Poor attention to detail / management here and it seems they just want to hire people that either give you attitude or dirty looks anytime you drive up. Sorry I ordered food, its not the end of the world man dang crack a smile. The clown ya guys had repping ya had more joy than these people and Ronald McDonald was scary as....nvm. Only go here if you want to wait in line and have something messed up on the order in the end. CHECK YOUR BAGS, THEY DONT!

Clean. Quick. Plenty of parking. Good wifi signal. Fountains are still fully operable inside the store. Had to correct my order, but it was busy and a bit noisy, so I held nothing against the cashier.

Dat double quarter pounder was steaming yo!! Done burnt my mouth biting into it!! Y’all really had me thinking I was gonna hate dis food and the wait but lemme tell u sum I did not!! Got there at 130 lunch time so I knew it was going to take a while .however only 1 line 8n the drive thru was open so I went in. Cashier was physically there but had to tell her the order 3 x and it wasn't hard. 20 minutes later. I'm really surprised the order was correct to be honest. Good once we got it but dang ...

The drive thru line was long with over 10 cars, so we decided to go in to get our order to go. There were 5 people in line ahead. Waited 20 minutes, still didn't have our food. Husband waited in the car, counted over 40 cars served. Came inside, waited another 10 minutes. Asked for our money back and the manager, who was rude, suddenly had our order filled, even though the monitor showed our number to be 6 in line processing. Unbelievable!

It's a gamble ordering here. In my experience, 2nd shift usually doesn't screw up too bad. After 10pm, I've gotten wrong orders, orders with half the food missing, they have added food to my order that I didn't want or ask for. I only eat here on occasion. I would suggest going through the drive thru only. They tend to ignore people who order inside. I've seen customers walk out for that reason.

The self order station is to complicated. The staff was not very friendly and had to stop talking to eachother to wait on me. Made me feel unwelcome. I also still wish McDonald's would serve breakfast all the time.

I’d definitely say probably the worst McDonald’s in the US, I only say in the US cause I’ve never had any McDonald’s outside the US. I find it hard to believe there is any worse than this one though. Highly recommend ordering your food a couple hrs before you’re actually wanting hr.

Erica and her team really saved the day. My car broke down, had a mobile order and special needs children wanting breakfast. What could have been a disaster of a day was met with sincere care and spectacular service!!! Thank you guys!!!!

They lost our order and woman at first window was unhelpful. Lady at second window had to redo our entire order. She was the only saving grace for this location.

The one lady lent me .50 cents cause I was short. Super sweet lady...but my order was shorty McChickens wouldn't think that would be a big deal. Couldn't just run back up to get them because the store was closing because they didn't have anyone to work.

I used my free points to order a drink. After about 10 minutes they finally called my name just to tell me they couldn't make it. When I asked about putting my points back on my account they told me they were unable to do that and the best they could do was offer me a large ice coffee instead.

Not pleased. Forgot to put part of my order in the bags. Called them. Informed them. Had to use extra gas to go back and get it. Then they didnt have what they forgot. Had to drop some. Typical McDonald's.

Ordered McRib...told they don't have it...ordered mcflurry...told we are out....ordered apple pies....told they were out. Sounds like poor management if you are literally out of everything I came here for.
