straightened
out
the
ticket.
So
after
2
hours
we
left
hungry
and
not
happy
at
all.
Thank
you
to
the
manager
that
came
from
the
back
that
fixed
the
issue
at
hand.
Also
thank
you
to
the
waitress
that
found
the
new
manager
to
fix
the
issue.
We
won't
be
back
anytime
soon..
