Worst McDonald’s in Wichita, Ks. There’s always an issue when I go. April 20 at 830pm I arrived, drove up to outside lane to order… I was told to wait, after a few minutes another car pulled up to the inside lane and right away they took there order. I then began to say hello are you going to take my order. Once again I was told to wait. I contacted the lady manager inside she was rude and did not resolve issue. Also an young lady employee Told me if I didn’t like the service not to come back.

Horrible double cheese burgers had i patty 2 slice of cheese dried out bun 1 pickle and were served at best luke warm. No napkins

Ordered a big Mac and the burger patties were half the size of the buns and the was hardly any sauce or lettuce on the sandwich. I am very disappointed. Also am very disappointed in the pri es of the meals. I do understand that prices have to go up at times. I just don't understand why it seems that they go up by more than a 1.50 at a time. What, can't the price for a meal, only go up by .25 cents at a time? That still equates to millions of dollars in profits. I just can't believe that a meal at McDonald's can cost more than 11.00 dollars and then it is cold or the incorrect meal. May be McDonald's should try concentrating on making customers happy, and not just trying to herd them through the line as quick as they can.With the high prices that everyone is paying,you would think our meals could be fresh and hot and made correctly.

The only thing consistent with McDonalds is the lousy service. This McDonalds may be ok for a McDonalds, but I will only go to one when that is someone else's choice or I really need to have a bio break.

Ordered 2 mcdoubles with no onion and no pickle, and it had onions all over it. I've never seen McDonalds put onions in-between patties in the cheese. Seems kind of intentional to me IMO. Did not have time to check at the drive through, and did not have the ability to go back to have issue fixed as I was on a break during work.

What can be said about McDonald's that everyone doesn't already know? It's not going to be gourmet food, but it will never be bad. It will be exactly like it was the last time you had it. Wherever in the world you had it. Whether it's been a week or decades, the food has remained the same since 1948. You would have to be over 75 years old to even remember a time when McDonald's wasn't the standard by which all other fast food is measured. I'll be honest, McDonald's isn't my favorite, but I still eat here often enough. There is something comforting and almost nostalgic about stopping by a familiar place and eating familiar food. Pro tip: Download the mobile app. There are always deals and free food offerings.

I don’t know how they manage to mess up my order every single time I go there but they do. Most of the workers there and even the managers are too lazy to do their job 85% of the time

Previously when I went in this store they always messed up something, even how to say the name of the sandwich, aka Filet-O-Fish pronounced "fill-it." But this time there was an all new staff and everything turned out perfect!
