Decided to try one more time. Such a disappointment, yet again! This is 3/8 of my $11 chicken quesadilla. The rest didn’t look any better. They forgot fries on our order, again. I’m not real sure they even put sauce on the Alfredo noodles. I tried looking up the general manager through the website on the receipt, but that site didn’t exist. I now understand why the Applebee’s restaurants are disappearing. I remember a time when Applebee’s was a good restaurant to take your family to. Their quality has gone extremely downhill, while their prices have gone through the roof. I don’t have a problem with higher prices, I understand economics. I do have a problem with not taking pride in what is served and what goes out the door. This is the third and final time I will patronize Applebee’s on Ridge Road.

Came here to eat at around noon. We were seated immediately, service was friendly. It took a moderate amount of time for food to come out, but as long as it's not an egregious amount of time, it's not too big of a deal. I ordered a classic bacon cheeseburger, side of fries, and a strawberry lemonade. I found the burger and fries a tad underseasoned. Still, it was good. I don't really have more to say about this location.

Boyfriend had endless boneless wings. Very tasty.cole slaw out of this world.I ordered chicken penne.

Went there last night for dinner and was reminded why I haven't been in years. I got the ribs which reminded me of the cheap ones you get at the grocery store. They were pretty dry and covered in bbq sauce to hide it. My daughter got the kids cheese pizza and all the cheese was on one slice the rest were just bread and sauce. I've had better frozen pizza before. My son got the strawberry yogurt side and was sad because there were only 2 tiny pieces of strawberries in it. He even mentioned the picture shows a big hand full. He did like the cheeseburger though. He also got the strawberry banana smoothie which was more like a icee. Not very smoothie more ice than anything. My wife and other son likes their meals which is why I gave it 2 stars. For how much it cost its not worth it.

Stopped in for lunch at the bar. Danielle recommended the loaded waffle fries which are amazing. My bacon cheeseburger was hot and juicy. Super fast and friendly service.

We ordered 2 for 24$ for delivery. This was not my drivers fault she came right here and had it in a bag when she handed it to my husband. We ordered 6oz sirloin was charged extra for why? We don't get charged extra when we dine in. I asked for med cook it was cold and very well done and very difficult to eat. Green beans and garlic potatoes were cold had to warm up. We paid extra for ranch with our mozzarella sticks and got marinara. My husband got med well and also well done. Fries were very small order and cold. All in all won't order take out again especially paying 40$ for a 2 for 24$ meal at least delivery fee was free. So disappointing 😞

The shift manager S (just gonna use her first initial she knows who she is) was the rudest manager I have ever delt with in all my years!!! Our order was completely wrong. Steak was extremely bloody when ordered well done, just one of the many issues. Took them 35 minutes before we even seen the steak again!! Had several talks with the manager she said she would give us a discount for the issues ended up over charging us almost 40.00 and was so rude when we tried to point this out!!! Then she attempted to give us a discount on the over charged amount. What a wasted trip. Again S. was extremely rude and snotty when we was attempting to explain this to her. We sent the food back and didn't even eat. What a mess. The manager was the rudest!! Finally, God bless our waitress as she went and pointing this out to a different manager on duty from the back. I didn't get her name but she was amazing!!! (The waitress and the other manager on duty) she looked it over and seen the over charge, also the whole receipt was just a mess. The manager actually got it all sorted out figured out we had a $40.00 over charge even with a discount. Thank goodness she had gotten it all straightened out the ticket. So after 2 hours we left hungry and not happy at all. Thank you to the manager that came from the back that fixed the issue at hand. Also thank you to the waitress that found the new manager to fix the issue. We won't be back anytime soon..

I ordered fish and chips, but my stomach completely disagreed with the fish. I gave my leftovers to a friend and he was fine, so it was a me problem. Our waitress was a delight to be around, and turned out to be the general manager. Lovely people work here and the food is great. Would go again and recommend to a friend.

The manager Dee was so quick to greet me at the door and help find us a table. Our server was Alyssa she recommended the burden steak and add the dollar shrimp. Well worth the price for the size and the shrimp was the perfect pair. We’ll mostly defiantly will be back, if not for the food but for the employees!

I ordered the oriental salad, they were out of one of the ingredients of the salad, which I understand. But, It took forever to get our food and when it finally came, there was a big hair in my salad. I exchanged for a cup of tortilla soup. It was good. But, when something like that happens the manager should come over and I fully believe my soup should have been comped. Never saw the manager. Slow service and bad management!

Our waitress was AWESOME! She was especially great with our littles, which my wife appreciates. (3 rowdy kids in a restaurant, enough said) She was very patient and sweet with them. Our 3 year old was just as important as our 6 year old. We all had a great time. They talked about “her and her pretty hair” all the way home. THANK YOU CORTNEY!!

I couldn't remember why we stopped going to Applebee's but I was reminded last night. The service is slow, but I'll admit they were working hard. Had to ask for the same things over and over before they actually remembered to bring it out. Food was pretty bland and dry, but the cheese sticks were really good. Our table had cheeseburger which my son liked, chicken tenders that were decent, fiesta lime chicken which was dry and the rice was still hard (they did bring out another side), and the sirloin steak which used to be great was pretty terrible. Overall it's not worth the price now for a family of 5.

This Applebee's Grill +Bar is a great place! The atmosphere was very nice, not loud at all. Our server was very friendly and courteous! He checked in at our table just enough to make sure that we were doing good!! The meal was great and delish!! Sorry, no photos. The restaurant was very clean and well kept up!! I would definitely come back to this Applebee's!! Thank you so very much for a great experience!!

Atmosphere is typical of all other restaurants. Service leaves a lot to be desired. But that's with all restaurants these days. Service has not been what it used to be any more. The acrnim T.I.P.S means To Insure Proper Service. As for the food the salad was not drained and watery and the vegetables were chopped into tiny bits. Ketchup was empty on table and when asked server to get another one he just switched with another table. Applebee's used to be my go to restaurant but not anymore. Need big changes.

Like other reviewers said, I forgot why I stopped coming here, but tonight was a great reminder. The service was ok, the food was just bland and cold. They brought half my meal out then brought the other half when I was done eating the first half. My wife got a salad bowl thing that she didn’t particularly like. Save yourself the hassle and go over to a few doors to Cheddars where the prices are the same and the food is way better.

Just had lunch here with the wife. Food was fresh and delicious. Our wait staff, Joseph B, was courteous and helpful. Kept our drinks filled and made sure we didn't want for anything.
