The food was surprisingly good and I loved the spicy buffalo sauce they have. We take are kids here because of the playground and they absolutely love it. It allows us to have a meal and let the kids burn off energy which is always a good thing for them. The last two times we have had McDonald's I have been impressed with the service and quality of food.

The food was good, but the drive-through was very slow. Obviously, everything is cooked to order late at night, but I saw 2 cars drive off while I was at the window.

If I could rate this store a zero I would. The workers here do not really care about customers. I don’t live that far away and sometimes it is not a problem if they forget a sauce packet I’ll go back and ask for some. But now it is getting ridiculous I have worked in fast food I’m a general manager currently for fast food, and I rarely have this problem. Since the employees are acting this way they were trained unprofessionally, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw a cook on their phone with gloves on and they did not wash their hands nor change their gloves. There have been multiple times where I will ask for an unsweetened tea and a sweet tea and either both will be unsweetened or sweet. And when I ask for a different one they refuse. When I leave this specific McDonalds I always have to check my bag and make sure my whole order is in there. They literally have a screen in front them telling them what I ordered and it’s like they do not even look at it. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope I can warn other to not to as well.

3rd shift team at this McDonalds has astounding customer service. They are quick to respond when you arrive. Compared to 21st and Amidon, where that location literally couldn't care less about helping their customers. As a Door Dasher, I appreciate the quick response, the willingness to assist, and the friendliness this location provides.

I mean come on it's McDonald's not fine dining if your here your hungry and in a hurry and they do it better here than other places. And the caramel frappe is on point! 👍

This store can't seem to read modifications on orders no matter what time the visit is. I'm willing to wait the 10 plus mins in the drive thru or pull up drive thru spot but not just to keep getting what I asked to be removed from my meal on the meal! It is wild these people still have jobs.

Used my points and was treated like I hacked the system or was stealing. They took extra long to give me my items and had such a terrible attitude with us. 3 stars are for the couch and outlets they have.

They were very slow taking orders and getting food ready. We waited for 30 minutes. Their business was steady but not overly busy.
